I am deeply grateful for the warm reception at Apple Creek when I brought my recently adopted puppy for the second shot. Dr. Burley's kindness, attentiveness, and expertise made the experience exceptional. I appreciate his patience in explaining the exams and addressing all my questions. Dr Augustin is my dog’s vet for 7 years since I first got him. As a first time dog owner, I asked him tones of questions back then. He was always very nice, patient, helpful and respectful. I never felt any pressure from him when making decisions on my dog’s treatment plans. He is the best vet I have never met. I can see the passion in his career and I will definitely recommend everyone to him.

All the staff is really kind and welcoming, they were very accommodating on our recent visit and made my pup feel really safe and ensured his visit was the least stressful as possible. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I can't thank Dr. Jessica enough for her exceptional care and expertise. She provided a second opinion for my dogs' persistent skin problems and health issues, offering a solution that has truly made a difference. What stands out the most is that my dogs are no longer afraid, unlike at our previous vet. Dr. Jessica's reliability and dedication are remarkable; she even made follow-up calls beyond working hours. The hospital itself is super well-kept and clean. The receptionists are friendly and efficient.

The doctors at the animal hospital are nice and patient. However, I had a very bad experience with some of their admin staff and receptionists who only deserve a 0-star rating.

Last September, my cat fell ill, but when I tried to book an appointment with the hospital's doctor, they were fully booked until December. Since I wanted my cat to be treated as soon as possible, I decided to take him to another vet. However, the other vet required my cat's medical record from Apple Creek Animal Hospital since my cat was going there since he was born.

When I called the animal hospital to request the medical record, the receptionist who answered the phone was very impatient and insisted that it would take at least 5 business days for the doctor to review it before sending it to me. Unfortunately, the most recent available procedure date was only two days away, and I did not want my cat to suffer any longer, nor did I want to reschedule with another vet. I begged the receptionist to accelerate my request, but she refused ruthlessly and hung up.

I was heartbroken, but I did not give up. After 20 minutes, I called back, and another receptionist answered the phone. She was nice and helped me explain the situation to the doctor. She also sent me the medical record that same afternoon. Because of her help, I am adding an extra star to my review.

In conclusion, while some of the staff at Apple Creek Animal Hospital are helpful and kind, the unprofessional behavior of some of their receptionists and admin staff made my experience with the hospital very unpleasant.

Dr. Augustine and his team are amazing. We’ve been a patient since 2019 and both my dogs are always well taken care of. He will also go the extra mile to check up on you/your pet even on his day off to make sure everything is ok. Definitely not something that’s expected but so so appreciated when we didn’t know what was going on with my dog. We currently live in NYC but will still try to go back for our regular check ups and appointments.

My cat, Chichi, needed emergency bladder stone removal services. In this difficult moment, the vets and staff here had helped my family greatly. They were super patient, explained everything very clearly, and wasn’t judgemental or pushy for us to make decisions one way or another. Apple Creek animal hospital has been great over the years. We have taken our dog there since this clinic opened. All of the vets are very caring. The staff are great as well!

Amazing doctors and staff! Within 6 months, my puppy had a broken leg, spay, and surgical removal of a mass. As nerve-wrecking as these incidences were, I knew my dog was in good hands with Dr Augustin and the staff. He is very knowledgable and friendly. I was told the benefits, risks, and price breakdown before deciding anything. He also took time to explain the procedure and more info about my dogs health condition at the time. All of my concerns were always answered and I never felt rushed. My dog is also a rescue so she was very scared in the beginning (especially after the surgeries) but now she does not mind going to the clinic at all! I appreciate their hard work:)

Great customer service! I followed Karen from another clinic as she has been always been caring towards my and my sisters’ pets and does her best to ensure we feel welcome every single visit. Had been taking my previous dog to them since 2017, unfortunately due to certain circumstances we had to rehome our pup. Said that staff and doctors are AMAZING. I have a kitten and a dog with chronic conditions who are both patients at this clinic. Dr. Augustin and the other vets at the clinic have provided exceptional care to my kitten since we’ve had him, from routine vaccinations and his neuter procedure, to ongoing care for allergy-related skin issues. He goes above and beyond to make phone calls after clinic hours for consultations. Pricing is reasonable, especially for the quality of care. Although wait times have been long for appointments due to a surge in demand for veterinary care since the pandemic, I would still highly recommend this clinic.

Poor time management…don’t know what the point is for making appointments if you have to wait more than half an hour to see your vet every time

I brought my puppy Pearl into Apple Creek while she was going through some reoccuring health issues that we couldn't see an end to with our previous vet, and we saw Dr. Augustine who is an AMAZING veterinarian! He is phenomenal at what he does (super knowledge and very thorough) and just a great human being! You can tell when someone is super passionate about what they do and genuinely cares. It was refreshing to see that! His staff are also really sweet and super accommodating! They took Pearl in when they were fully booked because of her issue which we are very grateful for as not all clinics will do this!

Great vet, great service, been here multiple times for some big incidents already. Definitely one of the few vets that don't make it feel like they're trying to empty your wallet.

I came to Dr. Augustine for help with my cat’s Cryptorchidism, a condition where one of his testicle is lodge somewhere near his stomach and required exploratory surgery to remove. I previously went to a different vet who was unsuccessful and nearly killed my cat (nipped his intestine, he couldn’t poop, couldn’t eat for days, was at the hospital everyday for 14 days with IV, had a massive incision scar from guessing where the testicle would be, etc.) and had been put off by the surgery long after he healed. It wasn’t until my cat displayed behavioural issues such as peeing everywhere and aggression that I knew I had to get this surgery done again. Dr. Augustine was so professional and thorough in explaining the whole process, the risk, and everything I was concern about. He even took my calls outside work hours when I expressed concerns about the surgery and took his time to assure me. On the day of surgery, Dr. Augustine was able to find the testicle quickly, with only two tiny incisions made. My cat was responsive, active and eating right after he came back from surgery and has healed perfectly since then. He has stopped biting and peeing around the whole house, which has been a huge relief. I am so so so thankful for Dr. Augustine’s help and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a quality vet. I am not one to ever write reviews, but having such a positive and safe experience i felt compelled to share. I attached a photo of his final day of recovery with a surgery onesie i got him.

The service here was excellent until our dog Had an altercation with another dog. After this incident took place, they would no longer update us on our dog’s vaccination due date and would put us on hold for a long time as soon as they realize who we are.

I’m so thrilled that my friend referred me to Dr. Alice Chen and the Apple Creek Animal Hospital - the level of service and care I’ve experienced has been amazing. Dr. Alice spends the time to ask questions about my dog, thoroughly explains tests/vaccines/medication without being pushy, and addresses all my questions with patience and care. My almost 12 years old dog got neutered to reduce his enlarged prostate as well as removing some skin growth in a surgery. Everything was a breeze for us. We are just waiting for him to be able to do a number 2 on his own with ease now. Dr. Augustin Leung as well as Dr. Lisa Wong are very friendly and patiently explained everything to us in details. The staff whom we spoken with are nice and knowledgeable. Overall it was a very positive experience for me as well as my dog and I would recommend them for their professionalism.

The entire staff at this clinic are wonderful. I took my puppy in for a laparoscopic spay, and the results were excellent. Irie, my puppy showed NO discomfort whatsoever - at any time, at it’s been 2 weeks - and didn’t try to lick the incision once. I’m not sure she even knew about it. Dr. Janice was great at keeping me posted on the pre-spay work and what I should expect. Dr. Augustin performed the surgery, but I didn’t get to meet him. The techs and staff were friendly and took the time to understand that my puppy responded better to affection and talking when drawing blood during her pre-spay appointment, meaning they didn’t need to restrain her with the usual techniques. I really appreciated that. My puppy did too, she loved the and staff didn’t seem to want to leave when her surgery was over! Came out tail wagging saying hi to everyone. I can’t recommend this clinic enough, and the laparoscopic spay. Thank you to the entire team.

This is by far the best animal hospital I have been to. My family and I have 4 dogs and we always go to Dr. Chen at Apple Creek, she is amazing with all of them and especially patient with my back-to-back appointments. I highly recommend this facility to pet lovers.

Started coming here a few years ago and it was a great decision. Could have picked a vet in my neighbourhood but people spoke very highly of Apple Creek - they were right. Dr. Augustin and the team here are the best I could have hoped for to take care of my little guy, right through to the end. Always truthful, empathetic, and very pleasant in every interaction. I would highly recommend Apple Creek to everyone.

To anyone wondering (as I know I did), pandemic protocols do make saying goodbye to our fluffy companions even more difficult, but here they are very accommodating as you are able to do so in your car. You can also choose to be in the office with a maximum of 2 people.

Friendliness and professionalism is consistent across the board, from reception to technicians to vets. I think I've seen almost every vet here and every single one of them was warm, caring, patient, and responsive to all my questions (and I ask a lot). They take the time to explain everything clearly. The staff met my very screamy girl Arsenic recently. The doc very patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Getting Arse outside of the house is always a challenge because she is so terrified of the outdoors, she sweats, bites, urinates, defecates, and YELLS like no tomorrow. As a result, I was about half an hour late to my appointment, but the staff were very understanding and flexible enough to take the next appointment first. After the physical exam, we scheduled Arse's treatment for the day after. Since getting her home and back would be a challenge, the doc allowed me to leave her there overnight at no charge. Next week we get the lab results back and I'm hoping for good news. All the staff here made the experience as easy as possible. If you have a problem kitty you can confidently leave them in the care of their very capable staff.

My dog just had her cyst at the back of her neck removed by Dr. Augustin this Tuesday. The surgery went very well and her energy everything was back to normal already the day after. I want to say thank you to the team at Apple Creek Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Augustin and Dr. Janice. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. I had experience with other clinics and emergency due to unexpected circumstances for a few times, but I think Apple Creek is the best of which I have had experience with.

Our pet - Lulu was with Apple Creek Animal Hospital since she was only 8-week old. Right now she is one year old. With the caring from the whole team here, she has been getting her help whenever she is needed.

Yesterday we called in the morning to see if they can take our pet in because our pet has a lump at the back of her neck and the lump was bleeding. We were so worried. They took her in on emergency basis and told us that they would diagnose the pets that have booked appointments in advance first and then they would take a look at our pet. We really appreciate that. Thanks for Dr. Janice’s work, she even diagnosed our pet when the hospital was about to close. But she didn’t rush it, Dr. Augustin was there too, they didn’t rush it to finish or anything. They took a good look at our pet. Dr. Janice even called us after the hospital was close. Thanks Dr. Janice and Dr. Augustin to help us out. We had Dr. Augustin for few times but Dr. Janice for the first time. They are both very professional, thorough and knowledgeable and we can feel that they really do care about our pet. And they answer every single question that you might have in your mind and they try their best to find out what might went wrong for our pet. We think they are amazing people, amazing vets! Also thanks to the receptionists for being patient and nice, even when we called several times and asked so many questions, they are still there being very nice and patient to help you and answer your questions. Our invoice can’t be opened, we asked them re-send for few times, they did it without any complains.

We also want to say thank you to Dr. Lisa. Our pet was with Lisa for most of time. Every time we are here, Dr. Lisa is trying to give us the most professional and helpful advice on how to sort things out for our pet. She cares about the health condition of our pet. She answers every question and she brings up the concerns that we might have in our mind. I think she is amazing.

We also had Dr. Winnie for few times before. Dr. Winnie is such a nice person and nice vet too. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She gives very detailed explanations on things and she explains things very clearly. She is very kind and warm-hearted! We can feel her love and kindness towards animals.

Thank you to the whole team here! All the doctors, receptionist and technicians are amazing! We appreciate the effort that they put in for taking good cares of our pet and all the pets. The best vet here in GTA. The only vet that we fully trust!

Great doctors and great service, very informal on pets health and procedure's, including best options for general pet healthcare.

If you’d like to see a vet within a reasonable amount of time then unfortunately this is not the place for you. They’re booked out for the next month so apparently you can only get an appointment if you are able to magically guess when your pet needs help a month in advance.

They have wonderful and kind connections with animals they know what they should to do with every kind of animals. They have best and best doctor especially Dr. Alice, she is knowledgeable, kind and very patient when you explain everything about your pet. I never seen veterinarian doctor like her, I am very happy with this clinic

Dr. Lisa Wong was not only very knowledgeable, but also very patient and caring. I brought my cat in for concerns regarding his allergic reactions resulting in swollen paws and fur loss. Dr. Lisa took her time to address my concerns, answer all of my questions, and set a course of action for treatment. She really showed her care for my cat and I believe she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of animals, and I will be bringing my cat to see her specifically going forward. Although very hard to get an appointment here since they are always booked up - the front desk staff tries their best to accomodate your needs and goes out of their way to get you an appointment if someone else cancels. Good and knowledgable service is hard to come by and it really does make a huge difference. You'll be in good hands if you come here!

Additionally, I want to mention that Dr. Lisa did not try to upsell me on ANYTHING. In fact, she even recommended at home remedies for me to try out. A good doctor is so hard to come by, and I am so grateful to have found this place.

First impressions matter, and our first visit to Apple Creek Animal Hospital was absolutely amazing. The minute I walked in with my pup I was acknowledged by the admin team. When I met our vet I was a bit nervous at first because this was my first puppy and I didn’t know much. After our initial appointment I felt so relieved because Dr. Augustin took his time to explain everything in detail to make it clear, and he spent a good amount of time getting to know our pup. He was very open with us and has a really good sense of humor! I would highly recommend Apple Creek to anyone because of their very friendly staff and amazing customer service! When we had our golden puppy 2 months ago we went apple creek and our experience was amazing. Front desk and staff over there so good. So friendly and helpful people. Dr. Augustine is an amazing doctor and person he is so helpful and answering all questions. Over 2 months we had several times loose stool and some little health issues about loose stool every time we been there its an amazing experience highly recommended animal hospital. Don’t take those negative comments and reviews seriously. Doctors and all the staff at apple creek amazing. Thank you very much for everything.

Had such an amazing first experience at Apple Creek! As a first time Morkie mom, I had all these concerns about my baby's health. I called in and Karen literally stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered. She was genuine, honest and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable knowing that my pup would be well taken care of. She was even able to get us in the same day due to a cancellation which I was so grateful for!

I’ve been going to this Hospital over a year now. From my first cat to the third cat. Dr Augustin is always so patient and helpful.

I know both Dr Winnie & Dr Augustin for many years prior to them opening Apple Creek Animal Hospital and I trust them with my pets completely. They were there for my 12+ year golden retriever when he collapsed suddenly (I turned out to be cancer) while my husband and I were overseas. They also took great care of my cat who had chronic kidney disease and he was able to live comfortably for more than a year after diagnosis. They’re compassionate and knowledgeable and I’m glad they now have their own practice! I always recommend them to many of my friends and family and they all have had positive experiences with them.

This is the best animal hospital in town! Dr. Augustin and Winnie really cares about their patients and they always recommend the best solution for my pom Yoshi. One time Yoshi wasn't feeling well all of a sudden and the receptionist scheduled us in same day even its after their business hour. Their staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They always call to follow up on Yoshi after appointments. The clinic is clean and tidy. My pom feels comfortable going there and always get lots of treats! Highly recommended! Dr. Augustin is reliable, honest, and above all caring. You can tell he really cares about his clients financial situations by often offering options along with pros and cons. The front staff was also very understanding and friendly when I informed them I was going to be late for my appointment.

Amazing staff and customer service! I called around to get price quotes from multiple clinics and I was the most impressed with Apple Creek. The receptionist was very courteous and knowledgeable. We ended up bringing our new puppy here for her first vet visit. As first-time dog owners, I really appreciate that everyone walked us through the process in detail and did not try to push any unnecessary expenses. Not only is the price reasonable, the people are awesome too! Very satisfied with our overall experience and highly recommend this clinic.

Vets are very knowledgable and are very upfront with fees and optional procedures. They don't try to unnecessarily upsell you, and are honest about saving you money, while still providing quality healthcare for your pet.

The staff is always very nice. Place is very clean. Our vet was very thorough and didn't mind answering all our first time pet owner questions.

The doctors and technicians are nice and treated my cat well, which is most important. But the doctors here are always behind schedule, i would show up early to my appointment and wait at least 30 min later so going is at least a hour and a half trip.

Great patient care for your animals with wonderful and caring staff. I can't say enough of my great experiences with Apple Creek. I volunteer for a Rescue and placed my old, sick and mistreated dog in their care. Dr. Augustin gave him a chance at life to enjoy a quality and happy life my foster dog so deserved. He lived over 3 years (much longer than anyone else thought he would get). I will always be so grateful to Apple Creek for the tender and experienced care for my foster dog, plus the work they do with different Rescue organizations to continue to save so many dogs in medical need!
