I can’t say enough about Tony and the work that he did on my car. It was ready in less than 24 hours and he was able to work his magic and help save me some money.

Very friendly staff. Staff were quite informative to the needs of my vehicle. The staff kept me informed as to the work being done. They offered coffee but I had already had Timmy's with me. I would return here with any glass concerns for my 5 vehicles.

I got my rear window fixed, it took 4 days. The rear glass had to be ordered from Montreal. I had brought my car in on Friday, it was ready by Thursday the following week.

He was so nice he suggested me to leave my car in his dry garage. I did.

After my car was fixed, I drove it to work on Friday, I kept hearing a strange dull sound coming from my driver door, thought it was the radio-no, outside sound -no

Examined my car closer, there is a rip in the fabric inside my door panel, and scratches and dents.

I called him to let him know what happened, he denied anything
he told me to call my insurance company if I had complaints.huh what, I called the police, he's tracking my car.

. Strangely enough, after I called him to complain, the sound disappeared, coincidence?

This is my second time having my windshield repaired at Apple Auto Glass in Pickering. Tony and his son Vashkin are so accommodating, even letting me bring in our vehicle without an appointment and even before they were open. Their work is superb and they will tell you right off the bat if an issue can be dealt with or not.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Coincidentally, I work in insurance so if any of our clients within the Durham region ask if I know of any good glass places, I will definitely point them to Apple Auto Glass.

They didn't have my proper file on record from 2 years ago when I replaced a windshield there.
They mis-quoted me because they didn't have the proper file.
They quoted "700" 3 times.then when I brought my car in. "1400" magically now.
Wasted my time, energy, and gas by lying about price.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The lady at the front desk needs customer service training. I called this location to ask for a quick quote, and after receiving the quoted amount, I asked if she knew how much the insurance companies usually cover (Seedy auto askes if you are going to make an insurance). All so had to say was that she was not sure, but instead she got upset and started giving me attitude, and asked me why I'm asking all these questions and if I'm working for another business (competitor). I was so dumbfounded, that was the weirdest customer service call I ever had lol. I guess I'm going to Speedy Auto after all.

Had windshield repaired here over a year ago but recently noticed the adhesive filler inside the repair (hole) was gone. On occasion this can happen over time with the elements outside. I took it in this morning, service was prompt, staff were great, fixed it right away, plus suggested I come back in 6 months after winter just to check up again. All this and still under warranty repair n/c. Great service and highly recommend these guys! Over the years we have replaced or repaired windows on various cars. They will always share the options with you. While you may not make a wide crack in the windshield disappear, if its still fairly small often the repair is the best option.

The gave me a quote on my windshield and asked for a hundred dollar deposit gave them my car and they called me back saying it was going to cost more because of the trim on the window

Tony and his wife went above and beyond with their customer service. I was on my way home from work last week and got a stone chip on my front windshield. Tony repaired it right away. I will definitely be doing my business with him in the future. Keep up the great work!

I was extremely satisfied with the high quality service that I received from Apple Auto Glass Pickering. I had a large rock chip on my windshield that was repaired perfectly, it is barely noticeable now. I didn't think the repair would be possible due to the size of the rock chip, but Tony did a fantastic job on it. He is very knowledgeable. I would definitely reccomend Apple Auto Glass Pickering for those in need of windshield repairs.

Fantastic. I was very happy with the service I received in getting my windshield replaced. Right from the beginning with Anica making me feel comfortable and even giving me a ride to where I needed to go. To Tony who was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and was so kind and caring. Ended up getting another big Stone chip only 4 days later and Tony got me in straight away as he didn't want the windshield to crack again. I would recommend this apple auto glass to others in the future, because of their great customer service, and quick, reliable results. Even as I sat in the waiting room, they treated everyone the same. Keep up the great work all!

Good advice and a decent installation on the wife's 2016 Corolla rear windshield. Lots of fragments of glass left in the car interior and on the trunk lid. Worst of all: a "lifetime" warranty on the glass became "90 days" once installed and paid for: guess they can't stand behind their work nor product.

To whom it may concern:
I recently, (Dec. 2018) needed my windshield replaced very last minute just before the Christmas Holiday in fact. Tony not only gave me very prompt attention and service but he completed the replacement before it was scheduled leaving me with little to no inconvenience. I was so impressed by the exemplary detail of work but also Tony's willingness to satisfy my needs. Not only do I recommend Tony and his staff I will take al of my business back to them!

I was blown away by how knowledgeable and customer service focused this father and son team were.
