I had my Whole home water system and RO system installed by Ruben and Nico 3 years ago. I appreciate the knowledge they share. I have them come annually to change filters and adjust the system according to our usage. 100% recommended. Very personable and know what they are doing.

We live in the Briar Hill area in Alliston, On. When we moved in two years ago it became evident that we had a problem with the quality of our water. Immediately following regeneration of our Softener our water would become discoloured - a yellow/brown - pretty disgusting! For the best part of two years we had at the very least a half-dozen "experts" come to the house and analyze the problem - suggestions included install filters and other so called solutions - none of which we were comfortable with. I called Aquapura in October of this year and rather liked what Ruben had to say. He had recently installed one of his softeners the next street over whereas they had complained of a similar problem to what we were experiencing. Their problem was solved with a specific type of water conditioner. Well! Ruben and his son installed our new softener a week ago and hooray it appears that our problem has been remedied. After two years we now have clear/clean water. Highly recommend Aquapura. They are great in all respects!
