Dr. Jaipargas is the best doctor at that clinic. I wish he was available more. He is kind, patient, listens to you, checks up on his patients to see how they are doing. They need a few more doctors like him at the clinic.
Dr. Pamela is also a very nice doctor. She is very understanding and caring. I wish the wait time wasn’t that long but it is usually very long to walk in and see her.
I continue to visit this clinic only because of these two doctors but there should be a receptionist at the front desk to answer patients inquiries and assist older patients with the kiosks.

This place should be shut down and every nurse should be never allowed to practice. We have been going to this clinic for past few years and slowly this clinic has descended into its current deplorable state. There is no concept of receptionist, rudest nurses and doctors are always late. Especially the nurses, it is like Appletree hire terrible people for staff. Avoid going to this place.

Dr pinto is the best doctor I visited till date. There is a lot of time to wait to see him but it’s worth it. Wish all Ontario doctors are qualified like him as it gives patients confidence on doctors. He treated me when others pushed me to do nothing but go emergencies, emergency doctors asked to work with family physician. Family physician at the time is bookish lacks real experiences. Now I am totally fine due to Dr pinto and his time. His referral is also as good. Dr pinto is also a great human being as well. The clinic staff are very well trained.definitely recommend this clinic.

I must say Dr. Chandran Lavan is the best. I had some medical issues and he did my treatment. This country need Doctors like Dr. Chandran. He listens to your problem properly and never in hurry. He is very respectful.

Worst place ever been to (especially when we talk about health care), i had an appointment booked for 12: 10 pm and was not seen for next 1 and half hour. No one should visit this stupid place ever.

If I could give apple tree zero stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I would not suggest anyone go here.

Worst experience ever. Booked a 9am appointment and drove 30km there just to see a big CLOSED sign on the door. The clinic called me at 9: 20am (20mins past my appointment time) to tell me they cancelled my appointment. Never ever will I take my sickness there again.

Waste of time. "Dr" Pinto was extremely rude. I was told by another health physician to ask for blood testing (from AppleTreeMedicalGroup) and "Dr" Pinto refused because he didn't want to be "ordered around".

Terrible doctor (Dr Pamela Punungwe). I was worried about my health and had strange symptoms. I asked her for a physical examination. She conducted a Pap test and requested blood work. 2 months later I went to see her to know my results as I never heard anything back. I waited several hours in the clinic that day only to know that she did the Pap test wrong and I needed to do it again. This is a terrible experience especially when you are feeling anxious about your health and need to know if something is wrong with you. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Very poor service. Waited for more than 1 hour even nobody came outside just to ask anything very poor service. Don’t go there to waste your time.

Today I am here at clinic waiting since 8: 00 am to see a doctor.clinic open time is 8: 00 am but it is not open till 9: 30 am. Such waste of time. So thank you apple tree for wasting my time.

Are there doctor are really doctors or not.one of my frnd struggling with stomach pain for more than 3 weeks.we have to wait 1 week for appointment and when we get chance they just recommend to have tyenol…seriously! If something will happen to my frnd then those doctors will be responsible.

Long wait 4 hours, never again, find new doctor that care about his patients. This place does not care, like Bill ohip thou, waste your time with this hole

I had the worst experience in this clinic. I waited for more than three hours after check in for my turn to get in and another hour in one of the waiting rooms to see a doctor. They just ignore the people when we try to ask how much more we have to wait.

I’m so disappointed from the service. I waited for almost 3-4 hours and their management was very poor.

Dr Hina Jhawer is one of the best doctor we have seen, very caring and knowledgeable. She listens to patient's problem and give best advice. Highly recommended.

Website does not work for making appointments at all, they barely answer calls as everything is expected to be automated. Service sucks overall.

So unprofessional, me and my family have went and waited hours after our scheduled time, and when I last went for an appointment I waited hours because they accidentally put me and many other people for a walk-in so they weren’t being prioritized, and many people with an appointment that was after mine went in before me. It was a horrible experience and I never wanted to go back again, but I cannot find another doctor at the moment so I tried doing virtual care instead. After making an appointment for virtual care, I never got a call. I tried again today and did not get a call AGAIN. Worst customer service and professionalism I’ve ever seen from somewhere.

Dr. Pinto & Dr. Pamela, as well as Dr. J are amazing doctors for so many reasons.

Dr. Pinto is one of the funniest and most knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever met. He always try to make his patients comfortable and he brightens the room and makes you feel at ease with his humour. I’ve known him since I was 3 now I’m 19, and he’s always been an excellent doctor. Some may complain and say that he takes too long with his patients, but to that I ask those that complain: “do you want sonic as your doctor or someone that will take the time to understand what you’re going through and get to know you? ” If you want the latter then please remember that to have that, the doctor will most likely have to take longer than 10 minutes. During this COVID season he has been on his feet and attending to everyone’s needs despite the overflow in the clinic. He’s an amazing, kind, competent, knowledgeable, and accepting man and doctor.

Dr. Pamela is a dedicated, efficient, professional and intelligent doctor. She will make sure that she takes the time to really assess her patients’ symptoms and their concerns. She makes it her job to make you as her patient a priority. She doesn’t view her patients bodies as something that is easily manipulated or that can be healed with a quick fix. She assesses her patients comfortability and she only proceeds once her patients communicate that they feel safe. She makes sure to set an atmosphere of openness and honesty so that her patients are never left in the dark about their health or about her methods. She doesn’t just apply her academic knowledge but she also applies her practical knowledge so that she can be prepared for real situations and that’s what makes her such a great doctor. Dr. Pamela is kind, caring, and honest.

Dr. J is one of the most diligent doctors I’ve ever met. He treats his patients like family. He’s such a knowledgeable doctor. He takes his time with all his patients. He’s dedicated to his patients and their health and he’s always honest with his patients about their health. He’s so patient and he’s always willing to sit down with you so that he can answer any questions you may have. He also takes the time to teach you about things you didn’t think were important or you didn’t have the answer to. He makes sure to remind his patients to care about themselves and for themselves. He’s very real, very caring and quite funny. He will make sure to present himself as a friend so that you know you’re in a safe place. He never neglects any of his patients concerns. And speaking from experience, he’ll call you throughout the week so that he can follow up with you about your health. Dr. J is so diligent, so professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

I’ve known all these doctors since I was a toddler, now I’m 19. I recommend all these doctors at Appletree because they are not only good at what they do, they are EXCELLENT at what they do

I would truly recommend Apple Tree Medical Clinic for Dr. Jai Pargas. He is the most knowledgeable, caring and down to earth man I have ever seen in this profession. Doesn't matter how long you need to wait to meet Dr. Jai Pargas.
I have seen people standing in que since morning 4 am just to have an appointment with Dr. Jai Pargas!

Our family has had multiple terrible experiences with this location. Twice we have waited 3hrs when we had an appointment booked. Twice we booked tele health appointments and when arrived, were told the system was down. We are currently looking for a new family doctor because this place is intolerable.

Poor setup on virtual call. Made 2 appointments, first one was lost. Second never received a call at appointment time. Can't get ahold of anyone to discuss why never received a call from doctor through virtual call.

Waiting around 2 and half hour for the doctor, please avoid this at all cost! The lady at front desk is rude I asked her how long will it be she said an hour and it’s been 2+ it’s extremely disgusting

Appletree in Brampton with very bad service. They let people to wait 4 or 5 hours like cattle while mister doctor is with virtual patients. He could say he couldn’t see the patients who came, so people wouldn’t wait that long. That is not human dr Pinto! Beside, he was very arrogant and unprofessional. This is shame! I will tell everybody about my experience in that Appletree.

Worst Experience I have ever had with Apple Tree (545 Steels Ave. W). The attendent was non cooperative and she misguided us refusing to accept college health insurance. The attendent told us to visit another Medical centre. Upon calling the insurance they refered us to same Medical centre.
It was such a harassment and complete wastage of time.

They referred me a specialist and the doctor was supposed to call me for scheduling the appointment but its been 10 days nobody called and when I try to call, they reply they can’t do anything and I just have to wait for doctor’s call.

And always remain busy in their own talks. I suggest you all to never visit this place again and i will also request thee concerned authorities about this. I literaly waited for 2 hrs after being the first patient to come and dr was not just coming to check me at all. Really disappointed and wasted my more than 2-3 hrs

I don’t recommend anyone to this clinic. They are not responsible and they don’t even try to answer our questions and they never listen to our problems.

What a joke. Call me at work and ask if i can come in earlier. I say no because I'm at work and than she asked me to come in right at my schedule appt and they'd take me in right away because my doctor has a gap of 3 hours between patients. I show up 25 mins early and then told it's still going to be at 30 min wait even though he hasn't had a patient since 3 that he is still in with his 3pm appt. So if I would have agreed to be earlier I still would have sat there for hours before being seen.without a call to say he is running behind and i left my kids at then sitter to be here fast. JOKE

I have been to many doctors in my life, and have worked alongside doctors as well. I give this clinic five stars because the best doctor in Canada works here. It is beyond description how awesome Dr. J is!
I have yet to see another doctor who is as caring, thorough and genuine as Dr. J. No matter how long you wait, I always leave with piece (peace) of mind that everything that can possibly be done has been done regarding my health. My whole family comes to see Dr. J. My kids are 9 & 11 now and Dr. J has seen them since they were toddlers/preschoolers.

Dr Jai is an amazing doctor and I wish he would open his own clinic because Appletree is a joke. He’s thorough, explains everything, personally calls you etc and the low stars has nothing to do with him. The clinic has very long waits regardless of what doctor you’re waiting for. Some of the doctors have little knowledge and can only treat the common colds. They don’t provide a direct number so if you need an appointment you need to book online or call the head office which has rude, clueless employees. Whenever I call, they have attitude, never know about the services offered and don’t know anything about patient portal. I like the concept of appletree but they need better doctors, control wait times and definitely need to change the staff at head office.

Sat with my 90 old mother for 2 1/2hr.and then only after inquiring about the wait, was told that she didn't need to be there and that it was their mistake. No sorry, no nothing.
