Soby Sobhani is the BEST physio I have ever seen. I had developed achilles tendonitis from hiking too much, and he cured me in only a few sessions. He really evaluates your body as a whole and treats the root cause. He has a great personality too! I will definitely see him again if I every need more physio.

I have received excellent care and treatment at the Apollo Physical Therapy Centre. I was assessed and treated by Felix Conyedo, a Registered Massage Therapist, and by Jason Manalang, a Physiotherapist. I received a very thorough assessment by both professionals and appreciated their detailed explanation about my symptoms and problem areas that they were going to treat. Their treatments have been very effective in helping me improve my spinal mobility and range of motion and I haven’t felt this relaxed and limber in a very long time. Both practitioners worked out knots in tight muscles and provided me with needed pain relief. Both men are highly skilled professionals and they know their stuff! I greatly appreciated Jason’s manual therapy techniques, and Felix’s massage therapy techniques. Both practitioners provided me with supporting exercises to assist my rehabilitation and they encouraged me to be an active participant in my health and fitness journey. I whole-heartedly recommend their services!

Great clinic for interns! I interned here for 6mo and I learned everything I need to know to continue work in MSK rehab. Soby, Elizabeth, and Dr. Vik are incredibly knowledgeable in their fields, very friendly, and there is much to learn from them. I enjoyed every patient I saw, and I saw more than enough success from my supervisors to motivate me for a lifetime. Every single staff member here has a positive energy; I felt very comfortable whenever I walked in here.
FOR INTERNS, let me note this: Learning is mainly self-directed here. There are many textbooks and other learning resources in the clinic, and supervisors (especially Soby!) will ask you to do research on general topics on your own time. Not doing this will stunt your growth here. Come to the clinic prepared, and come ready to be challenged in ways that four years of undergrad can't do for you. As well, if you want to learn something here, ask! Supervisors here will not ask you to do much for them, so if you want to use the TENS machine, you ask. If you want to practice charting, ask. If you want to practice special testing, ask! You're in control here, and everyone has your best interests in mind if you make those interests known.

Going to Apollo was probably the best decision I could have made in relation to physiotherapy. My physiotherapist Sobhan was fantastic! The exercises and treatment I received helped me recover from a knee injury that I've had for years and the entire staff is super friendly and very supportive! 10/10 would recommend:)

I have been with Vik my chiropractor for years and I know most of the staff that work there and my experience from it for attending more than one practitioner has been amazing. I have made immense progress in my health and will continue my long road to recovery with this team at Apollo.

Great service! Friendly staff and the physio was very informative and thorough in her accessment:) Definitely will return if/when I need to.

After having NO improvement whatsoever post a concussion I had sustained on June 7th 2020 and my GP diagnosed me with post-concussion syndrome and told me that most likely I would be stuck with these symptoms; I still couldn't drive, could barely read, unable to be outside because of light sensitivity, noise sensitivity, no energy etc. I decided to take matters into my own hands as there was no way I could return to work and live this way. I did a quick research and found the Apollo Physical Therapy Centre. I called them and was given an appointment a few days later. I saw Elizabeth Langfried Registered Physiotherapist and Concussion Circuit Program Coordinator on August 5ht 2020, she made a thorough assessment and advised me that I would benefit from the 16 week concussion circuit. So she gave me hope that I could certainly get better. I worked with Elizabeth and also Leah Albert registered Kinesiologist; it was hard work as they had indicated but I was finally getting some improvement just after a few sessions, they made me see the light at the end of the tunnel. After multiple other medical issues (heart and hormonal issues) impacting my recovering I continued to see Elizabeth on a regular basis and I am glad to say that I am now back to work. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable, professional and has restful approach but don’t get fooled she is amazing at giving deep tissues massages to loosen those stubborn tight muscles.

So I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth! I appreciate all she has done, I couldn't have done it without her and The Apollo team (Leah BScHk, R. Kin, Linda and other clerks) were always pleasant and helped me with my appointments booking.
The only disadvantage is that I initially had to pay from my own pocket but then after speaking with my work insurance and telling them of my improvement they finally decided to help out with the charges but even if they wouldn't have, this would have been all worth it since I have my life back. Thanks Elizabeth and the Apollo team!

I came to Apollo for help healing from debilitating post-concussion symptoms. Sobhan Sobhani, the physiotherapist I saw, is outstanding;; skilled (he has a Ph. D.in this field), creative, compassionate, patient, respectful, and funny. He started with a thorough assessment, which revealed the cause and extent of my symptoms. Then over the course a couple of months, he systematically retrained my brain on memory, sequencing, balance, VOI, and tolerating sound and distractions. He also trained me in how to quickly recover from headaches and nausea and in improving my sleep and pacing. Because of him, I am now completely recovered. Linda, the receptionist is delightful. I unreservedly recommend Apollo for anyone dealing with concussion.

Dr Watson is a Rockstar. He's helped me out more times than I can count, often with very little notice.

The reception crew is always extremely pleasant and makes booking, changing and even cancelling appointments an absolute breeze.

I was in a catastrophic car accident and chiro therapy and physio therapy has helped me to be able to do my normal day to day activities again, with decreased pain and improved movement! Highly recommend trying this establishment!
