Stored my things here for three years. Staff were always friendly, property was always clean, well lit and all facets always worked.

Never had any issue getting into or out of the property and zero problems with the unit where my belongings were stored.

Apple made it so easy to get into a unit! Then coming and going was great! The unit was clean, door and lock procedure was a breeze. The staff was always there to help and were very courteous. The location is super nice and clean. The ground is all paved, no dusty in and outs. Patricia is super kind and accommadating. I definately recommend anyone whose interested in temporary/long-term storage to check this place out!

Even being put on a waiting list the staff keeps you up to date an informed as much as possible as to when units may be available.

Service was very good as compared to Northern Self Storage after the acquisition by Green Storage. Patricia and her little dog were great. You've got to love any company that promotes pets in the workplace, as opposed to Green Storage who penalized Glenna and her friend (the former property managers) for having animals in the workplace. Value for money is good. You have a live in property manager and a handy man securing your property, whereas Green Storage has only a property manager who lives off site and constant repairs and construction.

Fantastic company! This was the third time using Apple Self Storage across multiple provinces and definitely not the last. I like the transparency with their prices. You just don't get that with other companies that like to hide fees. They always have deals on their website giving you discounts on your first few months. It's also great to book online at any time, knowing they'll have your unit ready on time. The units are clean and as advertised. In terms of customer service, they follow up to ensure everything goes smoothly and go out of their way to ensure you're happy. Overall, I'd say they are the best storage company I've ever used and highly recommend them.
