Always a long wait, and always an excuse why I can’t get medication. Pharmacist is do not update you about your own prescriptions. Never ever going back and will let everyone else know.

I was lucky enough to find this place, back in 2018 when I moved to Mississauga. Since then, I've moved around a bit, but I refuse to change clinics as I can't imagine another offering better services.

Extremely helpful and courteous reception (no matter who is at the desk) and a nice clean waiting area and examination offices.

Check ins are a breeze and rarely is there a lengthy wait. Online appointments work well to and the doctors are always willing to work with you to help achieve your health goals.

Excellent service and staff. Keep it up.

Garbage clinic, receptionist was rude and said you can change your family doctor, we can’t help you even if you are dying. Never going back.

We live in the area, first time coming here, very well organized, friendly front desk, clean establishment and it's very big inside. Every other location in the area was closed except this one and even on a busy day the staff was working promptly and accomodated all patients very well without stress. Upon entering they took my blood pressure, blood oxygen level. I saw Dr. Ramtin Samie who was very nice and knowledgeable. The only issue with this location is that parking is hard to find and when you find it you have to pay. Thank you so much for taking care of me and all patients.

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s always something. I booked an appointment online to come and find out that doctor is not even here today and the receptionist ensured me I wouldn’t lose my spot. Which I thought meant my appointment time but I ended up being put in with the rest of the walk ins.

After waiting an hour I asked her why she told me my spot would be held when I asked if it was going to be a while because I told her I didn’t want to wait like a walk in originally and she said she must’ve not heard me properly but it was still going to be a long wait. So I left. Not to mention I had to pay for parking just to waste my time and I did not even get to see the doctor after waiting for an hour when I had an appointment.

Arrived early for my appointment as directed and was called in right at my appointment time. Dr. Nwolu is great, took her time to explain and answer any questions I had. Was in and out within 40 mins.

Was great for a walking clinic I'm from BC had to pay for the Visit no Ontario Health card, reception is busy and no nonsense. Pharmacy was awsome. Came with a bad back left with a smile.

Horrible person working in front. I went to this clinic for my 1 yr old. I first took in my son on Monday, doctor asked us to come back for a follow up on Wednesday. This clinic did not have any doctors working on Wednesday. So I went today on thursday and got there around 5: 45 as they close at 7. I was told no more walk ins. I asked the girl working the front to check with doctor if he can accommodate one more patient. They made me wait over half an hour just to check with doctor. The doctor refused to see a baby because they did not want to stay longer than. I was told to come back the next day. The girl in the front was the cherry on the top for our experience because of her demeaning attitude.

I registered online for 4pm appointment but upon arrival, I waited in the reception area for 1 hour and another 1 hour in the waiting room. There was no instruction what to do nor the concern from the staff my purpose of the visit. And the staff was so unprofessional (training I guess) on the way she took my blood test. The doctor was so slow. To top it all, they are under staff and not well trained.

The doctor here provided a wrong diagnosis. I’m not sure where these doctors studied but clearly they have poor knowledge and are not trustworthy. Do not recommend, do not go here. You are better off going to the emergency room.

Receptionist and nurses need more trainings. Takes them forever to send a referral to specialists. I supposed to get a requisition for MRI, I waited for almost 6 months thinking that the delay is from the MRI labs, when I called the lab I found that they didn’t get the referral. I called Appletree, the nurse said it was sent but it wasn’t and the lab confirmed that, and she had to send it again, the lab called me on the same day and gave me an appointment. The receptionist and nurses are lazy and don’t want to work. Asked for a referral to a specialist for my son, I have been following with them for more than 2 months now because it’s urgent. Dr. Razvi told me that the referral was sent. I called sick kids they said we didn’t receive it yet.then I went to Apple tree I told the receptionist I think she is the supervisor that the referral wasn’t sent yet and I want to talk to Dr. Razvi. She said That she will call the head office snd she will call me back. I waited 2 days she didn’t call I called back she said the process will take 2 weeks. I hang up with her and called the head office they said the referral was sent a week ago then I asked her how it was sent she said by fax, oh my God you don’t know that sick kids don’t accept referrals by fax anymore! It should be sent through their system. So I think that the whole staff in Apple tree need more trainings. Then I gave up. I had to go to another family doctor she sent the referral and we got the appointment the second day. Please, Appletree Manegment try to figure out what the problem is and try to solve it. Thank you!

Website says registration for walk in begins at 8am. Receptionist arrived at that time but told me to stand waiting outside. She never returned. Was let in by happenstance but the pharmacy staff as they arrived for their day.
Even though I was the first (and only) walk in patient, I had to wait 40 mins past the 9am start time to see a doctor.
The doctor completely misdiagnosed a very simple thing, the result of which was another week of misery followed by the worst sinus infection of all time.
Truly awful experience.

Have been coming to this Mississauga Conferderation clinic for quite some years now. Seen it growing, Rayyam at the front is unbelievably excellent, also seen her here for some time. Dr. Sami, Dr. Sophie Jamal and all, are very knowledge, very patient and over expectation Doctors and staff which makes this place a very true place to be. This clinic have changed being an extremely busy clinic now due to the excellent work all these guys have put in. There are times that I walk in and it's extremely busy but then I will either have to be patient and wait or come at a time they are not that busy. Being one of their patients here seeing all the above hoping this helps all viewers and thanks for understanding.

Had a horrible experience at this clinic. I had a trouble with my back causing me pain as a muscle got pulled. It was restraining me from work, driving and even doing basic things in my daily routine. I was unable to sit properly even then i thought of seeing a doctor through walk in here as this was closest. They told me a doctor would see me and made me wait an hour. On asking them, they replied in a very harsh manner saying that I am not the only patient doctor is seeing. I understand the doctor could be busy but the way they replied, it was very mean. They themselves were not sure by when the doctor will see me. Even after spending 1.5 hours in their waiting for my turn, I was not able to sit there anymore, not only because of my back issue but because the way I was being treated. Would not recommend this walk in clinic.

Ok'ish experience on first visit. Bit of wait and satisfactory doctor. Free parking in the plaza.

There were only two other people waiting but still it took around 45 minutes to see the doctor. And it is not because the patients took time but just the doctor was busy doing something else. Once he got around to doing his job, took him 10 minutes to get everyone taken care ok.

Reception was very polite & upfont on wait times after line started to build up.

This medical centre on confederation is the worst walk in I’ve ever been to. The first day I came in, I had to wait 2 hours even when I had a scheduled appointment. Front desk was rude and ignorant, they all seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. One of the ladies who was giving me my hep B vaccination was talking to her co worker while holding the needle waving it around and going in and out of the office. The second day I come in for results, Dr. Samie came in late for his job which started at 9am sharp, and didn’t bother calling anyone who had an appointment at 9am that he’ll be late and I had to wait another 35 minutes for this Doctor. I’m not sure how this place got good reviews. It’s completely bogus. The only helpful person was the pharmacist and he just works beside Apple tree that’s all. I can’t give them a 0 star review, so I give them a 1.

Appointment times are flagrantly overlooked for in person and phone appointments. The holier than thou mentality by the doctors at this clinic that they are busy and the patients should be waiting for hours and hours, while missing work and delaying diagnosis is nothing short of medical negligence. Instead of offering empty apologies time and again, the best apology is reformed behavior which would be respecting patient's appointment time and timely diagnosis. Over booking and under staffing at this clinic is the root cause of all problems.

I always come here as Dr. Samie is our family doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. The receptionist, Munira, is always helpful, kind and smiling. The staff in this clinic are all very professional. Thank you to all the receptionists and doctors that work in this clinic.

Waited for around 1.5 hours but then came out of the clinic as there were no signs for our turn to come, even there were no patients left ahead of us. We can see same experiences are given by other patients. Receptionist’s overall support was OK…. Hope this clinic will learn from given feedbacks.

I was recommended to go to this clinic by my pharmacist at Main Drug Mart on Duke of York. I came as a walk in patient and saw the doctor within about 30 min on a weekday around 6PM. My family doctor had a wait time of 1 month for an in person appointment!

My experience here was so much better than any other clinic and my current family doctor. I saw Dr. Saini and had to go back 2x for follow-up appointments. For these appointments I only had to wait less than 5 min.

He is very attentive, listens well, and he seems to really want to help his patients. He seems to be a new doctor and I see this as a positive. This is why I would like to change my family doctor to him.

The staff was friendly and caring. They did not rush or talk down to me like I have had at other clinics before.

All the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff (specially Rayyan) are really helpful. I have been with them for a little over 6 years now and never think of switching to another practice.

They kept me waiting for 1.5 to 2 hours every single visit even when I came at opening time and there is no other patients. The doctor is good. The waiting time is absurd.

Dr Razvi is the BEST of them all, followed by Dr Rai Vaneet. The best clinic ever, Rayyan is very understanding and professional. Love the entire team

I have been going to this clinic for years. Sometimes there is a long wait but most times very reasonable. The doctors have always been very patient and address all my issues. The admin staff are very friendly also.

Not many good things about this clinic, and I have to agree with other reviews, it’s mostly the front desk that’s making this place unbearable. The inconveniences of the clinic is unfortunate, as the doctors are very nice and appear like they care about your issues - this was the main reason why I wanted this location to be my family doctor. The doctors are great. The pharmacist is honestly the best, he is 100% way more friendly and helpful than the clinic staff. If you have a question about your prescription or medicine, go straight to the pharmacist and ask for his advice. I wish I knew he has his own phone line from the beginning, would’ve saved me a lot of time.

THE ISSUES: They used to be easy to contact (as a doctors office should be) but that’s no longer the case. For the past few days I’ve been trying to refill my prescription - called on different days at different times with no success. I just called right now and they quickly picked up the phone and hung it up.that triggered me to update my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I‘m clearly calling because I need something, and by purposely hanging up on me, they’re letting me know that what I need is not important right now.
After persistently calling, they finally answered, and requested me to come into the clinic for a simple prescription refill. I asked them “are you sure this is necessary? Because I have a prescription valid for one year” and they said YES. So I went there, I searched for parking, paid for a parking ticket, walked a block, and waited nearly an hour for NOTHING. After waiting until almost closing time, out of frustration I told the pharmacist instead of the front desk about my situation. He was also confused and almost baffled about the front desks request for me to see a doctor, and suggested for me to always come straight to him next time.he assured me that I certainly DO have a one year prescription and seeing a doctor IS completely unnecessary. He gave me my prescription in less than one minute. Wow. The pharmacist is an angel meanwhile the front desk is super hostile for no reason. This clinic will never stop wasting peoples time. I’ll say it again, the pharmacist is more helpful than the clinic.

When they first opened things were fine. Now the wait times are absurd, over an hour every time whether you have an appointment or not. They don’t book babies online so you have to call and trust and believe me when I say they NEVER pick up the phone.

The doctors are good, I like them. Someone should take a hint from all these reviews and replace front desk staff.

I just walked in and saw the pharmacist, Marcus. I have a neck spasm, and he came out from behind the counter to help, ask me questions, and recommended a different brand that saved me $30.00. Appreciate your awesome service Marcus!

The front desk staff especially the receptionist is very rude. I went there to see a doctor and waited for more than 2 hours but on the website it mentioned only 20 mins wait time. Very disappointed and very poor service!

Dr Hina and Dr Samie, are very good doctors. You can talk with them.they are not in a rush during the time of your visit. The girls from the front are also very kind.they always answer my questions!

Best doctor's office in Mississauga, Dr Razvi and Dr Sami are great and very knowledgeable doctors, with the best customer service and treatment by all the staff.

Dr. Sana Sikander is the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. She is rude and uneducated on common problems. If you’re looking for a prescription or to be treated with a problem, she will not prescribe you it. I needed an antibiotic (which I have used previously) for an infection, and she refused to give it to me.

I have been Dr. Samie's patient for 7 years and have been with this medical group since 2008. They are professional and well informed, however the wait times and appointments are not consistent. It's also terrible that you can never get a hold of anyone at the clinic by phone.

The worst customer service i have ever seen and they made me wait for more than 2hrs in the room to see the doctor and the front desk is very unhelpful and very unprofessional doctor.

I have been going here for a few years now, I have felt rushed once but to be fair it could have been busy that day. Every other time I have been here has been amazing. The doctors really take their time to listen to you and help you the best they can. All staff I have talked to have been very nice.

I'm very pleased with this walk-in clinic. I've registered as their patience since it was open on the first day. Dr. Razvi and Dr. Jhawer are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The worst place to be a doctor's clinic, more like a business structure instead, some of the staff are horrible and doctors never show up or just leave when they feel like. You can never count on them1 I wouldn't recommend this place for someone looking for real solutions.

:) I’ve dealt with this clinic twice, one in person, and one thru phone prescription, two different doctors. I’d be happy to call this place my family doctor - everyone is pleased to talk to you which is a very nice feeling and they are easy to communicate with for whatever I need!

The WORST clinic I’ve ever been. Doctor wouldn’t spend more than 2 mins with you and they always in rush (they aren’t busy at all)

During the pandemic, GTA made mask mandatory for indoor facilities including clinic, however, Dr. Rai did not wear a mask!

I used the Appletree virtual services in order to have my prescription filled. I had scheduled a virtual appointment with the first Doctor they said was available which happened to be Dr. Vaneet Rai, despite the scheduled appointment time he called a few minutes later which should’ve been warning sign #1 that this Dr would be incredibly DIFFICULT to deal with. Upon advising the doctor that I just need my prescription renewed, and provided him with the dosage Dr. Rai became very problematic when I asked him which pharmacy the prescription would be sent to. He began asking me for the fax # of the pharmacy, I advised I don’t have the fax # however I’d be more than willing to quickly call the pharmacy and ask them for their fax number Dr. Rai then advised he doesn’t have any time to wait, and a whole bunch of other excuses as to why he can’t do his JOB! Not only was he problematic but I felt as though I was being questioned to the full degree about my medication he was extremely condescending and very problematic. If I had known it would be an issue to see a doctor virtually I would’ve just walked in to the nearest medical clinic. Truly disappointed!

Vaneet Rai, is a rising talent for family doctors, he is one of the nicest people, I’ve ever met. The clinic did a fantastic job with hiring him, he actually cares and doesn’t shove you out the door, he asks how he can help you more. He is a good example of what Health Care ought to look like

Dr. Samie and medical staff (Brooke, Sarah, Munria, Rayyan) at 4062, Apple Medical Clinic exhibit utmost professionalism and kindness while offering treatment. Before choosing Apple Clinic, my wife and I read reviews, checked feedback, met staff and doctor in person and requested Dr. Samie to accept to be our family doctor. He is kind, polite, intelligent and above all offers an awesome treatment.
I read a few reviews that mention that the clinic staff is rude and makes you wait for longer time period. I don’t agree; they are cordial and polite. Of course, if you don’t book an appointment and your ailment is not fatal plus it doesn’t need an immediate attention, doctor and staff will give higher priority to the patients who registered first, and the one whose medical condition is severe than yours.

I wish that no one falls ill; but in case you fall sick, I would personally recommend Dr. Samie at the Apple Tree Medical Clinic for your treatment.

Can't talk about other docs, but pls avoid Dr Shah at all costs. He has no idea what he is doing. Horrible experience!

Website says closing at 5pm. We arrived at 4: 30pm. They didn’t accept us because they close registration at 4: 30pm. No compassion whatsoever.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years and I really like this clinic. Dr. Samie has very good patience, he spend time to listen, and he shows care and support. The Receptionist is friendly too even when it’s busy. I like it that it is a one stop place where I can have my blood work done without going to another lab and getting my prescription from the pharmacy in the same place as well.

I met Doctor Hina today for neck and back pain. She gave me enough time and examined me thoroughly. She also gave probable reasons and what was the way ahead for. It was assuring visit that I’ll be fine. Recommending it definitely

Nice location and hygiene environment. The front staff are very caring and helpful. I happened to meet and see all doctors there, but found Dr. Hina Jawaher the best of all. She attends and give enough time to the patient, and make understand the patient clearly. Was very comfortable to discuss my problem and trearment was done. Thanks

This truely is the best medical clinic I've ever been to. There's hardly ever a wait and if there will be it's posted online and the receptionist helpful and respectful

I have a very much medically complex child and the team at Appletree clinic always does their best to help make her feel better.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of doctors!

Please remember a lot of people write that there is some wait time, but also remember if they were to go to a local hospital the wait would be incredibly long!

These doctor are amazing and really do a great job helping to keep my daughter alive!

Clinic is very clean and tidy when i go. Wait time and parking only problem young ladies at Receptionist very kind (Sara) was very kind made my daugter feel at ease. Also DR Samie great doctor.thank u.

Don’t be fooled by wait times posted online or by number of patients waiting. No matter how many patients there are before you you’ll still spend there at least one hour.

The doctor said he would book an allergy test for me but I never get a call back. Then, I called this clinic many many times, and there is no one to answer.

Don’t bother making an appointment. It doesn’t make a difference in the wait time. Had an appointment at 3: 30 pm and I have been moved to a private room, but it is now 4: 00 pm and I still haven’t seen the doctor.still waiting.the pharmacy on the other hand is the greatest!

I indeed like self-serve system! I don't have to bother anyone, including medical staff. The front desk does not give you too much smile, but she did her job very seriously and straightforward, simple and easy. Dr. Hadi is very knowledgeable and kind, happy to answer all my questions. I only wait 5 mins after I checked-in, and 2 minutes after pre-screening. Good experience, I will visit it again, ONLY when I need.

If there was zero star I would choose that. I waited for one and half hours to refill my prescription and someone took me to the back to see the doctor (Rai) and waited another 20 minutes there. Finally saw him. He was not helpful at all and wrote the wrong medication. I waited another 25 minutes till he changed my prescription. Don't even think of going to this clinic. Waste of time.

I visited there three times, they are good. They examine you properly. Doctor Rai is excellent.

I didn’t even get a chance to meet the doctors because of her, I’m sure they are good but the receptionist was EXTREMELY disrespectful.
Why would anyone treat people like that is beyond me.
