After having used 6 storage warehouses across the GTA, we have finally settled in this location, primarily due to the staff. Boni, the facility manager goes above & beyond to help when ever needed. Always there with a smile at the reception and always willing to help. Location couldn’t be better, right by QEW, access to 53’ truck docks, 24hrs access, meeting room, we couldn’t ask for more.
Most of the tenants at this location are businesses, which makes it a safe & clean place to operate from.

Sarah, Assistant Manager at the Oakville location is an absolute gem. She is incredibly professional, answered all my questions, and is on top of everything. The storage facility itself is clean, convenient to get to, and offered everything that I needed, however I would say that my experience dealing with Sarah is what made me decide to choose this location for my storage needs.

Top notch storage facility. The security has been further enhanced right down to the unit level. Bonnie was great and provided very professional service. Even with the additional upgrades, the prices are still extremely fair and competitive.

I have dealt with many storage companies working as an admin to a real estate agent. David and everyone at Apple Storage in Oakville has by far been the easiest to deal with. I wasn't sure of what sized unit we would need so David took me around the facility to show me a few different options. Hands down the best storage location. The convenience, automation, and security they offer is just not available anywhere else in town. I moved in my stuff at midnight and had a smooth experience without needing any assistance or pre-approvals/reservations from the office. I could access my unit anytime of the day per my convenience. And, I especially liked how access is controlled and automated at every step along the way. On top of that, Bonnie and Aubrey were also a pleasure to work with. Will be back here again for storage when the need arises.

I recommend this place. Their billing is 4 weeks and not monthly. The accessibility, cleanliness and safety makes it a good choice.

We chose Apple for a few reasons. They were not the cheapest. They have an amazing facility in Oakville that is easy to get to, and it is very easy to access. They have several loading bays for different types of vehicles. It is clean, bright and accessible 24 hours a day. But that was not why we chose Apple. We would choose them again and again because of the service levels provided by one staff member - Rachel. She was professional, she listened impeccably, she was an exceptional clear communicator, she was knowledgeable, patient and totally customer focused. Her in person presentation was bright and articulate. Her phone manner was perfect. My wife and I were very impressed. She is an extremely valuable part of Apple’s success in Oakville - this is a commodity business, and it is her service alone would lead us to drive further or pay more to do business with Apple again. GREAT Rates! SO easy to use the facility with everything being so handy in using use off carts and the building looks huge but it's easy to navigate. They give you a map and Rachel guided us making sure we knew all the rules so we can avoid future problems. Clear instructions on access, along with a guided tour. Friendly staff. My family needed a storage for a move we had and apple storage was the best option after comparing all the options! It’s now been about 8 months renting and we are so happy with the unit. Moved in over the weekend, all worked out very well, the facilitates are very clean and so easy to unload at the interior dock area. We were at the storage unit several times over the weekend and always a friendly experience.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE - I made a reservation online thinking it was flexible (like most other big storage chains). Credit card information was collected, and although there is no mention of an mount to be charged on the booking pages, I was immediately charged $80 upon booking. I called to cancel a few days before my booking as I no longer needed the unit and was told that I would be refunded the initial amount charged minus a $25 booking fee (again, nowehere on the booking page are these conditions listed). Furthermore, rather than reversing the credit card transaction, they sent a refund via cheque. Upon receipt of the cheque, it was the wrong amount, and I had to request the correct amount.

I cannot comment on the move-in and ongoing service provided, but the online booking process was very disappointing. Perhaps you will have more luck if you try to book by phone, or simply book your storage with another provider that is more transparent.

I have rented several lockers here since it opened. The Employees are very helpful and Friendly. 24 hour access is very handy. The loading docks accommodate all types of vehicles. The units and facility is well maintained and cleaned frequently. The security system made me feel that my contents were safe.

The process of getting the ideal locker was quick and effective. The facility is clean. There is a covered docking bay with spare dollies available. I highly recommend Apple Self Storage.

We rented a unit here for about two years. I believe we may have been one of the first customers. We dealt with Vaughan at first and then the on site managers. Bonnie and Jasmine. We were very pleased with everything the facility had to offer and the service. I give them 5 stars.
