We had no clue how to manage our hot tub. Marcus walked us through maintaining our hot tub and we love our backyard oasis now. He’s awesome.

I had been shopping around online for hot tubs for months. I finally decided to go into Aquacade and am happy I did. Marcus was beyond helpful and patient as he walked me through all the different features of the variety of tubs. He then took time out of his busy schedule to make sure that we could use the tub sooner than later. Craig was also extremely helpful in ensuring everything on the finance side was set up. Everyone at Aquacade is extremely kind a, knowledgeable and helpful.

Just set up our swim spa and I couldn’t be happier! A few minor bumps but Marcus was so professional in sorting everything out. They were fantastic in coordinating with our reno crew and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. We feel very valued by the customer care. Can’t wait to post a finished pic! SWIM!

Brutal after sales service, no communication whatsoever! Would not recommend, go somewhere that wants your business because these guys don’t, as soon as the sales finalized the service tanks and then you’re treated like an annoyance!

They return every call promptly and assure that every client is 100%satistied. They can provide installation, and go over the different types of spas and pools to fit the lifestyle and budget of the client. I have always been very happy with their service and they are the professionals that I trust.

Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service and service. We waited several weeks for a service call but just because we live 2 hours away from the office. Brent came, at the designated time and had us back up and running within 1.5 hours. He was courteous and very, very well equipped with supplies, very informative and we are now enjoying our older style tub as we have in the past. He knew what he was doing. Very impressed and would recommend this company and, above all, Brent, to anyone. We will definitely shop here for our future hot tub!

I went to the store a few weeks ago to get more information on how to proceed with the down or purchase of a pool. The sales person at the counter explained that I would pay the full amount upfront and take the pool with me that same day. I advised I didn't have room to store an entire pool over the winter and the sales person seemed annoyed and told me I had to buy it now as the price of pools is going up by 48 percent next year, so now is the time to buy. The sales person also said that they, Aquacade will be the only place in business next year because other places can't get pools. I was annoyed by this and asked how he could possibly know that wet and wild or majestic pools would be going under and he explained that manufactures will only be selling to them (Aquacade) next year. I left. I'm not going to support a business who spreads lies about their competition.

Just had a new liner installed in my pool, the technician arrived at 9 and by 4 we were back full of water and back on. The pool looks brand new again thanks again Alex and Dave.

We've been dealing with Aquacade Pools and Spas for about 5 years now and we have nothing but praise for their sales and service. They are awesome at responding to any questions we might have concerning our pool or spa. One Saturday night our spa was acting out and we reached via the Facebook Group page. We recently bought a home with a Hydropool hot tub and it is such a beautiful tub.totally comfortable and easy to maintain. We had it serviced for the first time this week and we found the service team to be excellent. They explained everything they were doing and answered all our questions. I recently purchased a hot tub from a local business. I was not satisfied with the follow up customer service. I was having difficulty balancing chemicals in the water. I contacted Aquacade for help, even though I hadn’t purchased my tub there. Their customer service was second to none. Mike took the time to simplify and actually teach me how to maintain proper water chemistry. I had become frustrated and was regretting my purchase. However, Mike’s assistance gave me back the enjoyment and relaxation of my hot tub again. Thank you!

I had arrangement from last year to install a heater, like the guy said (J) call 10 times spoke to different staff members no respond no one knows what is going on i went there first time left message for Brent no respond and left 2 messages for Darrell same thing went there again spoke to Brent he lied to my face saying he does not have a heater i guess he does not know that i know he just installed one at my brother house and one at my sister in law with no prior app or arrangement before me cancel the order, you and I deserve better service

We called four times over a year. Went to the store and asked for someone to come out to see us. Not even a phone call. Will never recommend this place

Our family has been dealing with Acquacade for forty years and has always had excellent service. My pool pump fried during these hot weeks and they replaced it quickly before I had to worry about the water quality. Thank you to everyone from the great customer service to the installers.

I just bought a small hot tub haven't used it yet.my 5 star rating is for Mike a real nice guy who was very helpful and honest.he is number one and will take time to answer all questions (and I had a few) the owner and his brother are exceptional as well. I would say Aquacade is top notch.will comment again in a few weeks after using the tub.

Winter had been extremely unkind to our inground pool! Alex from Aquacade told us that he would make it all better. Better yet, he told us that Aquacade would do it quickly so that we might enjoy our family summer. He is a man of his word. The timeline quoted was acceptable. However, Alex surprised us with an accelerated timeline and we are now spending our days soaking in the sun and swimming to our hearts' content! This company is without a doubt the best I have ever dealt with! From Alex to the entire Aquacade family, we felt like valued friends. Exceptional service, attention to detail, friendly and capable crews. What more can a customer ask for? Alex, you are our knight in shining armour! I am from South Porcupine and i stopped in to see about purchasing a pool on one of my recent trips to Sudbury. I had done some research and had an idea of what kind of pool i wanted. David was very helpful every step of the way! Through many emails and phone calls i am the proud owner of a 21” Trinity pool. Alex and all the workers got the pool up and running very quickly in spite of the heat wave we were having! Great job guys! The one and only issue is i wish i would have been consulted on where the pump and filter were going to go. However there should be enough hose to move it if i so choose. I went in looking for information on cleaning my hot tub. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all my questions and direct me to what products would benefit me the most without trying to force any unnecessary products on me. They even went as far as giving me a tub cleaning sponge they had behind the counter because there were none left in stock. I would highly recommend shopping here for all your hot tub and or pool needs. I know I'll be back.

Craig is awesome! Great service, we came in and got all the information we needed to pick the perfect hot tub for us. I would definitely recommend auquacade pools to everyone I know!

I would give a zero if I could.

The company came on a Friday morning; threw in some chemicals, skimmed the cover and said they’d be back the next day (this was Victoria Day weekend).

They never showed up the next day, and did not return our calls.

Fast forward a week, they try and get a hold of my wife who was overseas to arrange something; she tells me so I call.

Leave a message and got nothing.

Since then I have made three attempts to contact Darren; and no response. Absolutely disappointing and they have caused many NEW problems for my pool now.

It’s rained heavily so now the water levels are much higher, other companies are quoting higher costs now, and these guys are no where to be found.

Not saying this will happen to you, but it happened to us.

Horrible, HORRIBLE start to pool ownership thanks to the team over at Aquacade!

UPDATE: They showed up after I posted this; by that time we had help from a competitor - Brent offered to close the pool for us - and I hope that we can count on that! Will update when that happens.

We bought out hot tub through aquacade. We had no issues for 9 years. When we did have an issue Dave arranged for a team to come over - lift it out of our deck, do the service and place it back into the deck. It has worked perfectly ever since. They also did an upgrade to a salt water system that has made weekly maintenance a thing of the past. We really appreciate their expertise and attention to service.

Communicating via phone with Aquacade is far more difficult than it should be. Waiting for a return call can leave you feel forgotten or unimportant. That one issue aside however, they are helpful.

They were great at explaining all the aspects of the pools we were interested in. They wayed the pros and cons. The all around service was great and the prices are reasonable. The sales staff was great and helped us make the proper decision on the pool which best suited our needs. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a pool.

I Just purchases a Hydropool Self-Cleaning 16ft AquaSport Swim Spa from Aquacade Pool & Spa and I must say the staff was super friendly and patient with all my many question and quote request. I also received quotes from 2 other local companies and they could not come close to the service or the price that was offered by Aquacade. Dave and Craig spent lots of time with us explaining everything and I am proud to say it will be installed in early June.
