Originally called Appliance Technician to fix my GE stove because of the quality of reviews and their commitment to BBB registration to offer exemplary service. I was not wrong! Very impressed with AT service from the first phone call to having the stove fixed next day and within an hour. Stove problem was not obvious but solved by the competent and very honest technician. I will happily call Appliance Technician next time any of my appliances have a problem:) Much thanks AT!

Our technician and the service was excellent. Pavlov (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was super; clearly explained to me what he thought the issue was and how he would approach fixing it. The Kenmore dryer is working again with a new belt; he indicated that if it wasn’t operating as efficiently as we thought it should then he would put in a different belt at no cost. Thanks.

The technician showed up on time, gave me detail of what may be needed to fix the dishwasher and based on those information, I can make decision whether the dishwasher should be fixed or not. Pavlo was very friendly and did not hesitate to give me advice on dishwashers.

The came over and was absolutely useless, We have a broken fridge and instead of even taking a look at it, all he did was tell us it was running hot and to turn it off and on again, and buy a new fridge. Spent 90 dollars just to take time of work and be told to turn my fridge off and on again and buy a new one was absolutely trash. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Yuri was fantastic - he showed up the next day, then came back after the weekend with parts and fixed my Whirlpool wall oven promptly! So grateful for his kind and professional service.

From the minute I opened the door I was very uncomfortable. He never said hello just "what is the problem" in a very crusty voice. I told him my dryer was not working well. He came in turned it on for 5 mins then stuck his hand in closed the door looked at me and said "you have heat. There is nothing wrong with the dryer". I explained to him that after years of owning it things take a long time to dry (they never used to). He then went on to tell me that I do not have an industrial sized dryer so it is not meant to be over filled and things will take a while. He made me feel so stupid like I didn't realize my dryer is not industrial size. I have lived in my condo for 15 years and have had my dryer since then so I know how much to load into my machines. I am 88 years old but still sharp mentally. His final diagnosis was the problem is with the vent and that I called the wrong department. He told me how much I owed him which is not the amount the bill said I owed. The bill that was sent to my daughter's email is $10.00 less than he charged me. I don't care at this point as I want nothing to do with anyone from there. I gave him money and he directly told me he does not have change so I told him just to take it and leave. I needed him out of there. He was at my place all of 8 mins. I was just so uncomfortable that I called my daughter when he left, crying and begged her not to have him come back ever! I will never use this company again.

Called in the morning and my dishwasher was working before noon. Technician was great, polite and very knowledgeable. I will call them again if I need service.

The technician quickly and effectively addressed an issue with a clogged dishwasher drain after we had hired a plumber who was unwilling to check the drain for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Washer would not drain. Technician was able to come same day, and fix the issue cost $275 parts + $125 Labour + tax on both. Technician fixed issue but insisted that parts cost be paid directly to him and not to the company, (I do not know why) While labour costs be paid to the company. After he left the drum makes a loud knocking sound (which it did not make before), also LARGE amounts of water are being ejected out onto my basement floor now evetime I run the washer, and the soap loading tray now sticks a bit and it never did before.

Update: The company and Technician were very quick once again to come by the house and fix the issue (same day I complained) as it is 100% under warranty. The technician showed me that my drum was cracked, and explained that the repair had nothing to do with the cracking of the drum, and that it was just an unlikely coincidence, His explanations seemed rational, but I do not really have the knowledge determine if it is correct or not.

At any rate the technician issued a full refund for parts and labour, so I do appreciate that. I give them points for speed of service and for the full refund. But I have to buy a new washer now.

Quick and easy experience. Although we didn't have any work done for reference. The tech confirmed an issue that we needed a plumber to repair.

My dryer broke on a weekend and I called Appliance Technician Ltd. Two hours later dryer was fixed and drying like new. Fast reliable quality service for reasonable price, recommend.

An excellent experience from start to finish. After a power outage, our clothes washing machine was not working (control panel was not functional and water was not draining). Appliance Technician Ltd.answered my call quickly, and we set up an appointment for the following day. Machine was fixed quickly, and I received excellent advice about how to prevent the problem from happening again and how to best maintain machine.

My Bloomberg dryer stopped working - I called multiple appliance repair shops who said they don’t fix this brand. Appliance Technician was one of the few. I am extremely happy with the quality of service I received from the receptionist who took my call to the actual technician Pavlo who quickly assessed and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the cause and recommended ways that I could extend the life of my washer and dryer. He even cleaned up all of the dust and dirt that had accumulated behind them! 10/10 would recommend!

Yuri was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated the problem and how he would repair it with clarity. I was very impressed and highly recommend this service, and, more specifically, this serviceman.

After submitting my online request Monday morning, I had a call from a very capable woman who provided me with a quote; and confirmed my appointment with the technician for Tuesday morning. Iurii arrived on-time in the window provided to me, he worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and had my fridge/freezer back to functioning well within 20 mins. I called about a broken fridge and they gave me an appointment the very next morning. The technician (Alex) was extremely professional. He was quick to address the problem and immediately offered me a number of solutions. I highly recommend this company!

The spring broke on the door of my very old wall oven. Appliance Technician came, examined it and ordered replacement springs from the manufacturer. When the springs arrived, two technicians came. The manufacturer sent springs according to my model number but they had an extra flange. It was determined this was all that is available. The guys tried and tried to get the hinges to fit, even tried filing the flange off. Nothing worked, but they tried their best. In the end I will have to replace the oven but we were only charged for the initial diagnostic visit, the rest of the money we had paid was refunded! Our sincere thanks to Appliance Technician Ltd.

I called early in the morning for service, within hours Alex the tech was at my home and really communicative about what he was going to be checking; very professional and friendly! He found the issues in no time and fixed them than had me check his work. Just wonderful service all around.

The owner operates a small crew, and has extremely high standards. He actually told me that I was simply neglecting to do basic washing machine maintenance and were able to resolve the issue with some bleach and vinegar.

AT came by to give the last rites to my 18 year old Amana fridge. After running through many diagnostic checks and replacing/bypassing some failed components they were able to confirm the compressor was finished, as was any chance at a reasonable cost to repair the fridge. The AT technician was courteous and explained my options clearly, and took all reasonable precautions for COVID. The cost of the repair attempt was very reasonable, and gave me peace-of-mind that I had exhausted my options with the fridge. Thanks!

This was a great experience and I would use them again. I had an issue with my fridge and while it was being repaired, the tech clearly detailed the issues and what needed to be done.

The gentleman that came was wearing proper PPE for our Pandemic environment, he already knew what was wrong with it based on how I described the problem. He had the part with him, he swapped it out easily, cleaned up any mess from the job, described what caused the problem. The cost was very reasonable far less than what I thought I was going to be paying.

Alex is fantastic and honest and fixes basically everything. He even sent me to a store to pick up an item at cost so he could install it same day after going to his next appointments. He’s been my go to guy for two years now.

This was my second time using Appliance Technician, and again, I'm very pleased with the service provided. Pavlo (Paul) very quickly fixed the issue with the dishwasher and was very courteous, professional, and used the hand sanitizer and wore a mask while doing the work, which was very much appreciated. Great service! I called them a few days ago when my fridge stopped working properly. The technician wore gloves and a face mask respecting the Covid-19 protocols. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes and was able to fix it with no parts required. He explained that my fridge was very expensive and it would be worth the money to repair it rather than replace it going forward. He explained that the newer fridges are not built as well as ours and they usually present with problems much sooner than normally expected. I would highly recommend Appliance Technician Ltd.to anyone that wants prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service for any of their appliances.

I contacted Appliance Technician, and Pavlo was able to come in the following day and figured out the issue right away. He was able to order the required piece to be replaced and came the next day to install it. Super fast service and I really do appreciate his professionalism and kindness! It very hard to go a couple days without a fridge and he was able to make this headache go away. 100% would recommend!

Alex came out to see me the same day we called. Our fridge/freezer stopped working. Within 30 min he had diagnosed the issue. It was the compressor on my fridge. He isn’t able to replace the compressor due to the n He gave us a window for arrival that he stuck to and called 20 min before arrival. Due to COVID he wore a mask and gloves which is great and much appreciated.

His rates were very reasonable and I felt he was honest. He answered my questions without any hesitation and wasn’t annoyed with them. I would definitely be using them again. Great service, punctual, polite, honest, reasonable rates, and he was also great with my dogs. What more can you ask of a repair service.

I had a non-emergency dryer issue and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Alex came and assessed the issue and explained the options and cost of each option. He was able to fix the dryer by replacing the heating coil (which he had with him.) He showed me each part of the dryer as he tested and within an hour he had replaced the coil, vacuumed the internal housing and reinstalled the stacking set. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Alex. He was honest, reliable and quick.
