I've had Arborscience out twice now, once to take down several dead trees that had been left to rot by previous owners; creating a tricky situation for removal, and just recently to remove a large branch that was at risk of falling on my neighbour's garage.

Both times Greg explained the situation, explained the options, and spelled out the plan. Jen is always super quick at following up with quotes for the work and to book a time. The teams that come out to complete the work are extremely friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

Greg Duplan, from Arborscience, has worked in our property for many years, managing our trees, including a huge 90 foot black locust that had been struck by lightning in the past and became rotten to its base, necessitating its removal. He has always done an exquisite job, taking care to minimize all damage to our yard.
When a tree falls from a storm, Greg manages its removal leaving our yard pristine, as though nothing had happened there.
His professionalism (and that of his crew) is impeccable, and I would never employ anybody else. His prices are also extremely fair for each job accomplished.

We were the second of three large tree removals on a very hot and humid day. None of the crew complained or became anything less than professional because of the conditions
Our tree was a very large and old Magnolia that had stopped producing flowers, and this Spring only produced a few leaves.
The set-up, removal and cleanup took just under two hours. It was incredible to watch the team work in harmony, cutting and lowering limbs with strict safety measures I was glad to see. Dispite a tight work area no damage was done to flower beds, decking, or furniture. Following clean-up, my deck, yard and sidewalks were tidier than before the visit.
Everyone concerned was polite and open to my wishes (I wanted a four foot stump left in place). And the cost was very competitive compared with other tree services. Plus the wait time was minimal.
We have an old Maple tree that will need to be brought down in the near future, and I will not hesitate to call Arbor Tree Service when the time comes. They are simply the best at what they do. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Used this team for a tricky job requiring a lot of dialogue and could not be more impressed with how they helped make the job happen and the work they did. Everything was bang on, from price to professionalism, couldn't be happier.
