Apex Motor Express

Had a delivery from Uline and they shipped via Apex. I ended up calling Apex directly to see when my shipment was arriving and the staff on the phone was very understanding and helpful. The driver was also very nice to deal with.

I don't usually post bad reviews but today on the 410 this driver cut me off and almost had me squished between another tractor trailer. After he CUT ME OFF he just continued yelling at me. Everyone please be aware of this driver! Very dangerous!

The service is the WORST. They don't deliver on time, and when I called their customer service (which are also not helpful) to see where my delivery was - I was told - they're not delivering today because of the snowstorm (meanwhile the roads are clear) - and we're in Canada! It's worth it to pay more to a professional company because this company only uses sub-contractors, and any deliveries I've received from this company have been unprofessional drivers - one of the driver's didn't know how to use his trucks tailgate; and another time the tailgate was broken - so had to hand bomb my delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER! They are very disorganized and unreliable. The dispatcher in Toronto is rude and doesn't care about customer service.

Worst experience with them and their delivery guy (drivers). Ordered Uline shipping material and 1st truck driver named Hamza misbehaved from Apex Motor Express, then 2nd when we refused to take delivery he wrote a review on our business out of hate, 3rd he messaged or called his friends Anees Aborods & Mohamed Maslati to write bad reviews out of hate to support his friend. We are now sending it our lawyer to send a notice to Apex Motors and CC it to Uline for the damages happened to our business, due to this and also reporting same to BBB as complaint against both Companies. My personal concern goes further on drivers and these companies who hire them.a driver who misbehaves then create a scene, seems like they are the one doing road rage on streets/hwys with heavy vehicles driving (unsafe for innocent people out there). Comments are under as screenshot for people to see how these companies are allowing these drivers to work who are manipulating and using reviews to damage business reputation. Also surprisingly I found that other 2 comments by Anees Aborods etc are drivers too!

This is what you get as service when you deal with Uline or Apex Motors, 1st Uline hire such company who's drivers doesn't even know how to behave and then if you refuse to take delivery due to behavior they put a review to take sort of revenge from people/businesses. Just imagine this driver whom Apex hired and his friends driving a vehicle on roads, how dangerous it will be for people with this set of mind

Worst company in Canada, their prices aren't even good and services are worse. I've been packing orders across Canada, they are the first to spill products and damage them. Do not trust this company with your goods. High chance of damage
