Nice experience as I dislike shopping lol. I just needed a smaller white second fridge for my basement before Christmas. Emil found me a nice Whirlpool at an amazing price. It was way less in price than everywhere else and it was in stock. I will be back whenever I need another appliance. THX

Small friendly staff with great prices. I bought a fridge on clearout pricing from Emil and really pleased.

Went to the London Store on Monday to find a stove before the weekend. Emil, one if their appliance specialists gave us several choices that were available. It was delivered today and the price was amazingly good. He's very kind and ready to listen. Thank you Emil.

I just want share my excellent experience, the staff were very friendly and professional especially Randy and Rebecca.

Went into the store on a weeknight at 5pm (they close at 5: 30pm) and no sales staff were there. I wanted a price on a fridge and supplied the model number and our contact information to the woman that was there. It’s been over a week and we never heard back. Very poor customer service.

A big shout for Arooj, the sales representative at this store. Great person and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Helped us out a lot. Ask for Arooj if you ever visit this place and she will be more than happy to assist you. Cheers

Still waiting on a stove. Spent 10k here on a full set of appliances. No one answers or returns my calls. No one has a clue when it will arrive. I was told it was in stock when I ordered. Very disappointed

Staff is Always friendly and willing to look for the right product to save you money. I have bought rental and high end appliances there for years and keep going back. The sales and delivery team is always kind and accommodating.

Not the biggest store on Wharncliffe, but this team is really great. Worked with Randy twice in the past 5 years and he is a friendly guy who goes out of his way to help.

Unorganized and poorly operated. I ordered full aplliances of which when they arrived were not the ones I ordered but didn't bother to tell me until delivery time after reordering new stove top and told two weeks I called to follow up at 10 days and found out order wasn't places yet so was then promised it was placed. Two weeks later it is supposedly arriving but couldn't get it on truck to london. End of day I'll never buy here again or recommend them to anyone else period.
