Worst service, you can see doctor only on Fridays and he will accept patients only on Friday till 10 am in the morning even though the clinic time is till 3 pm.

Terrible service. Call center keeps pushing you around and they never get back to you. “We’ll call you tomorrow to confirm” and they never do. I had to call back 3 times and they say same thing and they never call. I’m out. Avoid at all cost

I had an appointment, and I had to wait for an hour to see a doctor even though nobody's here waiting. I'm not comfortable discussing my health concerns with the receptionist she asked me that I can't have multiple inquiries, and I can see the Dr only for one inquiry.

Doctor is rude and mad all the time. Very abusive behavior toward his employees and his employees are rude as it can get as well. Just wasted 3hrs of my time then blame me for their mistakes. What the hell is happening to the customer service?

Always there is no doctor in this clinic at all, and when I gave them a phone call to take appointment to avoid to go when I am sick and can not find any one, they advice to can just walk in until noon, I went in 5 minutes to find the reception said that doctor is busy and can not see me. I contacted again to surprise that the same number told me sorry we adviced you by mistake to go to the clinic now you can taappointment for you then the lady in the reception asked the doctor to accept me because inconvenience, he accepted after 2 hours waited as I appreciated that he accepted me he meet me in patient room and kicked me out after took all my card and wight and blood pressure by the helper and asked for my family doctor.

In fact one of the worst! The wait time is crazy, whether you have an appointment or not, you’re waiting. First time without appointment I waited over 3 hours the second time with an appointment I’m still waiting - it’s been 30 minutes.
I approached the front desk person and they told me ‘ok I’ll put you through next’

Looking for another office - too bad, the doctor is good and seems to genuinely care.

Although it took almost 2h to exit the clinic after my appointment scheduled time, I had a lovely experience with Dr. Vizel and all the other staff. The nurse is very kind! The place could have better lighting and be more cleaned on the corridors and entrance, but overall the experience was very good and up to standards. So far, I recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Vale for 5+ years now and I am extremely happy with the care he has given me. He's smart and very efficient.   I've been shown compassion and he's gone above and beyond. Wonderful doctor.

The phone message noted that the website is the place to go for information on medical records. The website has no information, I'm forced to call again. Thanks for this, I have lots of time to listen to useless, untruthful babble.

I have important, pertinent records to add to my file which will impacts treatment. My options are to call the other institution to FAX the info (incur costs) or print out the info (which I can download from the hospital) and submit it in person (this was surmised, when I questioned how reasonable the only other option presented to me). I last saw a FAX machine on Storage Wars.

This company is a show.how can it be allowed to exist as a viable option for medical treatment? Apple Tree has a patient portal, are they not able to manage ANY methods of receiving information. This is simply absurd.

I like my doctor. This is the only good thing about Apple Tree.

Poor customer experience with their online medical appointments. Infinite wait-time, mis-leading updates, poor software application. Probably designed to maximize profits with zero respect for patient's time and experience.

Apple tree virtual care is terrible. The doctors do not send the requisitions/prescriptions following the appointments. I have had to call their phone line and speak to different people 4 times, over 6 hours of call, I was hung up on on my most recent call. I still have not received a prescription it has been over 3 weeks of waiting. No one has any clue how to run this place.

Worst clinic ever! Went there and the receptionist was ignoring her patients and the doctors are always complaining that they are filled and have no time. Don’t go here unless you have no other option and are desperate!

Terrible service (8 York). Hardest to get through over phone. They were supposed to mail me requisition but they didn't so I had to visit the place again. Got handed over wrong requisition. Absolutely pathetic.

Asked for a ultra sound results to be send urgently, but after 3 attempts still not received. When I called, the clerk said that they have to send a request for the reports to be faxed.

Don't waste your time coming here. I just waited an hour for them to tell me they no longer accept walk ins. Even having made an appointment they still force you to wait well beyond your scheduled time. The doctors here are good which is the only reason I gave it a star. The clinic however is a complete mess

Simply didn’t book an appointment even when I mentioned it’s critical and needed - was asked to wait for 4-6 hours if I wanted one. Had to go to the ER right away as they didn’t help.

Terrible experience. What is the point of booking an appointment if you wait an hour. Staff are rude and not considerate of your time.

I have never in my lifetime gone to my ex family Doctors, walk -in clinic's, hospitals even and, NO WAY DO YOU WAIT for the Doctor to arrive to do his duty!
He has no remorse for this 2 hour wait at times we are all waiting on him? This is just wrong. If he can not handle the work load then he should be eliminating one of them or how ever many. Or why is he always, AND I MEAN ALWAYS late? HE STARTED at first 12: 00pm, then because he could not make that time the office were getting the flack due to him always being late. The doctor seems okay but he’s always late and I’m not convinced he’s good enough for the wait.

They upped the time to like 1.30pm, then 2.00pm, this is ridiculous. Does he think that we are just like nobodies? Like nobody is there in need of seeing him? Come on. When one is sick or needs medication, then this should be addressed ON TIME. [give or take a few moments]
Lets not mention also that he takes forever with a patient. At least 1/2 hour.which could of taken possibly 5 minutes to write a script. Absolutely no need for all these people waiting long hours for a 15minu tes to, 1/2 hour visit! A compliant should be addressed to Head Office.

I am grateful for ALL Doctors that have been available for the past 2.5 years to assist and help us in need.

Dr. M. V you need to be on time, better yet, be early. So many, and I mean many patients are complaining and talking about this issue always. It has never failed that he has been majorly LATE and also not thinking ANYTHING ABOUT BEING LATE PERIOD. Disrespectful.

Worst walkin clinic ever in GTA. You need to wait for over 1 hour even you made appointment and the doctor is not worthy to waste your 1 hour waiting time. Never come again.

Must be one of the worst unorganized clinics. Inconsistent messaging on website. Inefficient website processes. No staff present at clinics. Doctors and rude. And their phone service proved to be the worst of all. Woman who answered the phone seemed to have no training or awareness as to how to effectively help book an appt. Was actually almost antagonistic, when trying to confirm nearby clinics (was only engaging in this service as there was no receptionist present at the location I went to. Just a doctor who wouldnt acknowledge me.

I went to the doctor because he was recommended by a friend. The doctor was okay but my god the clinic is a mess. I booked an appointment and went to the desk to check in. I even went up to the lady at the reception and let her know that I checked in. And then they called everyone but me. I waited for 2 hours and finally when I confronted her she lied to my face and refused to admit that she had confirmed that I had checked in. She accused me of not checking in and thus I was considered a walk in! The doctor seems okay but he’s always late and I’m not convinced he’s good enough for the wait.

The nurse here is the kindest nurse ever. I'm usually anxious with doctor visits and appointments and she takes the time to really make sure you're ok. The wait times are long.but knowing they are long because they make sure to take the proper time with each person makes it worth it.

Don’t bother to use their service. The doctor is late almost 20mins on the video call. He didn’t ask questions that doctor usually ask and brush off that my concern.

My roommate thought she might have strep and we were both very concerned (as it's highly contagious). She had an appointment with Dr. Vizel, who took a two second glance at her tonsils, wouldn't administer a rapid test, immediately prescribed antibiotics and tried to shove her out quickly.

As for other more long standing and very concerning medical issues she's been dealing with, he said it wasn't worth doing any testing (despite other doctors saying the only way to figure out what's happening is to do some tests). Lazy doctors who do not care about their patient's health, and freely give out antibiotics (when antibiotic resistance is already an issue) are extremely frustrating to me. People go to a doctor to receive care and guidance. Now we don't even know if she is contagious and have no more clarity into treatment/a path to a solution on her other issues. Very disappointing.

Wait times and organization is terrible. Got so tired of waiting after 40 minutes and seeing how behind they were I left. Why set appointment times if they’re not going to be met?

Did not do any sort of a check up - did not check my blood pressure or breathing. 5 minutes just wrote the test that I need to complete at a lab. Do not bother, go and find a another doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vale's at Appletree Medical for 3 years now, with complex health issues, and Dr. Vale is extremely organized, professional and knowledgeable, and the reception is always pleasant as well.

Bed bed bed nobody response or you cant hold on to no body everybody is manager I lost slots of money time and missed my flight because of there mistake

They emailed me today that there is an issue with your blood test result and the doctor wants to see you! I got stress and went there and ask them to let me see the doctor, the receptionist told me you must have an appointment and you cannot see any doctor today, I asked them to let me see my result at least, they even didn't give me an access in my portal to see my results! And she behaved rudely to me, and said: " I'm telling you you must have an appointment and you cannot understand"!
So, I went to another appletree clinic to find out my test result issue, and guess what? A doctor in another appletree clinic told me there is no issue in your test results and I dont know why they emailed you and why avoided to give you access to your results!

Worst medical centre ever! They have no idea how to organize the appointments! And it’s not just for walk-in patients! I waited so long for a phone call appointment to get my lab results and after I calling them, they wanted me to wait even more! I’m now waiting for them to send it by an email! Let’s see how slow they could be in sending the bloody email!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The receptionist called me at 10.30am and told me that the doctor wants to talk to me about my results, scheduled a call appointment for 2.30pm. It is now 6pm and NO ONE CALLED ME! I called the call center multiple times and they have no idea when the doctor will call me. They don’t even post the results on the portal until I speak to the doctor. If you cannot find 10 minutes to call me, just post my results online so I can find another doctor to check my results. Never again!

I have gone to this clinic twice and each time i have been met with rudeness and lack of care. Also the pharmacists there, you ask her questions and she answers with rude sarcasm. I saw the male doctor there i think his name is Dr Vale. Very rude and cold. I felt like I wasn't being treated with respect or given proper explanations addressing the issues i went in with. Lets not talk about the ridiculously long wait times with no apology afterwards. Really not a good experience overall

Bad services. My boyfriend book appointment by 2: 45pm today. The doctor didn't see him until 4: 40 and then the doctor only wanted to rush him to go instead of give him the solution. Thats not how doctor treat the patients. You need to listen instead of simply gives the pills. Highly recommend to go somewhere else instead of this irresponsible clinic.

Dr vale is very knowledgeable and kind.he knows what is best for the patient and doesnt sugar coat anything.yes sometimes there is a wait but its definately worth it.

Why do they call it Walk-in clinic when you have to 4 hours to get through.

Its not walk-in clinic and Doctor is rude when he is not attending you.

Cant believe my eyes! Nobody is wearing mask at this clinic and I dont mean the poor patients! Non of the staff including the lady at pharmacy! The receptionist! The nurse! Also I just saw the walk in doctor passing by in the corridor! None of them are wearing masks! How could this be possible!? What happened to the Enforcement of masks?

Dr Vale is the best GP I have ever had in my life. He goes above and beyond and is always eager to think outside the box. He is efficient, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. When I moved to Toronto ten years ago from Vancouver, I was shocked at the difference in level of care. He has helped me address so many issues, including diagnosing and treating my PCOS, curing my cystic acne and ensuring screening tests are done based on genetic risk factors. His thoroughness is unbeatable and I am healthier and happier than I’ve ever been in large part due to his abilities as a practitioner. Can’t believe some of these reviews - must be a reflection of the type of patient they are, because Dr Vale is doing just fine in the eyes of medical care.

Today was my 1st visit to Dr. Noah Vale and I'm very satisfied with his professional attitude and clear explanations. The doctor is very energetic and focuses entirely on a patient' story. As for the clinic administrator I read lots of negative feedback here, but seems they have addressed the issue (if it was), because the day before my visit as well as today both administrators were very attentive and polite.

Do not waste your time. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Dr Vale has been my “family doctor” for a few years and have only been able to get in to see him a few times due to very limited hours, and impossible to get ahold of due to a call centre managing everything. My experience of the staff and doctors is that they are not half as competent as they should be for this service. I say this because it recently took the staff THREE days to figure out how to fax a prescription I needed that day to my pharmacy, after multiple calls and back and forth with the (VERY RUDE) call centre. THREE DAYS. If you are looking for quality healthcare and a clinic that actually cares about more than money do not go here. I am finding a new family doctor and will never be returning.

Went to this clinic here today, hoping to see a doctor, but ended up visiting other practice due to the doctor taking his holiday without any notice.

This complaint is not for the actual physicians. It is for the support and Office.

Staff is super nice and effective. Dr. Vale is professionnal and takes his time with you. I would recommend this clinic.

Went in with a really bad cold. The dr.refused to see me even thought I had booked an online appointment but they say it was not registrating and he only took appt. The last patinent he was waiting on did not show and he could careless I was ill and in need of his professional help. This clinic is useless and pretentious, inhumane dr.and staff.

The receptionist has some very inappropriate attitude towards patients questions. I’m not sure when they ever see walk in patients because they are always so behind on their appointments that they can’t fit in walk ins and they continually get pushed to the bottom of the pile. I just needed an existing prescription refilled and a doctors note but waited several hours to see anyone. Don’t even go here if you’re desperate.

Don't know what all the reviews are complaining about. I had a perfectly normal appointment with Dr. Noah Vale. Little bit of a wait (about 45 minutes from appointment time), but for the price I paid (absolutely free), can't complain. Got all the tests and referrals that I needed.

Often put out as the bad guy but in truth is one of the reasons I am not dead yet. He acts more like criminal prosecutors which is good and bad.

This place is horrible. I walked 2km sick as a dog to get there after being told they take walk-ins on the phone. Once I got there I waited 20 minutes before seeing anyone then being told that they are appointment only. Why do you call yourself a walk in clinic?

I was seen by an elderly doctor (likely in his 80s). He was more interested in talking about my ethnicity than my reason for seeking care. As he asked about my background for 15min.

During the 30min visit he didnt introduce himself or ask what my name was. He prescribed an antibiotic that didnt work. After seeing another doctor at a different walk-in the second doctor said "that antibiotic he prescribed wouldnt have done anything in the first place"

The wait time was about 1.5h (there were 2 patients before me with an empty waiting room). I saw a very sick looking man being told to nap while this doctor went for a break.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The staff is a joke. I had an appointment and was made to wait for 3 hours after the appointment and there was no apology. Unless you want to be treated horribly I would recommend not coming here.

This place is horrible. First time I went here to do an annual physical, the nurse had me fill out a form. The doctor looked at it and said from the looks of it, you seem perfectly healthy and there's no need to do a physical. Are you serious? He did keep pushing for a STI test instead probably for profits. Second time I went here I asked to get a vaccine because I was going on vacation. The doctor was freaking out and asking why I needed the vaccine and that I could die as a result of getting this vaccine. She went online on her iphone to see all the side effects and had an emergency kit ready in case I would die after getting the vaccine. Even the nurse thought she was overreacting and said there's no need to worry. After I got the vaccine, she had me stay in the clinic for 15 more mins and said if I noticed any whizzing when I got home, to call 911 immediately. I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic, this place is a complete joke.

UPDATE: I went to another clinic today after my condition worsened and the doctor there informed me I have strep throat and prescribed me the right antibiotic. So it turns out one of the nurse on staff in this clinic didnt even do the strep test properly. She swabbed my tongue for 1 millisecond when youre apparently supposed to swab the infected tonsil (which was glaringly obvious when “Doctor” Vizel saw it. Absolute nightmare of a clinic. Strep can become life threatening if not detected early and dealt with appropriately. Suffice it to say, Ill be filing a complaint with the ministry of health/society of doctors and surgeons in Ontario. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.

This clinic is very dirty and its staff can be pretty incompetent. This will be the last time I ever go there. Dr. Vale was my family GP and he was good, however I recently transferred clinics due to the appalling conditions of this one.

Anyways, I found myself here again recently as my GP was away for a few days and there are little options if you live near cityplace. On my last visit, I was seen b Dr. Vizel. I was informed he was not coming in until an hour and a half when I went as a walk-in Patient. He showed up 45 mins late meaning I had to wait well over two hours. After the long wait he literally saw me for 55 seconds and didn’t even do a proper checkup. On top of that, the medication he prescribed me didn’t do anything. My condition got worse. I had to go my family GP again and get the proper antibiotics. This doc is a complete hack and the staff very inept. Avoid at all costs.

The doctors and nurses were very hardworking individuals and their passion towards maintaining a valuable reputation to their patients seems very important to them. Sometimes the visual representation doesn't matter. You go to a doctor's office to get checked up, not to Snapchat how "pretty" the place is. Most of these reviews consist of the overall looks, which isn't necessarily the striving goal. You can have a phenomenal work ethic and skill, but may not look like a million dollar doctor's office, and there isn't any in between.
