Great experience getting into a new car with Approval Genie. Paolo was very accommodating and worked along side me to get exactly the car I was looking for. They offered great advice, I would highly recommend them.

Any company that doesn't post general pricing on their vehicles these days I would be leery of buying from them. Too easy for them to get you in, find out your budget and take advantage of you.
I am sure they will have some lame excuse for not doing it but funny how all other reputable companies do list pricing.with no pricing makes me just want to move on to the next auto sales place as how are you even suppose to shop if you have no idea of the cost of the vehicle you are interested (may be out
of your budget or under/over priced) which just wastes everyone's time.bad company logic with answer they gave as how many people like me in the market looking have just moved on to another company.

I purchased a vehicle from Approval Genie in June of 2022. The process was a little difficult as I lived in a different province than Ontario so it took some time. I thought the time and energy spent on helping me was outstanding at the time. My salesman Julian was great in giving me the information quickly and efficiently.at the time. Finally I got my car and I was ecstatic. I can get back and forth to work and everything was great. 1 month into owning the car, we started noticing problems with it. Fuel injection issues, brakes were gone, fob barely worked if at all. I called and sent emails several times to Julian just to ask some basic questions and NEVER, NOT ONCE has he returned my calls or answered my emails. The only time he actually contacted me was to look for a referral for himself. I received several of those emails. Now my car has traction and stability problems. I figured no point in contacting the dealership I'll just go with my warranty. Low and behold.my warranty is useless as it only covers engine and transmission problems which let's be honest.hardly ever happen in a 5 year old car. Just yesterday I reached out to Julian again.and surprise surprise.still no response.
I'm angry. I really thought he was out to help me. I'm no fool. I know salesmen are there to sell and thats it. But when you misrepresent yourself as someone who is there to assist you in any way they can, then you find out it was ONLY about the sale and that's all.its very disheartening. Approval Genie I thought was a reputable company but now I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time and hard earned money on these sales sharks. If you wanna be made to feel like you matter only to find out you dont in their minds.buy a vehicle from Approval Genie and personally ask for Julian.

Palao is great. Did everything he could to get the car I wanted great communication would highly recommend I got my dream car I wanted. There is only one issue we are currently working on with the car. Otherwise from that everything he did was fast and quick and a reasonable price!

Tyrone had got me into a 2017 Subaru WRX and it was very clean! Very good would buy again! He was very fast and attentive!

Working with Paolo was great! He was able to help me find my dream car for a great price. I meet with him on a Saturday and one week later my car was ready for pick up! He took care of everything for me, which took a lot of the stress off my back. When I did go to pick up my car there was an issue with the detailing but Paolo was able to take of that for me as well! Top Tier experience to say the least. The Manager; Tyrone went above and beyond to make my trade-in possible. He was professional, courteous and maintained communication on updates throughout the entire process. I am sooooooooo happy that I can finally leave a review on Approval Genie in Whitby…for some odd reason wasn’t able to do so…I wish I could have served you with this review hot off the press when the blood was absolutely boiling…never the less here we go…Here are the facts…Approval Genie Whitby will do whatever it takes to get you in a car yes this is a fact…however once you sign that car loan and all is said and done you are now on your own folks…I bought my car the exact replica of the one I traded in…however it required me to have it repaired three times in less than 6 months each time with costs approximately $1000 and more…but you wanna know what really gets me is the fact that this car is missing the tool kit that is standarddddddddddd with my vehicle being the GT model…I found this out at the worst possible time when I got a flat…the kit costs $500 no joke…called Approval Genie over four times…let’s just say I’m still waiting for them to return my call…FYI the neighbour who recommended this place was approved for a 2021 Hyundai SUV which needed a new transmission the same time I started experiencing my issues and was without her car the entire summer…this is no lie and are facts…shop around

Dealt with Adhir Rana when I got my car over a year ago and then again recently with my trade in. He was good at taking the time to explain things with me and prompt with responding through text and email. Very friendly people, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending.

I had recently received my first finance agreement earlier this year in April through approval genie. Although I had been turned down several times, they finally had got me into a car of my liking with no hassle. 6 months later I was involved in an accident and the car I was so proud of was totaled. I returned to approval genie with my situation and they were able to find the same exact car, two years newer, with a better finance agreement.
