Lost me as a client before I was even registered. Me and my wife have been on medical cannabis for years, today, my wife opened up about her history to your doctor, and this doctor denied cannabis flower to her, for capsule, my wife is terrified of capsule as she's deadly allergic to the jel capsule. This doctor, then tried to push edibles on to her, and those make her sick. If something is working for a patient, why change it?
If her personal doctor has cleared her for cannabis, not sure why you guys wouldn't. She's had her prescription FOR YEARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very sad to write this but I made an appointment because my current prescription is not with providers that I like. Even tho I already have a prescription for flower cannabis the doctor wouldn't prescribe me any flowers. She said that smoking is bad for your lungs, I get that but I am alegic to gel capsules and edibles make me sick, even after hearing this she still pushed edibles on me and refused flower and right out told me to try somewhere else, I smoke for anxiety and eating disorders she really made it hard and distressing for me, now I have to book somewhere else. Waste of time do not recommend other providers usually praise that cannabis is helping my ED.

My wife has been using their service for 3 years now.

I can say that every single time we contacted them, they were extremely helpful, kind, patient and went above what we expected. Either to try and understand particular reaction to some new oils, figuring out my wife was reacting to oil being extracted with ethanol (so she now only use CO2 extract), to helping us find particular uncommon product like CBG extract and getting back to us the same day, we have been nothing but amazed by the level of customer service we received from them.

We wouldn't even expect such service from a paid for company we deal with, that to think their service is free is simply mindblowing.

Thank you for everything you've done up to now. We truly appreciate it all!

Apollo clinic is one of the best clinics for medical cannabis as they are so incredibly kind and compassionate. I have been with them for almost a year, and they really helped me manage my chronic illnesses. I am so thankful for all their help these last few months. They really take the time to listen and help you find the right course of treatment. They always follow through with appointments, and call backs were very quick in response time. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this clinic. To add, all my appointments are virtual, and the service they use is easy to navigate.

Very disorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. They send multiple invites for appointments, then they don't show up. You follow up with them to let them know they missed the appointment they scheduled for you, and they don't get back to you. In the one appointment I had, the doctor didn't listen to what I said, so I had to correct them as it impacted the type of treatment I was prescribed. Definitely not going back, and do not recommend.

The doctor never called me (no-showed) for my follow-up appointment booked for March 25th 2021. I took time off work to be available for that phone appointment and still haven’t heard a single word over a week later now. I even received several confirmation emails for this appointment including one where I had to click a “confirm appointment” link, which I did. This costed me money. Unprofessional in my opinion, and certainly did NOT help my stress level.

To be clear, in their reply below when they say they “tried to reach me several times”, they are referring to AFTER they read this review. There were no attempts of any kind before that at all.

I put a negative review on here as I was very unhappy and felt neglected but right away I was contacted and the next day they did thier part to proceed with my case. For that I am grateful. Even though by review spewed angry words I was still treated with respect. I wish it didn't take this route. I do apologize for my words and thank you for handling my issue.

It would have been 5 stars but lately it’s taking days to be able to get in touch with a rep at Apollo. It should not take 3+ days to answer an email. I’ve tried calling and emailing with no reply. It’s frustrating especially since it’s for a paediatric patient with a disability.

I had my appointments and I got approved for my medical card and never heard back from them. Emailed them 5 times and no reply and I called and left messages and they never contacted me back!

Professional centre, I would highly recommend. You will find ALL walks of life here to get their medical cannabis needs, they won't push any Licensed Producer (though have a partnership with Canopy Growth Company). Give them a call or contact online to get the process started.

Very kind and professional nurse practitioner patiently took time to discuss my medical concerns and provided informative medical advice. After my appointment I was contacted by the support team educator wakes me through everything I needed to do to fill my prescription and options to administer treatment. Very impressed with quality and level of service.

Apollo booked me in with my consultation within a couple of days of my call! Doctor Singh was super patient and answered all my questions, even if my appointment was over the phone due to COVID. Adrian was an extremely informative patient educator and gave me all the information I needed about my prescription! Overall a great experience and I will continue coming back.

These people are brain dead. It is now 06-29-20 and have been unable to get a call back or talk to them. Very poor customer service.

By far the worst company I've ever worked for! Management is a joke. I was provided with very little training and was never approached by management as to whether I was ready to be on my own after 2 weeks of job shadowing. When they were understaffed, I was thrown into the job and expected to consult patients without much help. Without any reason, I was fired. Taking my complaints to the labour board.

Great staff to work with very professional. After trying various Licensed Producers, I can say Broken Coast by far has the best goods for either medical or recreational. Thank you Apollo!

I was in to see a Dr. In the clinic on June 12th, 2019. He put me on yellow cannabis oil. I have been taking since. I don't see any results yet but I did call back and spoke with someone. He said to give yourself a little more time. So I will still continue taking it for few more weeks then call them back. Hopefully it works for. The service was very good.

Simple drug pushers. Set up an appointment, filled out the questionnaire and at the phone appointment with a nurse (not an MD) I was assured that yes cannabis can heal all my troubles. When I questioned how and why it would work, as well as possible interaction with my prescription medications, no scientific answer was given. After insisting that I would like to speak to an MD or at least see some studies (even from other countries) on the effect of cannabis on my condition, I have never heard back from them since.
My conclusion is that they simply push cannabis prescription to anyone who wants one.

Had my first appointment with Apollo at their North York location a few months ago and I have to say I am extremely pleased by the exceptional service I received. All the staff were so friendly and very informative! The doctor really listened to my concerns and the educator I sat with really took her time to explain the treatment plan to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable using the cannabis for the first time! My family doctor refereed me to Apollo Clinic. At first I was hesitant but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles from everyone working there. I saw Dr Sosa and he truly changed the way I viewed cannabis. I must say that everyone working there were so helpful. My educator was AMAZING and she helped me get my oil and helped with discounts. I was shown a vaporizer too which I would consider buying next time! I am truly amazed how all their staff know about cannabs

Very uninformative. Very little knowledge of what they supply.i asked about substituting oxys and perks for a 3rd degree burn victim with cannabis. The only answer you could provide was to come in for an appointment. You may havr knowledgeable staff stashed away that come out for a price. But you need somebody informative that can answer a phone.i asked what cannabis would substitute for pain killers. I asked the likely hood of being able to get a prescription. Coverage ect ect. Couldnt answer any of my question. Just come in for an appointment.

Very friendly staff and professional environment. Everyone was easy to talk to. JP and Nathalie did an amazing job setting me up with Spectrum and was able to order and received my products in a week and they are always happy to help anytime I have questions.

I've been a patient for about two years, never had any problem. Recently I've been emailing them about my script and other programs and not only do they not answer in anything that resembles timely (3 week wait the first time with three follow ups before a response, currently on day 8 waiting for a response) but they sent me a form response that did not answer my questions or meet my needs. Are there no expectations set for responding to inquiries? Incredibly disappointing. Once they get around to fulfilling my request I will be searching for another clinic.

UPDATE: After two more email follow-ups and despite the response (and promise) here, I have not been contacted by Apollo.

If I don't hear from someone who is willing to provide me with what I need I will be going to the BBB and whomever else on social media that will get your attention.

I'll be filing the complaints on Friday March 1st at noon. I hope to hear from you before then.

I waited 4.5 hours for 3 minuets with the doctor, 5 minutes with the instructor who only sold me equipment without explaining anything. And another 5 minutes for intake. I was registered to a website that never contacted me, the clinic didn’t either no one cares if you get treatment, it’s only a shop for drugs. They make money, everyone gets high including the employees, and people who needs this as actual treatment are being neglected.

It's nice to know how you clowns are all about the cash and charging $250 to see one of your clown "drs" on Skype.dont waste you money with these fools

The Apollo Cannabis Clinic is staffed by professional, compassionate and empathetic individuals. I walked in with some trepidation and Elena at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease. When I left, I truly had a spring in my step. You feel “back in control” as their literature says, that someone is on your team. If you are having difficulties with your health, especially long term ones, I strongly suggest you make an appointment.

I find the staff to be intuitive, effective, efficient, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of their job (s). It's been a great journey dealing with them.

I Have Been a Client for Several Years Now and Have Always Been Pleased with the Service I Receive from Dr. Salimpour and the Entire Apollo Team.

INCOMPETENT STAFF & ABYSMAL CARE

For starters, Apollo Cannabis Clinic states on its website that consultations, prescriptions, personalized education and ongoing support are free of charge. Yet, it still bills you for the said one-on-one education in addition to miscellaneous other charges (registration, follow-up registration fees, etc.).

My initial visit with the physician on site felt rushed (quite understandably so for a busy practice), though he answered all the questions I had at the time. He subsequently directed me to a specialist in order to obtain further details about the products prescribed, the purchasing process, etc.

My complaint is relative to the post-physician consult, their so-called personalized education session, which occurred with a certain Ms. T. M. This individual, after the information session, provided me with a list of their authorized vendors, and directed me to a couple of their preferred dealers' sites. Since I was a non-user, and completely unfamiliar with the selection available, I asked her to show me which products I were to purchase based on my prescriptions. After a careful consideration of her choices (quality/price), I gave her the ok to send in my registration to one of the vendors for the products suggested.

I ended up experiencing terrible side effects (involuntary muscles spams, locked jaw, cotton mouth, increased salivation, locked hands and fingers, confusion, slurred speech, dizziness/light-headedness, blurred vision, difficulty moving) once I started taking the Sativa and Indica oils. The more I increased the dosages as per my prescriptions, the sicker I became. I contacted the clinic and they asked me to come back in for a follow-up as I might be having an allergic reaction to cannabis. The physician realized there was a mistake in the dosage for the products Ms. T. M.suggested I purchase, and proceeded to speak to her about it. Though the physician was apologetic, and asked me to immediately contact him if I still experienced any side effects with the new prescriptions he recommended during the follow-up visit, Ms. T. M.took NO RESPONSIBILITY whatsoever for her mistake, blamed it on the vendor instead, presented no apologies, and still charged me another fee (follow-up registration fee). Meanwhile, I was out $250 for the oils I had purchased, had started using, and could not return to Aphria.

This whole experience costs me about $300+, and almost a month of being terribly sick on a daily basis every time I took these oils. I never purchased the oils prescribed the second time around, out of fear of getting really sick once more, and also of wasting more money. I am now just sticking to my prescriptions medications for the conditions for which I was referred to Apollo Cannabis Clinic.

I am a patient with Doctor Madneep Singh which is my Doctor for treating my anxiety and depression for two years but he referred me here in this place which he is one of the Doctors team.my goal for me is getting out of benzo and antidepressants gradually.
