I moved to Canada when I was 19 and have had to have many dental work and surgeries done since I moved here (over 20 years ago), I've had many many dentists and Dr. David Kim is by far the best there is. I've always been charged excessively and or pressured to have unnecessary work done in my month but since being at Appleby Dental Clinic it's been the best feeling ever. I'm no longer scared to sit in a dentist chair as Dr. Kim knowledge is the most extensive, I'm no longer afraid to show up at my dentist thinking I'll be spending way too much, in fact I'm usually walking away with paying little or nothing at all. For the first time in my life time I'm actually happy to show up for my dentists visits.

Overchaged. I got a text saying I could come up to the office 5 minutes after the hour and my bill paid and I was out the door at 43 minutes after the hour. Somehow I was charged for 4 units of scaling and polishing (a full hour).

I don't know I could have:
1) Walked to the second floor
2) been asked and refused three times if I was willing to do an x-ray
3) Waited for the patron ahead of me to pay
4) Done a full hour of dental treatment

All in 38 minutes. Watch your bills carefully as they are after your money.

I and my family feel very comfortable to go to a dentist after meeting Dr Kim and his staff. I highly recommend.
