Apple Tree Dental For Kids

We got really caring treatment from Dr. Romena. My son was so scared of getting his cavity fixed, but with Romena’s warm-hearted caring, everything just got so smooth. It’s definitely a five star experience.

My son had his dental procedure done yesterday under oral sedation with Dr. Romania. She was great, helpful and answered all our concerns as a first timer. She has a lot of patience especially to my son. Highly recommended.

Stay far away! They charged $255.00 to see my 18 month old son for 2 minutes in the waiting room. He wasn't even taken into an office. They also sent false billing to both my husbands and my insurance company for a cleaning that never happened.in the waiting room. On the same day, my 8 year old was charged $455.00 for a cleaning and 2 x-rays. When asked why the fees were so high, the response was "they are a specialty dentist". I dont know what was so special about what they did, but they are way over most insurance payout guidelines. Don't go unless you want to pay the difference out of pocket for their "special" services. This will be reported to the college.

Doctor Romania is amazing. I will recommend this dental clinic to families who's children need a good dentist. The surrounding is so clean and the staff welcome you with open arms.

Our experience was great! It was my first time bringing my girls here, it was quick no long wait and staff was really nice the dentist was really nice and explained what he was doing to the girls, this is definitely our new dentist highly recommend this dentist.

I got the root canal treatment for my daughter on Nov 17th 2022, they charged $395 and said once the insurance approves the amount they will refund this back to me.its been more than 4 months, i have checked with my insurance and they did approved the entire amount, when i called the Dental office (8: 30 AM 22nd March 2023). Regarding the refund, the receptionist didn't have any information, she didn't even give her name, and hung up on me twice.this is the worst service, i would not recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from this clinic.

My daughter has quite severe anxiety around the dentist and they have been very patient and understanding over our last few visits. They strive to make her feel comfortable and avoid pushing too far when it’s clear she’s uncomfortable.

Lovely kid space for dental care. Hygienist are friendly and kind. They allow parents to be with their kid. Tv screen on ceiling to help kids stay distracted. See you in 6months. They send text & email reminds too

I recently brought my daughter here for the first time. She was anxious at first, but by the end, she was begging to stay and asking when we could return.

Dr. Ensafi was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating.

The office is playful and vibrant. I think this location is fairly new. They have TVs in the waiting room and on the ceilings of each exam room. There are video game consoles mounted to the wall as well, but currently covered up due to Covid protocols.

The office staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Overall, it’s a great environment to help your child build a positive association with the dentist and clean teeth. I’m sure it will be even more lovely once the Covid restrictions are fully lifted.

Had our first visit today and it went exceptionally well! The receptionist were so warm, kind, and welcoming. We felt comfortable instantly thanks to them. The decor is wonderful and colorful which my kids really loved and made the experience much more fun. The dental hygienist was very kind, patient and helped make my kids feel comfortable enough to proceed with the appointment and made them feel they were in great hands. She was so nice! Lastly, the doctor was simply phenomenal! She took her time to ensure my son's first experience was as calm as possible, nothing rushed, she spoke to him in a way that made him reassured he was in good hands and he did very well! She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and definitely a gem in regards to how she handled and interacted with my kids. We had such a fantastic experience we're all excited for our next appointment rather than weary as we have been in the past at other clinics. So happy to have found this office!

I had a great experience here. Everything was well organised. From the procedure all the way to the follow up, they did an excellent job throughout. My son needed surgery and everyone was really friendly, professional, and comforting. I definitely recommend Appletree.

My son is 20 months old and we have been here twice to see Dr. Chan. My son was crying and screaming both times and Dr. Chan was patient and calm and just went with the flow of things. Happy with the service here so far.

My only complaint is parking. Not always available and sometimes other people park in your designated spots.

I first went to this clinic when it opened and the male dentist was amazing, when the new lady dentist arrived I had a horrible experience She is passive aggressive and RUDE. I would never take my child there again.

It was pleasant and easy experienced. I felt nervous in the beginning but they took care of my lil boy so well. Amazing team
