I had a great experience buying a truck from this dealership! I had a very nice sales rep Sabila who spent hours with me pricing out different trucks and going over all of my options. After a few different test drives I landed on a beautiful Silverado. The manager Payam was also extra nice and set me up with great pricing for my trade in and honest advice on which extras I really needed and didn’t need. Teo is a fabulous sales man. I have dealt with him for over 20 years. Well to say my husband has. My husband passed away just over 4 years ago. My lease was coming up on my car and to say the least it was a daunting job of leasing a new vehicle. My first time on my own. Of course I called on Teo because of the absolute trust I have with him to guide me to lease a new car. He has a fabulous friendly calm personality and by all means not intimidating or place any pressure to lease a vehicle from him. I leased a new vehicle the 2022 Spark and just love it. Most parts here are 20% more expensive than other GM dealerships. Gpt service work done here and they didn't even check to see if the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Why the F do I keep buying GM vehicles? Typical stealership. Find a good local garage and stay away from these guys.

Hands down the easiest, most stress-free experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I had a great experience here with Sabila purchasing a new 2021 Chevy Silverado. She went the extra mile and found the exact trim of truck (and colour!) I was looking for and was incredibly pleasant to deal with. I walked in the dealership Friday afternoon and Monday morning my new truck was ready to go thanks to Sabila and the team here at the dealership.

George was very professional and knowledgeable, willing to help, great customer service and my car is again running smooth with guarantee for a year!

I bought a used car from this dealer and later on found out that it had been used by a heavy smoker as there was unbearable cigarette smell in it. I contacted the dealership for salvaging the situation. The dealing hand, Ms. Sabila was very cooperative and told me to get it cleaned by a professional detailing place. The dealership paid all the expenses and give me a new cabin filter for free as well. Overall good customer care experience.

Visited this dealership today w my little one. Worked w Sam. He made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. Showed me around the car and let me take it for (2) test drives without him. (lol The second one was to bring the car home to show my husband which Sam offered) Which was very helpful since we have three young kids and is too much to carry around while car shopping. I have not made the purchase yet but this car is in the running since the service was so good!

First time having our vehicle serviced since buying and WOW are we ever impressed with the facilities. The service was super quick and I was in and out in far less time than the service rep quoted me. My only complaint was the public WiFi was not working. Tried both my laptop and tablet PC. No biggie as I was in and out so quickly.

From day one the salesman Kyle was very helpful and informative. Responded to all of my question and concerns even outside of working hours. My vehicle had all the extras I wanted installed and ready for pickup date. I would recommend Applewood GMC to anyone that is the market for a new vehicle.

As a guy who changes his car every two years, had my worst experience at applewood dealer. I was looking to buy ct5 with V6 on it. First they lied to me that we are the only dealer have it in canada, until i showed them other dealers that i visited before them. Second manager appraised my car $2000 less than other dealers. I end up lease my car from another dealer.

Garbage experience

First of all the dealership kept my car overnight just to detect and fix the cause of the engine light on

When the car was ready and I went to pick it up I noticed that there was very noticeable attempt to colour up some paint chips from the front fender. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter he said that that’s the way it was when I brought the car in. This is simply untrue. I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service.

Applewood always takes great care of my vehicles and George is a terrific service Representitive. He doesn’t always tell me what I want to hear, but I trust him to take care of me when I’m there. I also really appreciate the help of getting my scooter in and out of my truck so I can move about during my visit. Thanks

Honest and quick service. Came in for engine trouble without appointment for the first time, was treated the same way as regular client and the car was looked after in half a day!

I came to Applewood because my family in the past had always bought Cadillacs from them.
Now it was my turn to buy a beautiful family friendly car. I was very happy with the service Sabila and Patrick were great to work with. They made the process very smooth and even helped me with my three kids I had brought with me to the dealership, by getting them a snacks and drinks and colouring pages making them feel comfortable. Sabila even helped me get to the dealership with my kids to pick up the new car because I had sold my car previously. Patrick made a point to come and speak to met and make sure I knew I could call on him if I needed anything. Sabila checked up on me by calls and text the day after I picked up the car to see how I was liking the car and to answer any questions I had. Theses small gestures really made me feel like it wasn't just a transition but the start of a great lifelong relationship with Applewood. I would recommend them for sure!

Wanted to browse & discuss accessories for my nu Sierra. Called in, covid said 'no' we're not selling any parts/accessories to the public, curb side only. Spent $1400 @ my selling dealership. Applewood seems like a nice store, plenty of selection. But covid says go away, maybe 2023 things will return to 'normal' & I can visit.

Got this 2017 edge is pristine condition.and did it all over phone. (due to Covid). Kyle my sales person, and my sales manger Parveen were both amazing, walked me through deal, and the price was unbeatable, they seem to go above and beyond most dealers here.even got a full tank of gas. Associate George was very accommodating and helpful however. I was disappointed that details of my extended warranty were not readily available to Applewood’s staff ie. I was initially asked to pay for the repair and only upon insisting that I purchased an additional warranty were the charges waived (covered by the warranty).

Very nice dealership and service team. Staff are very friendly. Especially Nabil who was my sales consultant when I bought my vehicle last year. This is isn't my 1st experience at Applewood but it's definitely the worst.
The agent was not honest at all and the sales managers we're not cooperative in addressing my issue and resolving it.

Amazing experience. Applewood really treats you well from the second you arrive until you leave. Lots of staff on hand to check you in, lots of complimentary snacks and drinks (including a free breakfast during the Christmas season I suppose), quickly performed service (oil change plus complimentary tire rotation.yes additional free services) were done in 30 minutes. The service advisor offered free advice as well and people genuinely enjoyed their jobs it seemed. Friendly staff and top notch service, 5 stars all the way. When my XT5 lease is up I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
