Clean facility and solid security. Constantly raising rates and charging late fees even when direct deposit is in place, having to call to correct their mistakes.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff at Apple Self Storage - Newmarket. Cleanliness is maintained. Every unit is regularly checked to ensure that the locks are in place correctly. I appreciate that extra security measure.

I had an amazing experience going in to rent a storage unit. Jon was more than helpful, gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me a few different size units to determine what size would work best for me.

Overall I couldn't of had a better or easier experience. I highly reccomend this facility. 6/5 stars.

Very happy customer for more than 10 years already. Helping, caring stuff, clean space and amenities, conveniently located, climate control. What else can you ask for your storage? Oh.prices are VERY reasonable. Highly recommend

Excellent service. This place is great, keeps your staff safe, and even gives you complimentary phone calls or emails reminding you of payment so you are not charged a late fee. "I had a terrible experience with Tom Scopie's customer service. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when I inquired about the delivery of my purchased package. When I asked him how much longer I needed to wait, he refused to deliver it and even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the store. It's disheartening to still experience racism in Canada, and Tom's behavior was unacceptable. Additionally, he lied about his position, claiming to be a manager when he was actually just an assistant. As a citizen, I am entitled to be treated with respect and I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. "

Very clean premises. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. No hidden surprise fees. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

If I could give more then then the five stars I would. The experience I had at the Davis and Leslie location was absolutely exceptional thanks to Jennifer and Tom. From the time I went in to inquire about the storage service until I checked out was smooth and seamless. It was a pleasure to deal with them and will certainly refer my friends and family.

We picked up a Penske truck at this location and everyone was super helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend

I have been dealing with Apple Self Storage for over 2 years and I can say the staff here is excellent and great service I would recommend them highly for your storage needs.

I came home on Friday to see I had missed a Purolator delivery. I saw that I could pick it up the following day at Apple Self Storage in Newmarket. I made sure to check the hours and my husband and I set out to collect the gaming computer I had ordered.
When we arrived we noticed the door was locked and soon saw a sign saying that they would be back at 2: 00. It was 1: 30. I find this to be unacceptable. Unless there is an emergency, there is no need for you to leave your position at your job for half an hour. My husband and I had no choice but to wait in the car in the parking lot for half an hour while the purolator employee went out for lunch. I am assuming this but due to the time and the fact that he came back holding a drink, I think it is a fair assumption. There wasn't even an apology. Nothing like, "I'm sorry, have you been waiting long? " I found it incredibly rude and unprofessional. I totally understand putting a sign that you will be back in five to ten minutes to either use the washroom or grab a coffee at Tim Horton's next door. But to leave your place of business unattended for half an hour is ridiculous. I really hope Apple Self Storage takes not of this and does better.

They also serve as a Purolator office and were super helpful in providing a shipping carton and preparing our package for shipment. Thanks Apple staff.

The good: staff was friendly, professional and understanding. Storage areas looked to be clean, well lit and secure.

The bad: staff was unable to create a shipping label for an international package shipment.

I went to apple self storage to ship a package internationally with Purolator. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to figure out how to correctly ship the package.

Staff was very understanding when I requested a refund, and promptly issued one.

I would definitely go back for storage solutions. Would not return to ship a package.

Super nice and attentive staff, went to pick up a large package and as soon as I walked in, 2 staff members greeted me and immediately offered to help! Will absolutely be back for anything else in the future:)

Great service. These wonderful people here actually try to make things happen. U haul falls short again. Never using u haul again. These guys take the cake from mow on.

I am delighted to land at Apple Self Storage in Newmarket. It is closer to where I live now, so the timing was right. Their organized website made it easy for me to see what was available and put a hold on it. The next day when I called and talked to Becky, I was able to go by in person and see a unit that was perfect for size, price, and location in the facility. Soon after I met Kevin who was helpful too. I learned there is a second Kevin! Everything is going smoothly with customer service by phone and email including receipts. Much appreciated! I am very happy with my storage unit, the accessibility, and location. Thank you, Kevin and Becky!

Very friendly depot and very helpful. My package was delivered the next day even though they thought it might take four days. I would highly recommend.

Staff is great, very friendly and helpful.
The lot is also kept very clean and is very easy to access.

I don't give many reviews, but I have had the Greatest service from this staff. The calls to me getting my shipments immediately when the trucks arrive. Great Purolator Service. Very Professional. Great Detailed Message, which isn't an automated person.

Came to pickup a package that was sent from Sport check. I already had a confirmation that the package has arrived to this facility. When arrived to pick up I was told that the parcel is not there yet and advised to return the next day. I explained that I have a confirmation and showed the tracking number and so on. The lady kept arguing it's not there and only after I explained it is a bicycle and the box is probably large she agreed to take a look inside. Sure enough the package was there.
Staff should be trained and retrained.

Amazing Facility. Super clean, well maintained, safe and secure, very easy and convenient to access. Really personal service. I regularly get email updates from them as items arrive to my locker. Billing is also easy and really transparent.

I have had a 10X20 locker here for my business for over 10 years and i feel The Apple Self Storage Team are partners with me!

The team here handles my shipping and receiving needs as they are also a Purolator shipping centre!

To make it even better they rent Trucks when i need to move larger items!

Apple storage Newmarket is an absolutley amazing place! We have had our locker for atleast year and have had absolutley no problems whatsoever and have always treated us so well and have great facilities. We love the security of everyone having their own code and the units having alarms on each one, the fact that it's nice and toasty in the winter and nice and cool in the summer is definitely an awesome bonus!

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage locker, they have reasonable prices and all of their staff are absolutley amazing, especially Kevin who has been so great to us with communicating and is always so amazing! We had a bit of a different situation and Kevin always accommodated us and understood our situation and honestly made things so easy when we were in a tough spot and thought things were gonna be a lot more difficult but he made things so simple and easy and explained everything to us and walked us through everything!

If you need a storage locker this is 100% the first and last place you need to look. I promise you will love the location, the units, and the staff!

I will always recommend them to all my family and friends time and time again and will definitely use them again in the future if we need them.

Very convenient to have a truck rental right where you have storage, and.if they don’t have they will try and bring in one for you from other location if it is available at all.
I find it very helpful.
My only complaint is I didn’t get yellow truck. There was non available.

Truck was available at location for pick up. Anita arranged that for us made everything smooth an hassle free.

My son loves the button you have on your counter. Friendly and services is great. Rented a truck from here and Anita provided us with excellent service. Highly recommend her for your next visit.

Units are safe, dry, warm and secure. The customer service staff have always been friendly and professional.

The staff are shared between apple self storage and penske. I was going to drop off the truck and I had to wait for 30 mins because one of the staff was talking on the phone with someone who was interested in self storage. And the truck rental was not cheap (almost 1000$), Penske get dedicated staff

I've used Apple Self Storage for a while now and I would give them 6 stars if possible. Their prices are lower than any other storage facility around, the building is clean and easy to access anytime day/night. But the employees at THIS location are what makes this storage stand out for me. They are available and helpful anytime I have needed their assistance (I may have left my locker unlocked by mistake and lost my keys a few times).
If anyone is looking for an amazing storage, I HIGHLY recommend this location!
