I went to this walk in clinic today. Staff at the front desk is very helpful. Dr. S. Mathai is very nice to me. It doesn't take long at all. I definitely go back there.

Good experience with the walk-in clinic this week. Saw a doctor within 15 minutes. He was professional and thorough. Have used the clinic last year as well.

Walked in, was seen within 20 minutes. Doctor attended via teleconference. No great shakes, but he was thorough. Left with the prescription my daughter needed. Would return.

Worst walk in clinic I have been to. If there were zero rating I would give that. Everyone is soo rude. From the front desk to the doctor all seemed disrespectful.

I would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely joke book with one doctor to be seen by an assistant who could careless how much pain I was in after being rear ended by a drunk driver. Better off to goto the hospital

There are many negative reviews on here but I am going to describe my experience. I walked in at about six PM on a Wednesday evening. I had a very nasty sliver embedded and wanted a doctor to extract it. I agree with some of the other reviewers.the reception was not friendly, but it was quick. I sat for a maximum of five minutes and was able to see a doctor who did the procedure, gave me a prescription for an antibiotic "just in case" and I was out the door in a total of fifteen minutes. You really cannot beat that for efficient service. Perhaps if I was looking for a diagnosis of an ailment it would have been different. The clinic was large, clean, bright with ample waiting room seating. The building in which it is located is wheelchair accessible. There is ample parking in the building's own lot. These is a drug store and a medical lab on the same premises. Given my experience I would probably go there again if I needed fast treatment.

0 stars. Dr Fung doesn't care. Seriously, apple tree needs to hire people who are more passionate and professional.

It's worst experience ever in my life
I come to apple tree medical clinic for my tb test, i am done with two step and after my first step they didn't gave me any form and notes for tb test result and when after my second test I asked them for my result they told me that Dr pushie didn't upload that so you have to come again on Monday. Basically every time the staff make excuses and I had to come again and again. Totally, it is my 8th visit to the apple tree due their mismanagement as well as lack of information provided by them. I suffered a lot becausi am a new student here in Canada and I am facing this trouble triggered me a lot as well as it is cost me a lot also as I am not living here so I need to travel by bus. Do apple tree medical clinic pay me for their mismanagement system?

Made an appointment over the phone drove here and it's closed. What a joke. Not ever coming back here!

My grandmother adores Dr. Raut. During the pandemic it was so difficult to find a doctor, but then she discovered Dr Raut. He has always provided excellent care and made her concerns feel heard.

They gave me a piece of paper that stated that I have an appointment at 2: 40pm. I was here at sharp 2: 30pm, after waiting for 1hr long when I spoke to them they said they don’t do appointments for the same day. But they gave me a piece of paper which clearly says I have an appointment at 2: 40pm. The front desk guy was rude to me and asked me to wait and he can do nothing at this time. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

Atrocious atrocious ATROCIOUS medical clinic - one of the physicians here is a decent professional, but this clinic's administration/coordination/time scheduling skills are psychotically bad.
Even after calling/speaking to the customer support for 2 weeks straight, you still won't get your appt.properly set. It is just unbelievable how horrific healthcare & the healthcare system is in this country.

The worst. Website indicated walk in appts open from 9am, registration starts at 8: 45. Take my sick toddler in. Guy at front desk says no walk ins today. I advise website says different. He tells me I'm lying? I show him the page on my phone. He then does something on his computer, then asks me to refresh the page on my phone. It now shows no walk ins. Front desk guy is now telling me to take my sick toddler out of the location as they have no walk ins and I'm exposing others. I literally came because website said walk ins available. Poor service, rude and incompetent staff.

Worst medical clinic. Never go there there nobody at front desk even they did not show up after ringing bell. They don’t know how to arrange the patients in timely manner we also have other things to do but they just making excuses.
It literally took more than 1 hour for my turn.
Never go there!

Horrible service and wait time.

Poor management. Old lady who is receptionist needs to be fired as she just sits inside. Front desk unattended no one to answer.

Despite of having appointment receptionist took 40 mins to to check us in.

Apple-tree needs to take this reviews seriously

The worst service ever. The front desk lady did not know how to arrange patients in timely manner. We passed our appointment time by 40 mins and nobody shows up or asked or called out our names.
I would never recommend this place. After long time when the lady came out me and my husband asked her about our appointment and she said i will come back but still no response and action taken.
Worst staffing. Appletree should be considering all the reviews and training the staff. Even after mentioning to her showing our emails of appointment, she kept on taking other walk-in patients and did not attend us!

My friend booked an app the day before and over night her illness got worse, we got here 20 minutes before our appointment and registered. 20 minutes past the appointed time the receptionist is telling us the Doctor did not come in today and we must go somewhere else. Terrible clinic and worse staff

Avoid Dr Fung at this location. Worst doc ever. Spent 2 mins and was unable to diagnose the issue.

Dr. Arumungulum overdosed my child twice and the pharmacist caught it (thank God). He looks at children like they are alien. Stay away from him especially if you want your child seen, unless you want your child overdosed. Thankfully, we have had much better experiences with Dr. Fung.

They told me they close at 8 o'clock I am here at 7: 30 and they are closed. What a waste of a drive

Terrible. Have been trying to call them for the last hour. Finally someone answered, I answered her question, silence, no reply she just disappeared. And now no answer again. Useless.

Walk in clinic is a disaster. If I could leave zero stars I would. Doctor treated me like I was asking for heroin when I was there for birth control. I felt humiliated and dehumanized. He needs to learn people skills. Worst experience ever. The walk in clinic down the road at Golden Mile has superior staff, even if the wait time is a little longer. I'm still shaking from anger and embarrassment. Give your business - yes, your business - to another clinic. Edit: Just read the other reviews. I was seen by Dr. Fung. That explains it. Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time (and my dignity) going to see this man.

Beware they have a $20 charge to issue a perscription, yes that paper that says the name of the medication.

Having read the very unfavorable reviews regarding Dr. Fung, we made sure to book my daughters appointment with another Doctor, Dr. Arumugam. The doctor did a quick examation of my daughter, and diagnosid her with strep throat and put her on penicillian. As I am NOT a doctor, i didn't realize until 4 days later when her symtoms didn't improve that the Doctor should have preformed a 'strep test', a very simple procedure which could have been done in his office, with results within 5 minutes. My daughter has now been diagnosed with Mono by our family physican and should never have been prescribed penicillian (as there is no drugs to treat this VERY CONTAGIOUS illness). To make matters worse, she has a thyroid condition which penicillian can weaken her already compremised immunie sytem. When I called to voice my concerns, I was told i could not speak with the doctor and they would not translate my concerns, I had to come in person, which I declined- as I'm too busy looking after my sick daughter and clearly I've wased even time already at this very questionable walk in clinic. Take a medical book with you to double check this clinics recommendations!

They are incapable of answering their phone during business hours. I let it ring for more than 7 min, and it when she finally answered it was a call centre.

Great for a quick walk. In. I have never waited longer then 10 mins, but usually only go on weekdays during early Am. One walk-in Dr. Great, the other not so much, as mentioned in the other comments.

Been twice and haven’t gotten a call or results back either time.they told me they would send the stuff to my family doctor and never did.
