Food is always fun at Arby's. It was a birthday dinner for a family member, so we enjoyed it.

Fast service, hot food, good portions, good prices? I swear this Arby's is the last place you can get a full real meal for under 15$

Had some roast beef sliders and fries every thing was as it was sopposed to be sat outside on patio would visit again good valued meal

My pregnant wife sends me for beef and cheddar sandwiches and says they are the best ever.

It's unfortunate that there aren't that many Arby's in Canada.it's great to have an option from burgers and chicken (which you can get at Arby's btw) The drive thru was quick from the time you order to the time you get your order at this location when we went through. My friend had the chicken sandwich and I had the roast beef.nice and hot and delicious. Can't beat a meal that you enjoy and my son Bandit enjoyed as much as I did.maybe more. Bandit is my Chihuahua/Rottweiler mix (don't ask. I didn't breed the mother and father)

It has been quite some time since I've had Arby's. We stopped by on our way home yesterday, and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food was absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be back. We rang the bell twice.

Sometimes memory makes things better. Been craving for Arby's for quite sometimes. As remember is used to be all over GTA.

Love arbys, great service. But kinda slow, and not a lot of meat on the half pound beef n cheddar compared to other Arby's I've been too

Staff Member taking my order at 11am on a Thursday was the most kind person I have ever met, amazing food and service. Definitely 5 star service!

Food is amazing as always. The customer service was superb and the restaurant was nice and clean!

The beef Mediterranean gyros they have for a limited time are delicious! I love the curly fries too! However, I don't like any of their other food. I hate the Arby's beef. Once the gyros are gone, so am I.

We don't have an Arby's nearby so visiting Orillia surely means a stop to Arby's. Not sure if they were short-staffed but it was a bit of a wait inside for food. Great meal!

Love it! - WE don't eat at Arbys often as they are few and far between. So when we come to and through Orillia and its one of the stops we make! They Have the Meats!

I went Friday evening after work with a friend and the woman over the drive thru speaker was very rude about something that was a promotional deal. She could've been nicer about it. It was on their online menu still so we didn't know the promo was over. The food was great as always

The drive thru is so fast here and when I ordered they made sure to tell me about deals that would save me money. The staff are kind and efficient. I only wish they had a location closer to Huntsville so I could enjoy this more regularly

I thought I'd look for a new lunch place that wasn't typical fried food. I went inside to order and the cashier barked at me to get out, as I was the 7th person and they allow only 6 inside. Not the way to make a first impression. I won't be going back.

Came to try the smokehouse sandwich advertised on their website. Was informed by the drive thru attendant that it was discontinued.

The food I ordered was fine, and the the service polite, but I was still disappointed to not have the brisket!

Gotta love me sum Arby's. Always so beefy and cheesy. With a side of curly MO Larry would b proud. Delicious!

Delicious food and some good deals. My son said it should be 4 out of 5 because he was too full. I think that should make it 6 out of 5!

Its amazing can camp in area love the falls go if you have the chance go to falls side hydro dam not much to see

Our family loves Arby's and we always stop in to eat here when we're up in Orillia (unfortunately that's only a couple of times per year). This location never disappoints! The service is friendly and great, the food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is very clean. It's worth the trip!

Loved Arby's when it used to have more locations in the GTA.love them just as much even if they are 45 min outside of the city. You should reopen more locations!

The curly fries were good. I haven't been to Arby's in over 10 yrs and it's changed in my opinion, kind of jip you on meat for a classic. Long line up but good customer service.

Drive Thru only at this time. Food was hot and tasty. We had the cheddar beef and the roast beef sandwich. Both were awesome. Looking forward to the day we could eat in again. Only problem was the wait time in the drive thru otherwise good experience.

The Drive-Thru has always been super fast. The food quality is always great, and the staff are friendly.

Popular spot off of the highway. Quick and friendly service and reasonably priced. Usually, there isn't a wait. There are a variety of good food choices to choose from and don't forget the signature curly fries.

I go here quite frequently any time I'm in Orillia. I usually get great service and the food is good.
However today I had quite an unpleasant experience with the employee at the drive through. I ordered 2 double beef and cheddars, and when I received them, it was clearly not a double but rather a regular. I went back through the drive thru and I had to repeatedly ask for the order to be remade and the guy was arguing with me. "Here's your doubles with 6 ounces of meat.just like last time". After that comment I had to see if I was going crazy so I took one home and weighed it. There were 4.5 ounces of meat on the bun (25% less than the 6 ounces it's supposed to have).
We're all human and we all make mistakes, but the guy confidently arguing with me about it at the window is why I'm writing this review.
Very disappointed. Not sure if I'm going to be returning to this location.

Arby's is always great and the staff are very friendly. There's always a bit of a line-up in the drive thru but that's because it's good and worth the wait.

They are trying but they messed up our order quite badly. I will give them that drive trough was very busy and hectic.
