“The person you are calling isn’t taking calls at the moment” *hangs up your call* would have been okay if this was a pizza shop, not a medical centre for people to book appointments…

Doctors are good, but to get reception by phone call it’s terrible, they don’t care about patients, I try to call every day before my work until 2pm all week and just reached on Friday late afternoon (I was off this day), they don’t understand? Or they think I have time to spend my time for them? So bad reception

Sounds like a nightmare, who regulate this clinic? Is there any auditors? My son is very pleased with his doctor. I'm sure the Doctors could do something about it, this is detrimental to the patients already sick. Do they have an experienced medical office administrator? Are these professionally trained receptionists or got there by a friend of a friend of a friend?

Great experience with Dr Chaudry, last few times i called in regards to health concerns I was seen that same day. She’s very friendly and cares.

The worst medical office, they dont pick up the phone, many doctors but they are way too busy and good luck getting an appoinment on time, very poor management who does not care about customer service, dont join this office if you require frequent and urgent appointments since they wont give it to you, by the way they turn off their phones during lunch with no option of leaving a message, the doctors are good but management really needs to address and fix the terrible customer service

Booking online and reception have been good to date. Mostly helpful, well-explained advice. Not pleased with condescension in last appt.

I really appreciate the attention personal, nurses and doctors of Arbor Family Center, but is very very hard and frustrating to get through the phone system. It will be great if there is an improvement in this matter. When we need to call for an appointment, usually is because we need help, and the anxiety that the continuous busy signal, waiting to be answer, etc generate is a very negative state for mental/physical health

Can never get through to reception. Have to repeatedly call back over 10+ times.to ge through only to wait 40+ minutes to actually speak with a human. There is never any appointments available for over 5 weeks. So you end up going to a clinic. No point of having a family dr cause you can never get in to be seen. Literally was on the phone or 40+ minutes for the receptionist to tell me " your doctor has no appointments anytime soon so I will call you back if she can squeeze you in at some point " like pardon me? I am now looking for a new dr that actually can see their patients. If I could give less than one star ai would. For history I have been a patient for 28 years and my family for over 50.

My doctor is good but there phone line is so bad I have been calling them from past two day and every half hour and it’s busy I have no Idea what heck they do that it’s busy I will try to walk in clinic then booking a appointment with them. I love my doctor it’s just the receptionists annoying me so much.

Dr Chaudry is wonderful to deal with and it’s great I can online book with her. This review is about the receptionist and phone lines. My fiancé is with a different doctor at this office who does not offer that option, so I called for him today and the receptionist was absolutely disrespectful. After I had put her on less than a 2 minute hold - after I waited 30 minutes - to conference in my fiancé, she said “and you wonder why there is a wait time” very rudely and sarcastic. I assumed she had meant to say it to another staff member. When I advised her to ensure she was on mute next time, her response was “oh I wanted you to hear that, you can’t complain about hold times and then put us on hold”. I was a bit shocked a receptionist would even be so rude and I voiced that I am a patient and understand they are busy but I don’t deserve to be spoken to that way. She then told me my fiancé could just call himself even after explaining he works in an store and cannot stay on the phone on hold all day however I work from home and can leave it as background noise while I work. He had been trying to call for 2 weeks and got a dial tone every time. This is unacceptable from a receptionist. She was very unfriendly and we understand they’re busy but to be greeted off the bat with a rude tone did not make us feel great. I’d recommend trying a job that doesn’t deal directly with clients over the phone.

My doctor is great. This review is not about the care she provides.

I called over 80 times today and got a busy signal every time. There isn't an option to leave a message. There isn't a "There are 10 people ahead of you in the queue". It's nothing but BEEP BEEP BEEP. I feel like I'm trying to win tickets on a radio call in contest, not trying to get medical assistance. This wasn't an isolated incident. The last time I tried to call, I gave up after 60 calls and just went into the building. And all I find are receptionists chatting amongst themselves while I wait 5 min in the front of the line to get service.

The only way I end up speaking to someone over the phone is through the after hours clinic at that location. Whomever took my call then actually took my call and said she would contact my doctor. I don't even know if I'll hear back from them to see if they could help me.

To top it off, my specific doctor doesn't use their "Book an Appointment online" option, so outside of calling, which clearly doesn't work, or physically going in, I have no way of even making an appointment.

I don't want to leave my doctor, but if I can't even contact them, what's the point of having one there?

If i could give less than 1 star I would. My doctor is great but good luck getting a call through to reception in order to book an appointment with her.what is the use of having a good doctor with no proper way of connecting with them to book an appointment.every time i need my family doctor i have to call like 20 times and stay on waiting at least 45 min. Last time to call her for an appointment me and my husband had to try for 3 hrs and kept getting a busy line signal and finally i was so sick and boiling with fever i fall asleep while waiting and my husband was the one able to get through after 3 hrs.what a joke.their system is broken and it has been like that for a while and it seems like they don't care to fix it.what a shame because i really like my doctor and i don't wish to replace her.

I’m honestly just writing a review to see if anyone replies. I have been trying to call the office for three days and am getting a constant busy signal. When I finally got through one time I was on hold 30 minutes and had to get back to work. I know everyone is busy and needs to get in but I would like to at least speak to someone and make an appointment!
I also tried emailing through their website at 5 AM today and still have not yet heard back.
My Dr is great but considering taking my care elsewhere because I can’t even get someone on the phone to make an appointment with him

Reception and appointment management system is 100% broken. Not a single component of it - works. From the receptionists, to the phone system. 100% offline.

If you can actually get in the door (luck?) - the actual doctors and nurses are great.

I could be wrong but it feels like the receptionists intentionally leave the phones off the hook. You CANNOT get through to these guys.
