Jeff was absolutely incredible with helping me. I was running into multiple issues through needing to upgrade a locker through a move while being between houses and was quite overwhelmed. Jeff was so enthusiastic and engaging and went above and beyond and turned a very stressful moving day into surprisingly a great one.

They have plenty of self storage but no apples, it’s not a problem as I was only interested in the self storage. Jeff was an immense help!

Jeff was awesome today. We went in to transfer to a bigger unit and he went above and beyond to explain the process, answer our questions and give the best advice on how to make it happen. Thank you Jeff!

I have been with this location for over 2 years and it’s been amazing, all the staff are helpful and responsible. Big thanks to Jennifer, Diana and Jeff for all your help. The location is always super clean and organized.

Jennifer and Jeff are very friendly and professional, facility is clean, has easy access, and is well located. Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer is a rude employee.
Every run in with her has been horrible.
You can be as nice as possible with her but she always has a chip on her shoulder and shouldn’t be working at the front desk.

I finally complained about her attitude to head office and not even a week after that, my rent was raised (by her via email) for the second time in one year.
Which ended up costing me almost $100 more a month than what I had initially signed on for.

I was actually going to rent a second storage unit but I was just too bothered by her attitude that day I inquired about it and also what was happening with my rate to give them more of my business.

I left that place shortly after getting that second rate increase email and I’m now at a way better place with way better rates and way better staff.

Was in need for urgent storage with discount in the Eglinton and Bayview area. Was referred to this place (20 Research Rd) by the adjacent storage manager. They solved my problem, in particular Alisha who has been fast answering my queries and assisting me in anything I needed. Great discounts, closer location to the main street, closer units main ground, easy parking and car access inside the building, cleaner place, access to your unit at any time - day, evening, night, weekends. Very well computerize.just type your access pin and you're in.

Absolutely terrible experience. They constantly move up rent after you’ve moved everything in and take every opportunity to nickel and dime you.

They charge $80 to cut open a lock.

The staff was nice and properly informed me on how to handle everything related to the storage from gaining access to the security door, operating the elevators, and locking your storage unit. I give them 4 stars because the elevator used to lift your stuff to the storage sucks. I couldn't make the elevator work two times and had to get help. I made sure both doors were properly shut and made sure I did the timing correctly of entering code to pressing the floor button.

Came in looking for a storage unit, and was helped by Jeff he was amazing and helped me through the paperwork amazingly, and showing me around the premises.i left knowing i rented the place out, and was dealt with properly.

Great place, great customer service, very clean facility in the heart of downtown Toronto. The only thing I wish they had was automatic freight elevators, as the doors are very tough to open and close, and can remain at a stand still when not shut properly.

I also wish they enforced parking in the loading docks, as people just park their cars, especially during peak times, and go into their units to tidy up or to go buy coffee etc, when actual trucks and businesses need to use the docks to move large and heavy items and have time constraints. This is always very frustrating and is very inconsiderate of the client's that use the facility.

Other than that the customer service here is always 5/5!

I’ve had a space there for a few years now. I very much appreciate it, thank you. I know my things are safe and I’m safe when I visit even after business hours. It’s worth your peace in mind.

Horrible service, very poor customer service and they have been sending my mail back for the last few weeks without informing me and acting as if they have no idea where the mail has gone to. I called and went into the office multiple times and only found out through the sender. Weird, very strange seeing as I've been paying for this mailbox for at least 5 years. Horrible.

Convenient, clean, prime location and friendly staff! Can't ask for any better! Definitely will be using these guys again

As always, my experience on site with the staff at Apple Self Storage was fantastic! Even during the times of covid, they are following all of the provincial protocols making customers like myself feel safe. Recently when I went on site, I was looking to pack some items out to clear up some room in my unit. Unfortunately, I brought only a few supplies with me and was getting agitated with the situation as I would have to leave to leave the unit and go buy some additional materials at another store. When I went to speak to the associate on site that day (Anita), she assured me that I wouldn’t have to make a trip off site and that they actually sold the packing materials right there. Anitas service, like all the other staff, was very professional and customer service oriented. She was kind, patient and warm which is really hard to come by these days with all of the stress people are managing. Would highly recommend using this facility!

Amazing amenities struck us at our first visit to this site. Staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. Anita was especially fantastic as she took the time to explain everything patiently to us. I like the fact they have four loading bays on site. Anita also answered all of our questions with a tremendously positive attitude. I recommend this location in the highest rating.

I have used this unit a lot working with different brands for events. The staff is very supportive, they are always there to answer questions and are very welcoming in the office. It is a high traffic place and they make sure to keep things moving!

Staff are helpful, and I've never had a problem with the facility. It would be nice if access was available 24 hours a day though

Theres 2 female staff that work in the front. Not sure of their names. One of them, the west Indian woman was extremely friendly and helpful. The other lady on the other hand, the Caucasian one, was the exact opposite. Very unwelcoming and extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to.anyone just because of her

Horrible phone service. Very impatient caller and unable to provide details for invoices when asked, only demanded credit card number.

They only accept payment via credit card and do not accept visa debit, which feels classist as hell. Additionally, I tried booking a unit starting on the 27th, and the note on the booking page said I'd be paid up until the 23rd of next month. Why am I being robbed of 4 days?

It's ok for storing a condo worth of stuff for a month or 2 bit watch out the freight elevator has a nasty clamp on your arm if your not careful

Great location; great first time check in and walk thru.passcode access. Washrooms on premise. Huge lifts. BUT remember to bring your own lock before going.

I was dropping something off for work for the first time and wasn't really sure how the whole thing with the storage worked as I had multiple lockers to go to. I asked the lady at the office for help locating my lockers, and she actually took me to both of the floors, explained everything and gave me instructions for the elevator. Great people working there - everyone was helpful and the space was super organized and clean! Thanks for all our help Apple Self Storage!:)

I loved the service that we received at this Apple Self Storage location. Jennifer, the one that mainly took care of our file, was absolutely fantastic. The other staff are also amazing and give great customer service. The facilities are clean and have lots of security.

This place has no way for a walker or wheel chair to get up, they only have stairs. And the storage rooms they have lots of storage units. It's so big in there that you can get lose in there, they should put some kind of way so people know how to get to there lockers, or help them find the way out. There are lot of people now who don't have good memories at all.

Downtown location with elevated platform to help moving with color id to your locker.clean indoors with constant lights lit.acess to keypad allows acess after office hours.you actually get downtown parking for free while attending your locker wich is hard to believe in itself.in my opinion it rocks next to public storage.

There is literally no place like this in the downtown core. Staff are fantastic; an ideal place for businesses to set up a space to service the core. On site garbage and recycling services are just the beginning of the benefits of being set up here. Worth every penny.
