Arby's has swiftly ascended the ranks of my favorite fast food joints, and let me tell you, their Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich is nothing short of a masterpiece. The chicken boasts a perfect balance of crispy exterior and succulent tenderness within. Paired with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a tantalizing Dijon mustard sauce, every bite was an absolute symphony of flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend this delectable creation, and I can't help but feel a twinge of envy for those fortunate souls living near an Arby's

What can I say? This place is the only Arby’s around it seems. It’s too bad since it has a decent Roast Beef sandwich and the curly fries are always a treat. A few times per year I drive out of my way to go here with the family.

The counter staff are always competent and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the food is very expensive and always has been, for what it is: fast food. A family of four is looking at $60 or so for lunch.

I will keep going here since there really isn’t another fast food place like it. Arby’s takes a lot of shots from various places but this place is always busy regardless of the time of day.

I don't get to Arby's very often, but the food is always good and the staff were great in recommending a sandwich that matched my tastes.

Very fast, food hot and service good. Wendys at Harvester was so slow for the lunch crowd. Drove to Arbys. Will be returning when in area

I have a weakness when it comes to the Beef and Cheddar and Curley fries. There are so few of them in Ontario, and any opportunity to get a nostalgic bite, I'll take it.

Regarding my visit, the staff was fast and professional. Food was great, sure it isn't Michelin Star, but I love it!

Only arbys in the area and I make my way out that way just for the half lb beef n cheddar. So good. Hot sauce &arby sauce recommended!

Zero Covid protocols. Tables weren’t cleaned between customers, didn’t take name and numbers of indoor diners. Extremely slow service. Cold sandwich. Took so long to order, it wasn’t worth the time to go back and complain about the food. The manager was in drive thru and never once appeared to assist. Place smelled like rotting lettuce. Not impressed!

Burlington needs a 2nd location, nice to see this one is always busy nowadays. Great food and service always!

Arby's is really synthetic fast food. But, there's something about that reconstituted beef and a good dousing of their horsey sauce that hits the spot. Just don't tell my GP that I ate there.

I've always loved Arby's, so it was nice to find this store near work. The food is fantastic. Greater selection than I remember. I had the Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich, fantastic. I noticed that the drive thru was packed for a Sunday at 11am. Of course I will be back again.

In their quest to be all about "the meat" Arbys has, in my opinion, turned their back on what made Arbys good. Where did the Philly go? Or the Great Canadian? And, fine, charge me 10cents to put onion on my sandwich but maybe give me more than 2 small rings that made no taste impact. Of course, cover it in Horsey sauce and its still good. Hate the new shakes.

Small caveat: I worked at an Arbys an a young person and the experience didn't match my nostalgia.

Food here is always good but this location distinguishes itself with amazing staff - friendly, helpful every time.

It was surprisingly very good.
Nice changes This location has plenty of staff. A large menu. And the food was very fresh. Will definitely be back soon.

There are so few Arby's in the GTA now but still one of my favourites and this location did not disappoint. Best curly fries and the roast beef was perfect.

The best Bacon Cheese Roast beef sandwich ever. The curly fries are the best. They need to reopen Arby's in Brampton. Burlington is a wee bit far. 10 stars. Forget the 5.

Used to be good. Food quality has gone downhill. I used to drive all the way from Mississauga to come here. But now that I live 5 minutes away, I don't even bother. Food always tastes old.

Always a great choice going here. Great food and great service, came back for more curly fries and dessert. Mmmmm Jamocha

Arby’s have the meat but it sure as hell ain’t in their sandwiches. In all the pictures and commercials the roast beef and cheddar are overflowing with the meat. The actual sandwich I have to open the bun to find the meat.

They've got the meats! Never had a problem here. The lady at the window was a sweetheart. She had treats for my dog.

Love Arby's! I am not a fast food girl myself but this place would be first on my list for a ff meal.

Rare to find an arbys no a days but I'm always here whenever I'm working from the Burlington office. Great food great people. Btw I never give 5 stars to fast food chains so a 4 is really good

Good, fun and welcoming staff at this location, people seem to actually enjoy working there! As for everything else I mean it's an Arbys you know what you're getting. I will say this they need to repair and refresh the dining room it looks tired, dirty and old in spite of the staffs best efforts to keep it clean. Not a very welcoming space for those coming for the first time.

Took 20 minutes to get my order the old lady in the back was more focused belittling the kids at the drive through and the front counter then making the food. They were try I g so hard and she was so ride to them. They were really really cheap on the cheddar cheese sauce on all 4 beef and cheddar I got for my family they all complained about how there was the smallest amount we had ever got from an arbys at this location. Next time I'll go to the one in oshawa.way better service.

It's Arby's. It's okay.
It wasn't busy but every table in the restaurant was dirty. We had to ask them to clean a table for us

Food was lukewarm the Gyro pitas bread was cold. Either the manager or another employee was yelling at another employee to push the button to silence the deep feyer alarm the employee said I dont know how and then the Manager /Emoloyee said the on with a check mark "AND THE YELLED OUT DO YOU NOT KNOW A CHECK MARK LOOKS LIKE SERIOUSLY ". A normal Manager or Coworker would just show that person if they didn't know. Sadly these restaurants are disappearing quickly and I hope someone from corporate moves on this.

This is the latest Arby's format. Been a long time since I was in sn Arby's. This store was clean and busy. The staff were friendly, efficient and were on top of things. The food was typical but fast and fresh. If this review was helpful please give me a like!

Love me some Arbys! Its like the only one around anymore but still so delicious. I cannot believe we do not see more of them these days they are amazing. I always get the roast beef and cheese with the curly fries and they are so delicious. I must come here once every few weeks to get my fix lol

It was ok.they forgot the cheese on my melt and that was disappointment and it was a drive through run and disnt notice till i got home but didnt bother about it. Sometimes mistakes happen so its not going to stop me from going again but ill be checking my order befor i leave now. Service was fast though and the food was fine.just missed the cheese.

Very dirty and the guy working there was whipping up the table then whipped the seats then back to table tops very disgusting

Arby's was great as I haven't been there in years. I did get a kids meal roast beef slider. It was well packaged and the curly fries were to die for. I'm not a fan of warm lunch meat and I feel like the roast beef sandwich is just that. I must admit that the roast beef is very thin and stacked in an abundance which was so nice. The quality was also very good.

Friendliest staff hands down in the area! Food is always good, restaurant is always clean and location is easy to access! Had the pleasure of even being served while sitting at my table, and prior to leaving an employee picked up all of my garbage. A simple class-run establishment, which puts the customer first! A little bit out of the way, however it is worth the drive every time!

Service was a bit chaotic. It was quick tho but while waiting for my order i was offered two other orders that werent mine. All in all the restaurant was clean. And staff were quick to ckean tables after guests left. The property is due for an upgrade tho.looking old. Overall a good experience.

Got in late. And ordered to eat in. They gave us an extra 15min to finish up before the locked up. Food was great staff was amazing.

Wish there were more locations one of the best fast food places around and always fast friendly service. Anytime I'm in oakville I make it a point to stop for food here

I enjoy coming to this Arby's. Unfortunately not to many of these around. I've eaten almost everything off the menu but my favorite is still the French dip sandwich. No one else has this. And the Reuben sandwich is pretty good too. Definitely recommend this place.

Stopped here as part of a road trip as Arby's are incredibly rare in this part of Canada, this one is pretty good

Great location. Food is always awesome and staff are friendly and fast. I love they almost always have some new limited edition thing to try - like a yummy mint chocolate shake!
