No doctors on site, left multiple seniors sitting outside on one of the hottest days of the year. Couldn't open the doors ten minutes early to let the people have a little relief that they were enjoying inside. Left as a walk in. People, go somewhere else.
Took my <2 year old to get check-up, the Doctor on site wouldn't take kids under 6 years old. Thankfully the Nurse Practitioner would see my child, except the visit wasn't covered by OHIP **not sure why**, and we had to pay for it. Disappointing - but happy to have gotten in, we went at 2pm on a Thursday and we were the only ones there!
Had a great experience at Bells Corners Appletree Clinic today for my 5 year old. The office is very spacious, clean and the waiting time was no more than an hour. Dr. B and his staffer, thank you so much for your helpful and gentle care.
Doctor great staff not so for walk in they only allow 15 in people for whole walk in time even if you get there 3 to 2 hours before they let people register if you are not one of the first 15 they send you home you could be dying and they send you home still. Its hard to get in to see the doctor it take 2 weeks to even get an appointment but the doctor are great they friendly and caring they do there best to get to the bottom of your problems and get you the best medical care i would recommend the doctors but not the apple tree oranization.
Don't go there the receptionist is not nice at all she doesn't know how to talk. She talked rudely and it is walk in clinic they said need to come early and leave your work if you want to see doctor. The doctor are really good over here just the staff specially receptionist rudely talking with everyone. Worst experience ever.
Got here at 4: 30 to pick up documents & they are closed even though they advertise open to 5: 00… this place is seriously the worst! …they don’t deserve our tax dollars

Second, we along with 30+ other people waited outside for 2 hours to register. Website said open at 10: 30am.
Guess what, these failures of human beings not only didn't update the site, but didn't update anyone who had an appointment for 10: 15am.
So, not only are they booking before opening, but just not opening at all.
Apple tree is likely the worst company in the face of the planet. Their "doctors" are often glorified veterinarians. They often don't listen, don't car and don't react. How such an unprofessional and disgusting business can still be open is beyond me.
Do yourself a favor, the 12 hour wait at a hospital is better than every appletree in Ottawa and that's saying something
You people should be absolutely disgusted with yourselves. You didn't even have the decency to put up a sign to let people know you're closed today. I took a taxi to your location because it was one of the few clinics that were reported open today. I along with others waited for someone to open the door. No one showed up and there was a line up. Not even a telephone call was made to alert the people waiting that it was closed. Absolutely shameful for the people that work at this location.
DO NOT GO HERE, if Dr. Baranick is working. He doesn’t see work related injury’s, Can’t prescribe anything, and doesn’t care.
I just needed to know what was wrong with me so I don’t hurt my self again at work and he refused to see me even when I said I wouldn’t fill out a WSIB form.
I watched multiple people in my 3 hour wait leave once they saw who was working. I should of taken that as a sign.

Appletree customer service and contact centre has gone down the drain. They have lack professionalism and can clearly tell they don’t like their job. They refused to let me know when the walk-in times were because apparently management does not allow that. I must go online.the lady at the front desk is also rude and has attitude; and it is not just her its literally everyone i speak to that works at Appletree.they don’t care about helping people get help; it’s a business for them and it really shows.
Waited in the clinic for over an hour now to see a doctor after they took my BP. The staff apologized for being this late and told me they’re going to inform the doctor but still nothing happened. Reaching one and a half hours now. People still waiting in their rooms to be seen by a doctor.
Booked a PCR Test for Saturday April 9th, 2022 at 9: 50 am… hours on the door state Saturday 9 am to 3 pm… place was closed. Website stated Saturday hours 10 am to 3 pm… waited around till 10: 30 am did not open. Rebooked same test for the same Saturday at 12: 10 pm, place is still not open. Very poorly managed… be considerate and update your door sign and website with the correct hours and don’t have appointments available when your centre is not open. So disrespectful to potential patients time, as well people who require PCR testing for traveling.
VERY unprofessional and unorganized have had to wait up to 5 hours or more for an appointment this is completely ridiculous I recommend u go someone better and more professional.
Least rating I could select for this is 1 as 0 is not available. I only had to take Vitamin B12 injection and last time one of the doctors told us even a nurse could do that. But second time when we went there, it took around 45 mins for someone to attend us and after a long wait I was told they can’t do it as it has to be supervised by the doctor. Overall their service is pathetic.

On the website and even on the phone, they say we don’t need make any appointment. When we came here, they say “if you don’t have any appointment, we can’t accept you”. What a nice first time experience and it will be the last in appletree
Called ahead to make sure they were open and accepting walk-ins, they said they would be from 3 - 9pm. When I arrived at 4pm I was told the doctor "doesn't feel like seeing any more patients" but I could try my luck again tomorrow. Truly disappointing to see our healthcare professionals are so lacking in the "care" department.
I have a 10: 10am appointment for a PCR COVID test and at 11: 00am, I am still waiting… there are no doctors here and one technician is trying his best to do everything and help everyone. Poor adherence to appointment times. If you have to come here, be prepared to wait… and wait.
Writing this review as I’m waiting here. Regrettably bad service, been here a couple of times and I always have to wait for atleast an hour before the doctor comes and visits, that too he is always in a hurry, literally is in and out within 5-10mins. Not to mention, I always book appointment before coming here. Had an appointment for 1: 20pm, it’s 2.17pm right now. Still no sign of the doctor.
Besides, I can hear him talking about coffee and chitchatting outside the room I’m waiting in.
Reasonable wait time and great service, even with the telemedicine setup. Better than my family doctor. Receptionist/nurse is very nice, knowledgeable and thorough
Expect to wait between 25 min to 1.5 HOUR JUST to get your allergy shot (no doctor required). The medical assistants at the Kanata Robertson location have poor time management skills.
Came here to see my old doctor, initially called in for an appointment for Mental Health referral/Medication, sent me off for bloodwork, and made a follow-up appointment over thw phone to review the bloodwork and a prescription. Was told to follow up in a month to see how the medication is working out. I cannot book an appointment. I was told that my doctor only does walk-ins and doesnt see anybody by appointment when i tried to book a follow up. Just now, i was told that he only sees patients with appointments and i cant book over the phone, i have to go online, even though I was able to for the first two visits and was literally told by my doctor each time to book a follow-up. Cant book online because there is no account registered to my email, tried to make a new account and wont let me because there is already an account registered to my email.also the options for in-person appointments for reasons to see the doctor are very limited and seem like obscure ailments, theres no option regarding follow-ups of any kind, physicals, both of the appointments i had initially booked were labeled under Plantar Warts for the reason i was seeing the doctor when i was sent email confirmation 1 hour prior to those appointments.
As I write this I'm in my 3rd hour of waiting. There were 4 people who registered ahead of me. Bells corners location.dr.das apparently.but who knows! I haven't seen a doctor since I've been here. They brought me out of the waiting room into an exam room 90 minutes ago! This place is dirty, unkempt and of course only one registration machine was working. Never again! I
Excellent medical care from this location. Doctors are busy with walk-ins and appointments are usually taken late. Staff should be keeping an eye on the waiting room. We saw a woman kindly use sanitizer on the registration touch screen after using it, which likely wasn't good for it.
I booked my appointment online thru patient portal and arrived on-time and registered at kiosk but turned out waited for more than an hour before I was called. When I was inside the doctor’s clinic I waited for another 20 minutes but no doctor showed up. When I realized that I will be so so late on my next appointment I left. I was also late on my job because of that. Very bad experience in this location.
I visited this clinic and was seen by Dr. Emad Habib. Even though he was professional he looked very disheveled and sloppy, wearing unconventional medical attire that had some sort of white powder on it. I requested an x-ray for my knee thinking he would send a requisition. I was expecting to get a phone call for an xray appt at an imaging centre. 6weeks go by, still waiting, so I called this appletree clinic to make sure there was a request for an xray. I was told that I was supposed to send my requisition to an imaging centre of my choice. How am I supposed to know that when I was told nothing of this. The doctor did not hand me any requisition form or tell me it was my job to make the appt. I am beyond frustrated. Now I have to go out of my back to this clinic and pick up the form. Very careless in my opinion.
If you're looking for a family physician, don't go here! They will add you to some random doctor's patient roster, not tell you, and then you get removed from any kind of healthcare connect list that is actually trying to pair you with a family doctor. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and found out that I'm rostered to some random doctor names Stephen Cooper.he's on an indefinite leave and there's no word on how I can see him and get care. I called Healthcare connect and they KNOW Appletree is doing this to people. I was on Healthcare connect for two years and am now back down at the bottom of the waitlist for a doctor because Appletree rostered me as a patient, didn't tell me, and I can't even see the doctor I'm supposed to be rostered with. This is so unethical and screwing a lot of people over who are in need of a regular family doctor.
Hello there, The same thing happened to me. I found out that my GP is Stephen Cooper, whom I have never seen in my life. I am so disappointed in Appletree. My kids are probably in the same situation. This is terrible. What is Appletree trying to do.
There was no one at the front when I arrived today, but eventually, it became apparent that the one staff member was trying to fix the tech for the telehealth appointments herself while also being the only staff managing the front and taking patients to the back. She was very kind and patient with us and it was easy to show her patience in kind. The pandemic has been so hard on everyone, especially health care workers. She was awesome in a frustrating situation. For her alone, it was a 5-star visit.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Laval should lose her license and not be patient-facing. She is constantly late, consulted me off someone else's chart, used condescending words to berate and shame me, refused to have an open dialogue or provide medically sound advice. I was absolutely DISGUSTED by Dr. Laval.
Worst clinic I have ever been to. ALL APPLETREE CLINICS ARE.refused medical help, sent me across town to another apple tree who also refused medical help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, does not care about their patients, only their paycheques.all apple trees should be shut down.
Surprised with all the bad reviews. Been going there for 3 years now. Never had a problem. Wait times are as you’d expect. The doctors and staff are amazing.
Overall it was a pleasure meeting Dr Whalen and the staff on site. I had a question about allowing my son access to my files and the manager took the time to explain it step by step, and helped me complete the forms on the spot. As for Dr Whalen, he took my issues seriously and gave me an appointment to follow up on my test results next week.
It was my first time at this location. The wait time was unreasonably short (5 mins). The doctor was very friendly and took me as a patient on the spot. I’ve been to many appletrees but so far I found this one to be the most decent. The office was clean and looked a lot better than the other older appletrees. The nurses were very nice and helpful. Overall I was extremely satisfied.
No different than any other appletree clinic I've been to, typical wait times for walk ins and unsure how it's too complex for people to register its 2 kiosks or the front desk? And if you're bringing your sick kids here and simultaneously complaining then try the American health system and then see how you feel afterwards about waiting for our government funded healthcare which is one of the best in the world. All I see is a bunch of first world problems if it's an urgent matter it's called the EMERGENCY ROOM. The Dr's here are completely competent and capable and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
Complete disaster, this is where the worst doctors go I guess, I waited 3 hours for the Doctor to see me for no kidding 15 seconds. My tonsil is completely torn and he did not even look inside my throat, I did get antibiotics after I told him that I needed them to fight of the strepcoccal bacteria that destroyed my tonsil. Did not trust the doctors 10 second examination from across the room (probably 6-8feet away) so I went to the ER. I am just getting back from emergency surgery.they will swipe your health card and pump like 60 people a day but they are not there to give you legitimate help, only to swipe as many health cards as possible for that sweet sweet cash. Honestly quite disgusted with the "service" this "Doctor" had to give.

We got there at 9 am (one of the first person for registration) and they star calling everybody first than me even the people who came after me the worst place! They need to be more organized! Don't play with patient's time
For the, goodness knows, how many weeks in a row, the website says you open at 0830. Your phone call staff say 11: 00 and accuse you of lying and incompetence when you ask why they are not open or the website lists incorrect information. Terrible. Just horrendous. They ar3 holding me and my allergy serums hostage.
