Apple Self Storage - Midland

I used Apple storage last year and would highly recommend them clean professional well trained staff l am planning on using them again this month

We did not enjoy our experience with Apple Self Storage. One month, our payment was due and my husband told them he'd be in the next day to pay but they were closed so he went on their next business day. They charged us a late fee but said they'd refund it if we wrote a 5* review! I preferred being in integrity and paying the $15 and writing an authentic review. They locked my husband out so he couldn't access our unit until he paid the fee. I would understand if we had been very late or if we had been terrible customers but we are professional and respectful and it was a day or two late. The unit itself was fine and clean but I would not use their facility again based on our experience.

My husband and I went to open an account on a Saturday. The front desk was super helpful. We also took advantage of one of their promotions which was a big plus.

Amazing service and the space is nice and clean. I work for a charitable organization, and they have even offered to have us use space at no charge to assist with safe pick up of silent auction items. Would absolutely recommmend!

I was very pleased with the very friendly & informative service also impressed about the safety measures taken to keep all tenants safe from the covid 19 I have never seen such a clean storage property. Also the option of 24 hr access is a big plus especially with people on shift work great to have knowing that the grounds are safe to go to feel good that possessions are also safe from vandalism Thank-you
