I got my eyebrows done here a week ago and the women was unprofessional the whole time the lady was on the phone while doing my eyebrows which caused her to make my eyebrows have a big gap in the middle that is terrible customer service you should be focused on your customers I’m so disappointed I’ve came here for many years I didn’t even notice till I got home & when I tried to call no one answered please don’t come here they don’t care about there customers they only care about the money I paid this women to clean up not make a big gap

The worst customer service ever, gave me faulty earrings and when I asked to exchange or refund they said it’s not possible that their earrings are faulty and that it’s our fault. Please be advised don’t ever buy from them again. Their store is also very dirty don’t go for eyebrows or waxing they will give you bumps and bad skin reaction! Be aware and stay away.

Firstly I never said I did eyebrows at your store, your store is dirty and it stinks which is why I advised people not to get waxing done at your store. In addition to that, most of the reviews others have left say they got a bad skin reaction from your waxing so I'm just reiterating what they said.
Second, you only gave me one earring to try on which was the only earring that was in good condition. The other earring you held in your hand and didn't let me try it on. Then when I said I'll buy it you quickly put both earrings in the bag. Therefore, you can't say both earrings were in perfect condition. When I came home and tried to try on the earrings I noticed the hook was about to break and when I tried to put it on it completely broke.
You are a money hungry poor customer service business who thinks you're always right. It's not our fault you gave us broken earrings, we asked you kindly for an exchange on the phone and you started giving attitude to us like it was our fault when you and I both know I only tried on one earring and that was the only one in good condition. Step down your high horse and stop acting like there's no way your product can be faulty. Your jewelry is made of cheap material it's not like they're invincible.
