Absolutely the worst possible service! Do not file with these people!

I went in on Friday afternoon in June, (so after the tax rush) the staff member was annoyed just to see a customer, it seemed like he was not the mood to work. This person did not even look at me just blindly entered the information in to data software and with In a minute hands me tax information, no information just wanted to leave and like I said was annoyed that I showed up. I really hope they shut down. Terrible customer service and terrible business.

I filed my taxes with this office for the first time. I didn't get a chance to check my Tax return Summary until a month after. There was a discrepancy on the refunded $ amount that was filed vs what was provided on my notice of assessment. So naturally I called AR rahmans to inquire. I called today, May 5, Friday 2023 and spoke to this girl who claims she is the supervisor and she is the only person who works on Fridays. She started educating me on what a notice of assessment is before she ask my name or pull my file out. She's was quite aggressive and accused me that I have my filed this income tax already that's why the $ amount doesn't add up. And I quote she says "She's 100% sure I already filed and doesn't understand why I filed again". She said she's been dong this a long time and I should believe her. You definitely don't know what you are doing. What makes you think that we want to deceive the CRA? If I may suggest, you start with the basic by pulling the client's name and no one needs your lecture. Please just do your job that you are paid to do. And please give the other person a chance to talk, voice out their concern without cutting them off every second as this is not professional. And you claim that you are a professional.sigh***. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place. Please go somewhere else, you don't want the headache.

I’ve filed my tax here recently and the experience was great! Very comfortable waiting area, approachable employees and hassle free. Will recommend and definitely come back again! Thank you!

They have very bad customer service,
I talked with one of the agent over the phone and shared all my jobs' documents, the agent told me that they would charge me $100 but when I went to the office which is located on Markham and Lawerence, they said that they are going to charge me $500 for filing my tax.

Great place to do your taxes.will definitely do my taxes there again. And also very responsive and friendly employees…

My mom did her taxes and we saw some discrepancies from the year before and when i called them to explain what happened they guy told his worker not to explain anything and that if we wanted an explanation we had to go there and pay another $50. This place is a scam.

There’s a lady there who is just horrible when filing my taxes she did t help once except stand over the clerk who was helping me and fixing her every mistake and when i asked the clerk to remove a paper from my files the horrible woman jumped in saying they were able to do so when the nice clerk said yes to it because apparently they’re were unable to so i left and then went somewhere else and they still took money from me after they didn’t even help me file my taxes they took a good 100 dollars from me NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE

Very pathetic service. They don’t communicate anything before taking money from you. They said 18$ but they charge more when you arrive. They don’t explain your taxes and after giving you estimate tax owing/refund they don’t wont refund your money it you don’t wanna proceed. For one print they charge 10$. Please don’t waste your time and money.

They are friendly, great service, and smooth processing of my tax. I would definitely recommend the service.

I’ve been at the Scarborough location multiple times and the service is usually good. However, this year; the girl they got at the front literally sat there and read aloud my entire information. When I tried to get her to stop she actually went louder. I’m done.
