Incredible experience for our event. Aman from Apollo Convention Centre strives his best to provide a stress free event. The food is always amazing and so flavourful. Would highly recommend Apollo Convention Centre Thanks Aman for all your support. All the best for 2024!

I would like to share my observations from New Year’s Eve Party on December 31,2023 at Apollo Convention Center, so you can strongly reconsider attending any event in this hall. Food was served late, mostly cold, some from frozen, Italian style pasta with the extremely spicy sauce to burn the tongue. Servers were acting very slowly. Food scattered on the floor waiting a long time to be cleared and posing a risk of slipping. A section of the hall that was used for our event with 600 people, it was too small to entertain the large crowd on the very limited dance floor. Music with rather poor acoustics, DJ presented annoying disco/techno music not suitable for the majority of mature guests, even the beautiful ABBA song was modified to something difficult to recognize. Women’s washroom did not meet standards for a banquet hall, one toilet stall did not have a door at all, another stall without a lock, only icy cold water to wash hands, toilet paper rolls hanging on the door instead of in the dispenser that caused spreading paper on the washroom floor……………. A very bad experience.

We had an amazing experience at Apollo Convention Centre. The staff was super friendly and very courteous. The food was excellent. A huge thanks to Aman for going above and beyond for making our event super successful. Highly recommend this venue.

Banquet Hall is renovated, looks very nice. Bathrooms clean and nice. New Year Party 2022/23 organizers bad, bad, bad. Food awful, not many drink choices and cold buffet after midnight OMG, the cheapest stuff ever with no taste. Thank you but will not attend anymore.

Magical ambience. Staff courteous beyond their duty. You have your stomach competing with your will when you are in front of the food. Overall, all stars rating

One of the best banquet hall. We did our Alumni Dinner last year in Dec.the service and dinner was so fantastic that we had to book again for our dinner on Nov 2022
Aman Bariana is the person we were in contact. He is so respectful and courteous and accommodated in several ways. We are excited to have our dinner with alumni more than 450 friends on Nov 4

We work here often as photobooth vendors and love the cleanliness and aesthetics of the foyer, which is where we traditionally set up our 360 booths, photobooths and video guest books!

When we arrived to our event There were different events happening at the same time. The hall next to us had very loud music and which spoiled our atmosphere Their walls are not sound proof! I felt like we were attending the next door’s event!
It was very loud all we could here was the bass of the other event. They have to soundproof the walls if the wna ahvae multiple events.

Poor service. Tables weren't being attended.

Overall a bad experience

This is a multi room convention centre with an ability to accommodate parties in a single room of around 200 people and up to 4 halls, which can be joined together. The facilities are top notch with all the basic amenities and rooms for bridal chambers. They also offer food services at the venue and the chef is very accommodating and the food provided at our two events was phenomenal. Hats-off to the team there for a great event.

We went for a wedding reception and there was another wedding happening next hall. The whole place was reeking of alcohol, weed and there was just loud music which spoiled the whole occasion. Not to mention the rowdy drivers. I would never recommend anyone to book any functions there.

Amandeep at Apollo was an absolute pleasure and very easy to work with and the venue was amazing, great food and clean! We had my sister's wedding here at the beginning of October and were so happy with how everything turned out! Amandeep worked with us from start to finish, answered our many, many questions, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend Apollo for your next event!

I had my wedding reception at Apollo convention Centre and it was perfect. The staff did an amazing job with the food and the service was amazing. Apollo is the best in the business and I will always refer them to my friends and family

Had recently visited this place for attending a wedding reception. One of the worst experiences I had. Loud music running running in the hall next to us was jarring and spoiling the entire occasion. Don’t understand how the management allowed this to happen. I could see children and families being uncomfortable due to that excessive noise from the next hall. Not recommending this place to anyone after this. Management seems to only bother about their business. Customer satisfaction has become a joke these days.

Cheaters; Stay Away!

They booked my nephew wedding function first and later told us that we cannot use the outside catering service. We had to use their recommended catering service and that was the biggest mistake. The food was awful; the vegetable biryani/rice was SPUER spicy. My 6 years old can make the meat curry better than their chef. The cuisine had literally no taste just hot spices. Even they served the expired diet coke and which was admitted by their bartender. They just ruined our whole function. I am sure they must have cut on this recommended food service. Don’t use them as they are highly unprofessional and imposter. I wish I could rate than with ZERO star.

Terrible experience! After putting up so much effort for our event an paying thousands of dollars, we were so disappointed! There 3 different events happening at the same time and the hall next to us had very loud music and heavy base that spoiled all our speeches and best persons speech’s! Their walls are not sound proof! I felt like we were attending the next door’s event!

When we escalated this loud noise to the management, they said, “oh we told them, they are not listening. ”, “oh they are saying they also paid for the hall and the event. ”

So what? You want us to have a terrible experience just because you want to make your $$$ by having 3 weddings right by each other without sound proof?

POOR LIGHTING!

When we came in the lights were all off and it didn’t feel like there is even a convention centre here! It was difficult to park the cars in the dark!

Poor service!

There were 7-8 servers sitting in the lunch room while there is ONE poor student doing all the work! We had to tell them to refill the food and refill the bowls! Why should we even be bothered about this? It should be their job to ensure everything is refilled properly!

This hall is overrated! For the bucks you pay, it’s a terrible service honestly!

Beautiful hall and professional management and staff. Just had our wedding reception at Apollo and everyone loved the venue, service & food! Shout out to Amarjit for helping us with all our requests and questions.

Overall a nice well organized venue. Setup and Décor is clean and airy. Especially the washrooms are clean glamorous. Lobby area is beautiful. We attended 3-4 events. Very courteous staff and tables get cleared fast. The food can be improved a notch. Bar setting is fine as long as the tables are cleared from the front area. Rugs need a little more steam cleaning.

Attended a reception there, venue wasn't prepared and guests waited outside the hall. Table set up was decent. Ran out of a very popular drink (mango lassi) within half hour. Food was below par. Decor was nice. The negatives of waiting outside the hall and below par food weighed more than positve of decor and table set up. So only 2 stars.

First time here for a wedding. Place is very clean and the food was good. I would definitely recommend for an event.

First time attending here for a wedding anniversary. A total if 3 events were going on at the same time. The middle banquet room held approximately 100 people. Food was simple and basic. Servers were kind.

The management was professional and courteous. Service and food was second to none. Special thanks to Bhupinder for looking after all the details and providing a great experience for all my guests.

I was thinking of doing my reception here till this man hung-up on me. He didn't even seem interested in answering my questions. Awful customer service.

I've been to this hall many times for events. We booked an appointment to view it for our event, it was a horrible experience. The host was rude and gave one worded answers, didn't provide us with any sort of package about the hall (we saw 8 other halls, all gave us packages and info) and he wanted us to book on the day of with no chance of changing (adding/reducing) # of guests. Also seems like a place that would rip you off.

Hall is nice but customer service is horrible. The administration assistant is rude and disrespectful. We had booked an appointment to view the hall and he spoke to us as if we were not at all serious about booking. He said if we want to book it we had to book it that day and cannot change the number of people if you end up having more less people. He didn't want us to book the hall for some reason.

5 stars. The staff was very accommodating and the manager was very helpful with our last minute requests. Thanks Apollo team.

Amarjit at Apollo has worked with my fiance and I since our original time of booking in May 2019 for July 2020. Due to covid we moved our date 4 times, we were finally able to get our event done on Oct 3,2021. They worked with me on ALL my asks - menu additions, midnight snackbar, adding peach bellinis to the cocktail hour. They worked with my wedding planner and DJ. I was promised a bridal room, which I had access to immediately upon arrival at 12: 30PM on the day of the event. I asked for a fan, they were able to provide it. Highly recommend this venue, beyond its stylish interior, Amarjit has been amazing although he has been extremely busy he always made time for myself or my wedding planner. Highly recommend it!

These guys are inhumane, inconsiderate and rude. We were there to decorate and their attitude was " I dont care, we close at 7pm". I am pregnant and I advised him that they have couches everywhere and it was hard to work with the space provided and his attitude was "I dont care". I knew I wasnt getting anywhere with this guys so I proceeded to move the couch myself.

Not sure if their the owners or management team, but you guys need to change. Never booking this hall for any future events.

We directly worked with Aman Bariana to help plan and organize our Sangeet party. What a fantastic experience! Apollo really exceeded our expectations. Aman was extremely patient and wonderful to work with. All our guests enjoyed the food, the venue was very clean, the lighting really added to the ambiance and the staff were awesome! Where do I even begin? I will start off by saying that if you are currently on a search for a venue to celebrate any milestone LOOK NO FURTHER! Apollo Convention Centre is the only venue to not only make your dreams come true but to exceed your every and any expectation. I had the amazing opportunity to get married here on Saturday, April 1st, 2017. AMAN! Was heaven sent. He was who I was directly working with and he made sure my wedding day was everything and more. The modern and clean state of the art facility, constant luxurious upgrades outstanding communication skills AMAN is always available. Give him a call, send him an email and within minutes an automatic reply and there to answer and ensure your requests are granted. Now Let's talk about my wedding experience PHENOMENAL! The minute my guests walked in they were in for an experience of a lifetime. From the food, ambience, staff I will never forget. We have been so connected to the hall that I had my maternity shoot in 2018 the foyer and washroom! Go and see for yourself. After this I just had a super luxe baby shower Saturday Sept 4th 2021 And of course AMAN took care of us exceptionally well. Footage on my YOUTUBE channel will be released in October. And to anyone reading this you should to. Go and book a site visit with Aman and you'll be locked in. My family and I will absolutely be back. We have had two wedding receptions here. Both of my brothers have had their wedding receptions here. The experience has been outstanding. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. Aman Bariana is an outstanding manager. For my brother's reception during the Covid times the Apollo team was very understanding and worked with our situation knowing we could not invite as many people as pre Covid times. The decor of the halls is modern and the washrooms are very pretty and clean. The servers do their job very well making sure all the guests are well fed. I was busy at the reception table and the servers came especially to me to make sure I had all o'deauvers. I would highly recommend apollo for any of your events. They make the best malai koftas in the GTA. They use fresh ingredients in their food and the meat is never frozen.

My brother had a 1000 people wedding pre Covid. We had such an amazing experience working with the manager Aman, I decided to host my event here as well! The venue is beautiful, employees are very polite and management is excellent! We had a Indian buffet set up. The food was delicious! Highly recommend!

They move guest in and out during an occasion/event in order to make arrangements. I haven't seen anyone doing that so i was surprised.
Halls were pretty good.
Staff is very, i don't want to say rude but very straightforward. It's ok though. Everyone has to understand.

Very clean and organized environment. I really admire the decor, customer service and covid protocols taking place. This is an exceptional venue for a wedding and other celebratory events. The location is ideal due to its proximity to the airport and the Apollo branding is simply classy. Washrooms are super clean. Parking lot is also compact and fits enough vehicles.

Very clean, beautiful and especially would like to appreciate and thanks to Mr. Amanjeet (The manager), he was so cooperative. At each and every step, he supported us to make sure that our wedding ceremony on August 6 goes well. Gave us extra fourth hall as three halls were already booked for almost 500 guests according to gov. Rules about capacity. Very grateful
I will recommend as this is the best hall of Mississauga and GTA.

Went in for a scheduled wedding consult with my fiancé and both sets of parents during summer 2020, and Appollo had not done any preparation in advance of our meeting.once they heard we were planning a 250 person wedding on a Saturday in 2022, the rep started telling us that we needed to change our date to a weeknight because they didn’t want to accommodate for such a “small” wedding on a Saturday. They were very rude and unprofessional. I was embarrassed I’d wasted my parents and inlaws time. Don’t bother unless you’re planning an 800 person wedding despite being in a pandemic. Lol.

Beautiful venue, I just recently booked my wedding ceremony with Apollo Convention Centre for 2022. I had to move my wedding date from another venue which shut down. Amarjit explained everything from the booking process. I would recommend Apollo Convention Centre for your next event.

Management is very bad, manager misbehaved and said get out, just because we reached 5 minutes late because of traffic. Every one knows the traffic at 5pm on Hwy, after work you don't have any choice.
Manager was very rude and purposely let us reach there and then raise the price and misbehaved. We asked why he is doing like this, he said go, get out several times.
I never recommend this place to anyone and make sure from my family, friends and from my circle that no one go there.

I am extremely disappointed by this hall and the poor customer service. I have been trying to get in contact for months now as my wrdding was cancelled due to Covid-19 they kept dodging my calls and they do not reply to their emails. It is extremely unfair for you guys to keep ppls money they paid as a deposit for a wedding cancelled due (to not their choice) but a pandemic. My other hall returned out depsoit so its interesting to see how some people are choosing to be greedy. Many couples had to already undergo so much uncertainty and were not able to have their ideal weddings which they have been planning for years and now they have to face a financial burden.

Refuse to give you money back after they cancel your event.kept my $9000 deposit.did not show any sympathy whatsoever.very greedy.i do not advise to book at this location.most of these 5 star reviews are fake reviews

They followed the COVID protocols well, with the temperature measurements, sign in, and had masks and hand sanitizer at the front for people who forgot to bring their's. Also, the mango shakes are surprisingly good! The workers were also friendly to the vendors working the event I was working that.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Both Aman and Tony are both greedy and evil human beings. Plz never go to these people. They cancelled my event and refused to give me back any money. They said I have to do even with them in future even if no one shows they going to charge me full price of event. I begged Aman to plz show some sympathy, he said "You see me whining? I have mortgage to pay too! " I can't believe an owner would say that. Plz everyone stay away.

We had our Knights of Columbus event for Valentines and it was fantastic! For was great so was the venue!

Went to book for a family function. Hence,
at the moment things look good, oraganised and the individual Aman ji I went to did a great job by taking us around, explaining things in depth and guiding us.

For off season engagement, pricing was a good deal but it was a pain to coordinate and communicate with the staff and their lighting and sound partners.
Our menu changed without notice on the day of the party and after spending hours with the lighting and sound technician for rehearsal, on the day of everything went down the drain.
The lighting guy did not follow the instructions throughout the event and missed critical pin lights during our couple slow dance, and my solo dance with the bridesmaids.
Me being the bride had to approach the MC every now and then to get the lighting guy to pay attention and change lighting as per the agenda of the party. It was embarrassing and of course did not turn out the way we wanted it for our photoshoot and videos.
Would not recommend going with the in-house light and sound system and caution to check your event details including menu right up until the day of your event.

Be aware. Worst food in the industry! It was my second time at this convention Center and without doubt horrible food. Stay away if you're seeking good food for your party.

Nice and clean venue. The buffet tables were nicely placed. The lobby was open and inviting. Great banquet hall.

Apollo has been a pleasure to work with. They are very professional. The hall is beautiful. Everything went as planned and the staff were amazing at making sure that everything was to our liking.

They have beautiful rooms and great decor options. They are also VERY flexible when it comes to the food and alcohol menus. Their halls fit all party sizes which is even better.

They mostly serve halal food, I confirmed with management and lady was very cooperative and varified with chief.

This is one of the nicest banquet halls the city has to offer. Conveniently located off the highway with a beautiful interior decor; they've spent time, effort and money to keep this place in great shape. They are also very reasonably priced for what you get. I'd highly recommend Apollo to anyone looking to get married, host a gala or any other corporate event.

Had a thrilling time filming a wedding video here on July 13th, the lighting and effects were excellent the whole night and made for a great shoot!

Very nice place, good ambience. Have one complaint.we were attending a silver wedding and it seems there was a first birthday part in the room next to the silver wedding celebrations.the dividing wall is probably so thin we couls hear all their music quite loud. As a result it was noisy and hard to hear on our side. You need to seriously sound proof the rooms.

Terrible to deal with the management, beware the manager is a pathological liar who does not keep promises and increases prices after agreements.

Very good venue. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff that helped make our event a success. The food and service was unmatched and all our guests raved about the beautiful ambiance. Would definitely recommend hosting any event there!

This is a nice place very fancy and overall attractive place. The food was okay nothing special but the dessert was the highlight and most delicious thing I ate. You can just almost anything here from business to family functions great place for events.

I went in to get quotes and inquire about events and the manager was inhospitable and rude. He put us on hold multiple times to talk to other clients over the phone and took personal calls during our meeting. The times he was talking to us, he would constantly be playing with his mouse and was not paying attention to the meeting. He would minimize and maximize his calendar on his computer and seemed to be disinterested. I would not recommend this place.
