I just moved here, to windsor, and desperately need a store with knowledgeable staff, especially with bearded dragons. This is it, hands down! So knowledgeable, very helpful, & extremely down to earth friendly. Definitely a "hidden gem, " in a small plaza ️

This place is awesome! The staff is extremely friendly and their knowledge is incredible. They have a wide variety of fish, reptile and pet general pet supplies. Big selection with small town awesomeness.

The employees are great, it's a shame their manager isn't a reflection of that. Maybe don't be so petty.

Visited twice to set up a new fishtank. I’m new to Windsor and this place was recommended to me. Not exactly the experience I was expecting. Staff members have a weird attitude. They’re knowledgeable forsure. However they are not very approachable and seemed awkward upon interaction. Unprofessional is the best way to describe it. I didn’t really feel like my business was appreciated and I have no incentive to return.

Every fish i’ve bought from them. DEAD.they even sold me a dead SNAIL. 0 stars if that was an option

Nice place. Fish are a little pricey tho can get same fish for almost half the price at other stores. Same with the plants.

With covid they remain open, but curb side pick up, but all the staff is super knowledgeable. And right now the services they offer, we are so grateful to get the products we need to feed our axolotls.

My friend was picking up a bunch of new fish stuff for her tank.young lady working was totally awesome running in and out of the store to show us everything they had! Good people.and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely go back

Omg awesome! Stephany was soooo knowledgeable and super helpful! Even stayed late to accommodate my traffic jam issues. EXCELLENT customer service! I'm sold as a new customer despite my almost 1 hour drive.

Went in and bought some live plants and 2 siamese algae eaters, the next day1 of the algea eaters was dead. I called multiple times, no answer so I left a message, no one returned my call. I also found a leech in one of my plants. Which were way overpriced. I got plants from pet smart which were less than half price. If you don't mind shotty after service and paying more this is the place for you. As far as fish go, I'll go to pet wise just down the road. Better service and a large selection

Today I went into this store and I didnt know this type of kindness still exists I was so very short of $$$ trying to make things work I really wanted to give my daughter a fish things have been very hard for me threw covid19 and what they did for me today I'll forever be grateful your staff are the most amazing people in this world thank you god bless you guys your store is awesome

I expected a lot more from the reviews. It is disappointing to see African Cichlids mixed with South American Cichlids.they require different water parameters and PH levels.this tells me immediately they are no true specialists. Worth the trip to Mississauga if you want nice cichlids!

Best pet store in Windsor. Staff treat you like family and the fish selection is astonishing. I would recommend them to anybody looking for anything to do with fish. Very educated staff and I will definitely frequent them for questions or concerns.

This is by far the best pest store in Windsor. I have never had such helpful employees and such great customer service from any pet store. They also always have what I need or can lead me in the right direction with helpful information. 10/10.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Came here for just some filter medium, but while explaining our situation with our fish, we left with a bunch of stuff that we absolutely needed.

Honestly the staff always know whats up in either water plants, ponds and fish, seriously, polite reasonably priced and informed you wont be sorry you checked them out

Went there to get some live rock for my salt water tank over the weekend. People there are super nice, very knowledgeable and very patient. Love this place. First time there and if I lived closer I would come there often. I live an hour away. I also called a few times to ask questions and the different people I spoke to were super nice on the phone and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I used to own ball pythons and they had what I needed from food to bedding and everything in between
