Last week Appliance Consultant Z. A invoiced me incorrectly for a dryer instead of a washer. The dryer was delivered. He owned up to his mistake. The dryer was returned and I waited for my washer 2 days later. A 240V washer was delivered. A washer that I cannot use because it is not North American standard to a 120 V. He did not consult me on the washer when I was making an in store purchase for the washer. He had the audacity to blame me on the purchase and he told me he had informed me. If I knew it was a 240V washer … why would i purchase a machine I cannot use?
Now I cannot get a hold of appliance customer to resolve this issue. The appliance consultant told me he cannot do anything for me and I had to take it with customer service. One of the 3 pillars for appliance Canada is outstanding service which is the opposite of what I have been dealt with.

I have ordered Fridge, washer, dryer, gas range and built-in microwave. Delivery guys refused to bring appliances inside the house. After long negotiation they requested to pay them cash (delivery fee was included on the bill). Left a lot of scratched on the floor. Fridge comes with dent. Microwave was used before and didn't work. We have requested exchange, after 3,5 months of waiting, customer service stopped answering my emails.

I just purchased a fridge and my experience with Appliance Canada was seamless! Special shout out to Mit Patel who went above and beyond in helping me find something that met my needs, coordinating my delivery, confirming I received my fridge and just ensuring everything was alright. We recently purchase a full 'suite' of higher-end appliances for our kitchen. Our sales representative was Mit Patel.
We are very very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Patel. From the initial inquiries through the purchase process, he provided a superior level of customer service. On one occasion, this meant staying beyond closing hours to meet with us to deal with a problem that arose.
At every stage, he was reachable, maintained on-going contact with us and was proactive in resolving issues.
We have no hesitation in recommending Appliance Canada for the quality of the products they carry and Mr. Patel for the high level of customer service he provides.

I ordered a fridge from Appliance Canada Mississauga 3050 Vega it was just delivered. The delivery people were very curtious and polite. They are responsible for 'Unboxing of your merchandise', however, they left all the plastic and tape on the fridge for us to remove after they left. I have purchased many fridges in the past and never had to do this. See pictures of what we were left with after the delivery people left.

He was so helpful and knowledgeable in providing the most detailed information for all of the appliances we needed for our home. I was so impressed! Terrible customer service - do not shop here.

My parents bought an appliance that was damaged and never delivered. There wasn’t a replacement item available (which is fine) and they were supposed to get a refund for the order which they haven’t received. It’s been over a week and they are owed $750 - they were told they will receive the refund within 48 hours which hasn’t been the case.

The store is giving my parents the runaround on getting the refund. The sales rep has been extremely rude as well as unhelpful. He told my parents that they will call the police if we go to the store asking for the money and if they don’t leave. This is not a way to conduct business, shameful.

Why is it so difficult to provide a refund for an item that you didn’t receive? If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.

Appliance Canada is absolutely the worst appliance retailer in the market. I placed my order of luxury appliances with them in Mar 2020. It took them more than 1.5 years to deliver the first set of applicants and today more than 2.5 years later, after multiple escalations to my sales rep, region head and country head my order is still incomplete. Bottom line is Apppliance Canada doesn’t have stock to fulfil orders. They take orders promising unrealistic timelines, take customer advance, and then keep pushing out delivery dates by weeks, months, and years!

If you want to see a professional organization then you need to see the people who work for them. We had the pleasure of purchasing two refrigerators from Appliance Canada, Vega Boulevard, Mississauga, and we met the Sales Executive Mr. Huzaifa Bhagat. A total gentleman with complete knowledge of the products. He not only assisted us in getting the correct product for our customized kitchen, but he also assisted us in making sure the delivery and installation process was completed with a follow up. Before meeting Mr. Huzaifa Bhagat, we had been to Tasco where we purchased many appliances for e.g, Monogram Steam Oven, Monogram Wall oven, Hood, Wolf Cook top etc. The story of Tasco was a shamble starting from Sales to Installation due its total unprofessional approach, maybe Tasco should learn something from Mr. Huzaifa Bhagat a professional and a humble person. Appliance Canada should be proud to have such an excellent asset. Myself and my wife wished that we had met Mr. Bhagat at Appliance Canada before we purchased the products at Tasco then we could have taken our business to Appliance Canada for the peace of mind. In future, we will be purchasing all our products from Mr. Bhagat and will visit Appliance Canada. Professional and good People make successful organization and if I was in Appliance Canada executive team then Mr. Bhagat will be in in my sight as to be the future efficient and professional leader who can set an example for the organization and make it successful with their professional attitude. Thanks once again Mr. Bhagat for making our journey with Appliance Canada a happy and memorable one compared to Tasco.

Don't even step in to this store if you wants to have your appliances to be delivered on time for your new build home.

We ordered appliances almost 20 months ago and moved in to our new home 7 months back but still we haven't received all major kitchen appliances. Just today we got one more appliance and when we ask for other remaining items then we been told that it still back order but when we check with delivery guys they said they have few Jenn air oven with same model but its for some other customers. It's clear that they intentionally giving preference to their preferred customers.not who paid first and waiting for years.

We living in new built home without microwave oven since last 7 months. Credit goes to "APPLIANCE CANADA" and their partiality with customers who give them a business.

Mit was our sales person and he was fantastic! Our order was large and we needed many appliances. Mit worked so hard to ensure we received all of our products in a timely fashion which given the pandemic delays was really remarkable. We had to wait on one appliance but Mit checked in with regularity to keep us updated. He was very knowledgeable, professional and regularly took calls on his days off. Now that’s service! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for appliances than Appliance Canada due to the service and pricing we received. Even the delivery process was painless! Mit was recommended to us and I definitely will recommend him to others.

I purchased 2 appliances from MIT Patel last Friday and as promised they were delivered on Monday and installed on Tuesday. The whole process was seamless and I will definitely be shopping here in the very near future and plan to refer my friends to Mit.

In 5 decades of home ownership and appliance shopping this has been my worst experience ever. DO NOT make the mistake of buying from Appliance Canada. They do not value their customers and customer service is non existent, especially the minute after you've committed to the purchase. The worst part of my experience was their 3rd party delivery service who are simply TERRIBLE. And even though I complained after my first terrible attempted delivery, nothing really changed on the second. And even though I complained overall in writing to Appliance Canada Customer Service they simply wouldn't respond. I regret spending a heap of money with a business such as this. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else but Appliance Canada. I REALLY MEAN IT!

Had an amazing experience at this store. My sales consultant was Huzefa Bhagat who honestly was such a pleasure to work with. I thought buying appliances would be difficult and I would have to deal with a pushy salesman. Huzefa was anything but that. His knowledge about the products and his patience with us was just amazing. Not just his service but his recommendations were brilliant. He suggested Items that would fit in our budget and then even offered us the best prices. He recommended a kitchen contractor for us who also turned out amazing.
As a Realtor, I will definitely have no hesitation referring Huzefa and Appliance Canada, Mississauga to all my Clients and friends.

Worst experience we’ve had with a large purchase. Go anywhere else but here for your appliances. The salespeople are rude and unhelpful. You can spend thousands of dollars here and they still don’t care. We were told to make a trip to pay for an appliance when we got there they told us they couldn’t log into the system and that our appliance wasn’t there. Meanwhile, they have been able to do this before and should not have told us to drive there and pay. Waste of time and disrespectful to our time as a customer, especially with an infant and young child it’s hard to just make a trip for a payment. I understand supply chain issues and we have been waiting since last July 2021 patiently. All this company needs to do is be honest and train your staff to be kind and less rude. I’ve had to be proactive at contacting them, never have I received a call back even when I was told I would.

Go anywhere else unless you want bad service. If I could give zero stars I would.

They have a worst customer service, they trapped customer to buy appliances on sale and then blame short of supply for not delivering the appliance.

It’s been more than 7-8 months we have been waiting for thermadore microwave every time we call to check, they make excuses, truck is coming in November, then December, January? Still no Truck and no appliances
Never recommend anyone to go to that store!

If I can give this store less than 1 star I will, we bought our appliance in March 2021. Today is Dec. 6th 2021 and we still don't have our fridge, dishwasher or Microswave.

I totally understand supply chain issues but they 1st provided me a delivery date of August, then it was Sept. Then I was told 2nd week of November, according to the branch manager he could see my Fridge in their system, Then it was Dec. 9th, and I call today and I have been told they don't have an idea.

They even called me after the sale was complete and we signed the sales contract to ask me for an extra $350 because they claimed that the appliance were sold below cost. Although I did not have to pay the extra amount I decide to do so.

Through all this not once did the sales person or store manger bother to call me to give me an update despite the fact they indicated that they will do so. Every single time I needed an update I had to call.

I've had a great experience dealing with Appliance Canada. During this pandemic with many manufacture delays, provide loaner appliances at no additional cost. Store Manager was very responsive and provided timely updates. Highly recommended.

Buyer please beware that this store will not help you when you really need it. We are having issues with our appliances and are dealing with Comerco (which is the worst warranty company!) and its been over two weeks where Comerco is stating that my invoice must be validated by Appliance Canada, we called the store and they asked to call customer service and hung up the phone! Do not buy from here, the combination of Appliance Canada and Comerco is the worst and your life will not be peaceful like they promise when taking your money.

Update:
I finally got a call from the store manager, Hassan Haq, and he mentioned that my warranty will now be through our store and not comerco for some reason. It’s now been over a month and we are without a stove. No replacement or money back. We have been calling every day and leaving voicemails but no answer. At this point we are not sure who to escalate to. This is truly pathetic service. I am never recommending this store to anyone. Everyone, please save yourself the headache buy from stores that actually care.

I am at total loss of words. It’s been over a year since we bought KitchenAid top of the range appliances from store including 2 year extended warranty. Our refrigerator stopped cooling, after various calls we figured out the warranty is subcontracted to some company whose agent came after a week and noted the compressor needed change and it’ll be treated as priority. Its been a week and I have been on a two hour wait call with the subcontractor who forwarded me to another subcontractor for parts and after 2 hours of wait time, the call dropped without any resolution or timeline. So we are out of a referigeratir for two weeks now and no one bothered to reply from Appliance Canada or their non-responsive warranty subcontractor. Terrible for a family with kids and without a referigerator.

I had a very bad experience with this store location not just once, but twice. Like mentioned in most of the comments, all that people working here care about is sales. Their customer service is the worst. Never came across more fraudulent and careless customer service department.

I once bought a floor model dishwasher (in Oct 2020). It was delivered with multiple scratches which were not present the day we shopped for it in store.
Its been almost a year and I am still fighting with them for a replacement of the door.

I paid 100% down and bought a new stove and it came without a box, all scratched again. It's even worse than a floor model. For a $2100 stove, they offered me a $150 give back since it has Scratches and the bottom drawer doesn't even close properly. Stoves in condition like what was delivered to me are being sold for $1200-$1500 in the market.

Trying to get a response from Customer Service is another pain and I am fed up with all the calls that I made hoping someone would answer. Emails that I send always go into thin air.

Will not recommend this location to anyone, not even to my enemies.

They do not follow the basics of business operations 'Good Customer Service'

If there's any chance, I would
definitely take this to Consumer Affairs Canada.

After spending weeks upon weeks researching and visiting appliance stores talking to different sales persons, we stumbled into Appliance Canada and Zul at their Vega Blvd Mississauga location. We had a great experience dealing with Zul as he was very knowledgeable and kept our budget in mind. Also, he was very fair and honest with his opinions regarding different brands and quality (we had a spreadsheet of the 3 brands we were looking into including the lowest price being offered with discounts). He made the experience rather pleasant and less stressful. Will edit post delivery and update once we receive our appliances!

We purchased all kitchen appliances (5 items including, a fridge, a dishwasher, a cooktop, a wall oven and a hood), all Bosch, in March 2021 and based on our receipt, the ship date was 2 month later, in May. We paid a deposit. Due to Covid everything was delayed but the Appliance Canada asked us to pay the balance in June, so we paid fully early in June hoping that they will deliver items soon. In mid-July they notified us that they could not deliver the dishwasher as the Bosch company has issues and it won’t be possible for them to deliver it sooner than Sep. But they gave us a date and time to deliver the rest. On the delivery date though, only the hood, fridge and wall oven were delivered and the delivery guys said that they could NOT FIND the cooktop on the truck (so weird!). We called our salesperson and with some follow-ups they said that this item had been put in another truck by mistake but they will deliver it to us on another day. So then for another day they gave us the tracking number etc, but on the same day that we were waiting and tracking the truck, someone from the company called and said that again they cannot find the cooktop on the truck! We again followed this up with our salesperson and others and after a couple of days someone called and again promised that tomorrow our cooktop will be delivered first thing in the morning (at 7-7: 30 am). The truck came the next morning, opened the door and guess what! THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ITEM AGAIN! At this point we were so angry and frustrated. It has been 3 months that we do not have our kitchen functional. So much time and effort went wasted and no one had ever given us a proper explanation why this was happening over and over again. So, we decided to go to the store and meet the manager, Mr. Hassan. When we got there, Mr. Hassan had already left, although he knew we were going to see him and discuss the issue. We called his phone and left a message. We also called all top managers: Mr. Asad, Mr. Adam and Mr. Shayn and as no one was available we left messages but unfortunately no one was eager to call back and did not care about our problem. Our salesperson just suggested that we take the cooktop from the showroom instead since we did not have any other options.

As a whole we had a really bad experience and no one cared. We also had to buy a dishwasher from somewhere else and paid extra as the model we wanted was not available. As both of my wife and I work, we had to schedule our time to be at home for delivery and they had 3 unsuccessful attempts for delivery. So, I would not recommend any one making any purchase from Appliance Canada as they are not trustworthy based on our experience.

I live in London and needed a fridge and a wall oven/microwave combo. Hassan Haq, who is a store manager according to his email, promised my wife that the fridge would be no problem and could be delivered quickly. The oven/microwave would be in July 12th. The fridge came without a hitch. The oven - as of July 24th is completely missing in action. Multiple emails, calls to Hassan, and calls to the store itself go unanswered and unreturned. This is completely unacceptable. They will promise the moon, underdeliver, and blame covid or the manufacturer…buyer beware if you opt to order your appliances from this store. Clearly, if a store manager acts this way…. It should reveal a lot about how his entire operation is run.

TERRIBLE! I ordered my appliances one year ago and they were suppose to deliver it today. Turns out they don't have any of my appliances to deliver even though it was scheduled in weeks ago. I'm moving in tomorrow with no appliances in a brand new home. Spent over $50k and paid in full. I guess they are on no rush now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't shop here.

Absolutely terrible! Our 5 appliances were not delivered as promised.we only got 2 out of 5 appliances delivered to our new house. The delivery department never called us one week in advance as we were told to tell us of the status of delivery or the confirmation thereof. After chasing them on the phone the night before delivery, they told us that we were only getting 2 appliances! The Sales person (Tony) had told me that they substituted our KitchenAid Dishwasher for a Samsung because of availability issues. This did not happen either. I was never told in advance of this shortage problem (very basic customer service). I tried customer service they said they can't do anything. I have been trying to call the Sales Rep for 3 days, and he does not pick up the phone or call back. This place is a nightmare to deal with. We don't have appliances (Fridge, Dishwasher of Washing Machine) and they do not seem to care. At the very least they should have told me of availability issues and offered an alternative brand of a solution! Never get appliances here.

You can get an appliance get but if you have an issue good luck. This location only cares about sales nothing else. I’ve been struggling with a delivery 9 months overdue and a range delivered and not working. When you try to reach to anyone for assistance it’s shocking no one is ever working or available. The only time I got a call back is when I wrote a negative review. They said they’d help me if I took it down. I took it down and they disappeared. It’s almost a year and I had to but another stove while my brand new broken one sits in the garage as a decor it’s. DONT SHOP HERE go somewhere else

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Ordered appliances in December and received now 2 weeks ago. After asking for specific delivery date requested appliances were not delivered on time given excuses that their unavailable or out of stock. After receiving appliances I received appliances with missing parts in dishwasher and oven range. I have been in contact for 2 weeks now to receive assistance to get me these parts. This is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I contact or email I get told to contact Samsung Canada, and Samsung Canada says they cannot help me because they can only assist within 48 hours of delivery. No one has helped and I repeatedly get cutoff. I am extremely disappointed with Appliance Canada’s service and my sales associate is no help either. I payed full for these appliances and they are NEW. I should not be having these problems. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Nobody should buy from them.

I bought a fridge from Mit Patel on the phone 3 weeks ago. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was speaking to 2 other high-end appliance companies in Toronto and he was able to give me a great price on a Thermador fridge (rated number 1 fridge by Consumer Reports) and I got a free dishwasher on promotion, which I upgraded. I am confident I got the best deal including appliances, delivery, installation and warranty from Mit vs.the other stores. We were even able to figure out a solution to replace my dying fridge that would work in the next year or so before we renovate. (Instead of getting a SS fridge, we ordered SS panels and door handles to go on a panel-ready fridge. That way it will look good now, and even better when we renovate because we just replace SS panels with new panels that will match new cabinetry.) Thank you, Mit!

I totally regret buying from here. I bought my appliances on aug 31st and I have yet to recieve my fridge. I understand that Covid plays a big part of this but a couple of friends of ours bought their appliances from home depot and the brick after we did and they recieved them a while ago and we haven't. The worse part about this is that they dont tell you the fridge is not coming. They give you a date and that day comes and goes and you dont hear from them. You have to call back again and then they tell you what the new date is. And please dont go in and talk to the store manager as he'll take it personal and start throwing accusations that you're being disrespectful and that you're yelling even though you are just looking for answers. Seriously I've always bought my appliances from home depot, this is my 4th kitchen upgrade (moved twice in the last 10 years) and never had issues and if I did they've always taken care of me. I wish I never walked into this place but I'm now at their mercy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'll keep updating from now on everytime they've delayed the date. Right now they're saying 6th of January.

What an amazing experience I’d with appliance Canada Missigauga. We’d booked our appliances in 2019 dec, and just happened to walk-in, but as luck has it, were greeted by a rep- Bhagat Huzefa. He understands his clients to the core. We’re in a rush, yet he optimized his time and gave us the products that suits us, and cherry on the cake was he bundled up everything and gave us a great price, that beats goemans, tasco, Canadian appliance to name a few. Cut to Covid times, our new house delivery got pushed out. Appliance Canada accomdated. Close to the delivery date we got to know that Jennair had stopped manufacturing our
Cooktop. We couldn’t shop anymore in the Covid times. Bhagat did his best and reserved the floor model for us. When I hear horror stories that other stores deliver late, these guys are outstanding and match their commitment to the hilt. I didn’t even have to follow up once and everything was delivered on time. So glad we shopped with them and would highly recommend this store. Bhagat Huzefa, you’re a star, thanks for being what you are. You truly believe in building relationships and in no way push things like a typical sales rep does.

We needed to purchase 7 new appliances and decided to visit a few stores to shop. One of our stops were Appliance Canada Mississauga Location and met with salesperson Huzefa Bhagat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted us for the appliances package we choose and for comparison showed us a feature benefit comparison of Thermador appliance package. He was not pushy but justified why we should consider a purchase more than what we had walked in with.

Having shopped around further I found out that Appliance Canada Mississauga location offered the best price for our purchase.

Appliances got delivered late due to current corvid situation, even for this Bhagat spent time almost daily tracking shipments arriving to Toronto and invested a lot of time to ensure all products met delivery timelines.

We are glad we shopped at this store and met Bhagat who guided us on what we should be purchasing and worked closely to listen to our needs/lifestyle and found a fantastic solution. We ended up spending twice the price than originally planned, however this was the best package for our requirements and never felt better spending so much.

We love the appliances and the service provided by Huzefa Bhagat and Appliance Canada- Mississauga.

We went there yesterday afternoon browsing for major appliances for our future home closing soon. We were interested in Bosch appliances a sales rep came to ask if we needed any help. My husband told him we were just browsing for now. He said if we had any questions we could ask him, however if we aren’t buying today we have to leave because they take appointments only. I just checked the website it clearly states that showroom is open no appointment required! Before we left my husband ask him the spec for a specific model we were interested in he goes “ you can get those online. ”

We left and took his advise searching online and found a much better deal than Canada Appliance for exact the same model. Do not recommend this store to anyone.

I had the opportunity to work with Bhagat, he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We chose all new kitchen appliances with the support of Bhagat and he remained within our budget and came in less then all other competitors. Bhagat kept in weekly contact with me updating when I should anticipate delivery. I highly recommend working with Bhagat at the Mississauga location.

The best service ever from Hassan, he is very helfull, you can trust his opinion. Even after purchasing we had small problem. He solve and continued helpin us! I will defintely recommend my friends to ask for his help as he is person you can TRUST! Thank u Hassan for the best service!

Purchased a electric cooktop with the help of the store manager Hasan. He's very professional and knowledgeable of the product, provided great service and price. The process of finding appliance and getting a good deal is made easy by him.

Worst store ever! Received a broken range and the store will not take responsibility for an exchange or return. It was dead on arrival. They agreed to send a letter to LG saying the range was dead on arrival but lied! No such letter was issued. I am still without a range. Run far from this store and do not buy LG products. LG does not stand for Life is good. But this store is a nightmare!

My experience has been great I ve dealt with Mit over the phone since I knew what I wanted. He was so proffesional and accurate and responsive. He gave me the best prices. Delivery guys were so proffesional tooo not a single issue during the whole transaction.
