I went complaining of an ear pain.

Such an unpleasant doctor i’ve never come across. Doctor said you should be thankful i’m treating you, prescribed me antibiotics saying so this patient doesn’t come back here. I would say never go here!

I had a brief encounter with this “walk-in” clinic and didn’t like it. I was told they only do walkins if the doctor has time. Not reliable

Had a telemedicine appt which was never honored. What kind of healthcare facility ignores patients so blatantly and DGAF! Thank you Dr Syed for your complete lack of professionalism!

I had a uti and went in to get antibiotics and walk in doctor said i didnt have anything and that I was drinking too much water (4 bottles). So i had to go to emergency room to actually get acess to antibiotics. Waste of time health clinic

Dr. Syed was not very professional and didn't seem to take my explanation of my injury seriously.it seemed He ordered xrays only because I was persistent. I highly recommend seeing another physician or going to another clinic, however the other staff here seemed pretty nice and helpful.

It says "short wait times" LOL. There were two people ahead of me, and I've been waiting over an hour. Unless they're having surgery, I'm not sure what kind of doctor spends this much time with patients anymore. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The young lady at the front desk misinformed me and wasted the time I took off my working day. I booked an online rapid antigen Covid test. The website clearly said "Whether you require testing for your travels, work, school or simply for your own peace of mind, Appletree now offers COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing at select locations. ". As she heard that I was not going to travel, she told me that I could get a test only if I had symptoms. I needed to get the test done for my peace of mind before visiting elderly relatives during the Omicron outbreak so I lied that I had symptoms. I was then denied entry to the testing room due to "clinic policies". I was ablosutely polite and never raised my tone during the communication. This was the end of their shift so I assume they just did not want to bother themselves (especially with having to do some sanitizing job after a covid positive visitor came in earlier that afternoon). This is unacceptable and was very frustrating. Avoid this place if you have options.

I wait for 3 hours to get medical clearance certificate and then doc said no i cant provide, then why u keep me waiting for three hours before. A worst place

Apparently during covid all other problems have disappeared. Got fever? Get covid test, wait 1 week for result before dr will check you.

But i went in today. And the doctor was examining my back due to my pain.
And he touched my bum.
I was so caught off guard!

I booked virtual appointment. Dr Vannet rai. I waited for more than 35 minutes and he cancelled and said i was not available. I Don’t know how these people work. They can not even wait for a second, they are busy and we have time. Non sense

The receptionist is very kind and helpful but the Dr. Da Silva didn't show much interest in my issue. I asked her for an xray to be 100% sure of what is going on in my body. Blood test's show clearly there is need for further examinations. She refused to order those test suggesting I shouldn't waste my time asking for tests because she considered my symptoms to not be serious enough and shouldn't be worry even though I feel pain. She also suggested it's all in my head. On top of that, when I asked what I should do with the persistent pain, she said to come back only when the pain got worse. Also I have my right to preventive medicine and I feel like this wasn't even taken into consideration.

Worst walk-in clinic. There was 1 patient in front of me and I had to wait for 1.5 hours too see a doctor. FYI you won’t see a physical doctor after 5 pm. So I waited for almost 2 hours and my appointment for teller medicine was 1 minute and all he told was to see a physical doctor.

What is the point of having business hrs if you’re not going to be open when you say you are? Sign on clinic door says open 10am-7pm. It’s now 6: 18pm and it’s CLOSED.

Dr. Anne De Silva is the worst doctor i have ever been to. She is rude, lacks people skills especially skills pertaining to how to deal with patients. I had come to see her in pain, she wasnt sure how to help. She said It could be problem A or problem B When i suggested maybe i get a precription for a medicine that would help if it were problem a (i have gotten this medication once before and had the box with me to prove it). She got an attitide and she said " i have spent 45 mins with you, if a prescription was what you wanted you should have said so". Mind you she walked in to see me at 1: 07pm and i left the centre at 1: 28pm. How she spent 45mins with me im not sure. I advised her to go back to school, she must have missed the chapter on doctor-patient interaction

Best place to steal your money called apple tree, they Get around 1000 dollar for insurance coverage from international students but they never serve, You have to wait minimum 4 hours to see doctor sometimes it takes forever, i am trying to see A doctor from the last two months but Nobody care. Doctors are never available in clinic and staff is super rude.i wish i could give them zero stat unfortunately we don’t have that option.

Dr Preston Tan is definitely a very knowledgeable doctor. He takes his time and explain you the problems. Me my wife and two of my kids come to see him if anything.

I have been to many apple tree medical centres, and by far this location every time is a let down! Made an appointment a week in advance in hopes to avoid waiting around as expected at this location even when the wait time is 1 patient in front of you.but today I arrived for my 10: 00 appointment at 9: 45 signed in and was brought back at 10: 10.at 11: 00 I decided to go ask the medical assistant how much longer the weight would be and she said I’ll circle back to let you know.

Individuals that stated they were walk ins which arrived after me had been seen and we’re leaving. I would’ve been seen faster if I was a walk in.

Dr. Drago Malisic is a great doctor at this clinic. I go to him for almost all my health concerns, excluding the common cold. His medical expertise has helped me tremendously. I recommend going to Dr. Malisic if your looking for a caring doctor.

Please stay away from this Dr. Khodabandeloo. (Khodabandeloolool Fraud) There is a complain against him in the court for mistreating his patients. Also, he is restricted from his surgical practice on August 18 2014. From my visit last time I found out that he is doing fraud with the OHIP money. He is working in Apple tree clinics. They book appointment for you when you go there they take you health card and then says "your appointment is not today come tomorrow at 5pm. Next day when you go at 5pm they take you health card again to swipe and charge then says that your appointment was at 3pm today and you miss it so come tomorrow. Also, a very rude ignorant young lady work at the reception. Stay away!
