I am well satisfied with my son's surgery at this clinic. He doesn't have any issues now. Great dental clinic.

Staff is amazing! Kids loved it, they are still talking about the coins and the toy tower.

I was surprised by how little play the dentist did with my special needs child before trying to look in his mouth which was distressing for him.
That was disappointing to me. But I did go through with my specialist sleep dentistry appointment and I was well pleased with the nurse, anesthesiologist and the dentist work and willingness for communication and the safety and well-being of my child.
I would say I have overall had a positive experience.

They told us their office is too busy to send pre determination to insurance companies so be prepared for surprises when you visit them!

I’ve been taking my children here for over a year now and I don’t think they’ve ever been more excited to go to a dentist before! The staff is so friendly and the receptionists are even better! Love doctor Mansouri, she absolutely amazing with kids and also call you back after hours if something is wrong, my son needed antibiotics after office hours and she made sure he had antibiotics! Recommend her

This place is amazing, very accommodating, my 8 year old daughter feels comfortable enough to go back into the dentists office all by herself. My 3 year old daughter told me today while sitting in the waiting room " i want to see the dentist too " The waiting room is just beautiful. All and all it is always a beautiful experience. Never have I had my kids ask to go back to the dentist the next day. Thank you guys for all you do.

Dental visit for my child is always a big fear but staff and doctors in apple tree dental clinic make sure that when kids went by he/she will be satisfies and happy.

I had to come to this office for the first time for my daughters appointment. I didn’t like the building layout it’s a dental office in a dirty office building. My gut told me to run but I stayed. It was just an consult. When I walked in it’s didn’t feel clean like our normal dental office. I understand they deal with kids but that should make cleaning and sanitizing that area high on the list. We went in the exam room, it still felt and looked dirty. The dentist and assistant were nice but I just don’t feel comfortable returning due to the cleanliness off the office.

The staff are super interactive with the kids and parents and make the experience enjoyable rather than scary, especially for the kids.
My son LOVES this place and refuses to go anywhere else.

I am so happy that I found a pediatric dentist for my daughter. Everyone here is so friendly and very good with kids. Great experience and highly recommended. I wish they took adult patients!

Have left 2 messages and never received a call back. Sucks when you are trying to get your child in to see a dentist for an issue and noone will even return your calls.

Absolute worst. We’ve been taking our kids here for a couple of years and they are totally unreliable. They’ve cancelled/rescheduled about 50% of our appointments the day of. This usually results in us losing a day of work and the kids an extra day off school. I’d understand if it were a one off, however it’s happened too many times now. Run from this place and go somewhere else if you value your time and money.

I brought all four of my children in today and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and calming for my 8 year old. I would definitely recommend!

I can't believe how amazing this experience was under the care of skilled and friendly staff. As a referral from my child's primary dental provider and from reading up about Apple Tree Dental for Kids, I knew that they are well known pediatric dental specialists in the area, but certainly their services raise the bar of children dentistry across the area. The magic happened when the staff was able to single-highhandedly coax my attached child from us into the operation room without any prompting from us, as if our child forgot all about us.

From our initial consultation all the way to post-operation, both office and medical staff ensured we knew our child's condition, planned for successful outcomes and provided guidance throughout various stages. As my child had an extensive amount of dental work required, under full anaesthesia, there were obviously some apprehensions. Those fears were quelled once we knew our child was in expert hands.

We ran into some issues with our child after the operation and I was reassured by the responsiveness of the team in providing me with direction and assurance. This level of service and care is truly exceptional and while I certainly hope none of my children ever require this type of extensive dental work again, I can be sure I'd be leaning on Apple Tree Dental if the need arose and would not hesitate to refer other parents to the clinic, in entrusting their precious little ones with them.

The Dentist was extreamly nice and gentle for my daughters first time visit. Definitely made her feel super comfortable.

The team at Apple tree really helped calm my nerves as I've never had a child who needed teeth extracted while being under general anesthesia. They answered all my questions putting me at ease and the doctor had no problems sitting and going over the treatment plan in depth and answering all my questions on aftercare and all that. The anesthesiologist and nurse where extremely friendly and took amazing care of my daughter. The ladies at the front desk where also very friendly and approachable with anything you may need. I would highly recommend them to anyone with children who may benefit from sleep dentistry like we did.

If you've ever had bad experiences with childrens sleep dentistry Apple Tree is the place to go. They were much more capable, patient and thorough with my son and made our recent and hopefully last sleep dentistry appt so much more manageable. The nurse was so great, wish we got her name.

The appointment was in time. Staff was friendly. My son is satisfied with the doctor. The team did his cleaning, took the x-rays and then the doctor did the assessment. Everything was systamic and targetted. I highly recomend "Apple Tree Dental" clinic.

I have been searching for a dentist for my daughter that suffers severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Appletree made her feel very comfortable and at ease. Gave her their full attention and made her part of ever procedure. They are very child orientated. I would recommend them to any parent for their child.

I'm so impressed with this office. My almost 4 year old son was so comfortable with the hygienist. She was amazing with him. The dentist was also lovely, although she didn't have much to say to us since my son's teeth were great! We will be going back. I highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and the dentist was great with my daughter. The only thing that caught me off guard was how busy the practice is. It's going to take 2.5 months from time of consultation until when my daughter's cavities can be filled.

The staff at Apple Tree Dental in Stoney Creek made my 2-year old son's first dental experience a great one. Victoria is amazing with children and made my son relaxed and at ease so she could do a proper cleaning. Thank you for all the care you put into your work!

After having some not so great appointments for my children at other dentist offices, Apple Tree was a breath of fresh air! Easy to schedule appointments with text reminders leading up to it.

My 2 year old had his first checkup and the hygienist explained everything thoroughly while making my little guy feel at ease.

My 9 year old had some major dentist anxiety after coming from another dental office. When we left Apple Tree after his appointment he was just raving about the hygienist and how much he loved talking to her and that she answered every question he asked. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

The front desk/receptionists were also very friendly and lovely to deal with.

Overall, I've had wonderful experiences!

The only down fall was that the elevator has been broken for months, so it may be hard to access for some. (Although this is not the dental offices problem)

I would definitely recommend Apple Tree Dental. When I first called for some information the woman I spoke to was very informative and friendly. After calling a bunch of places for information, Apple Tree was by far my favourite. I decided to book a consultation. We arrived and my little girl and I were treated kindly. We were welcomed in and could feel a sense of calm and professionalism. From the front desk receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist.they were all amazing. I had my little girl in two days later for the sleep dentistry. The whole process was very thorough. The anesthesiologist and dentist both called me personally before the procedure. This really put my mind at ease about the procedure. Everything went very smoothly. Dr. Nik is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring dentist. We felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of our 3 year old daughter. I would highly recommend taking your children here. We came from an hour away, and would happily do it again to be taken care of by such a great team of people.
