Love Arby's. Service is good, menu selection is full and the only store in Ottawa. We love visiting. So good, glad we have it here in Ottawa

Not much to review as it is a popular chain, just extremely annoying to have to mission all the way to Kanata for some Arby’s. Corporate has no idea about its potential in the city!

We drove all the way from Montreal to try some Arby’s. Montreal is seriously missing out. We went a Sunday afternoon but only take out was available (I think they had issues because of the previous day storm). The menu is kinda overwhelming but provides different options than the typical fast food joints. I had the loaded fries, the chicken bacon swiss burger and some nuggets. Everything was delicious. Oh and the drive-thru employees were amazing. Anytime I’m in Ottawa I will go for sure.

Ordered beefn chedar and they put lot and lots of on the sauce in. I was more like eating bun dipped in the sauce. If you prefer that way you should go here but i like my sandwich balanced. Other than that everything wqs ok

Floor was super sticky, my feet were sticking to the floor. The seats at the tables were stocked as well. Absolutely disgusting will not be dining it at the location.

Only got to try the curly fries, but wowza! These are the best fast-food fries I've ever had. That, paired with the Arby's sauce, so yummy!
Great service - ladies working at Arby's were very friendly, helpful and accomodating.
Will definitely be back to try more!

This place is consistently amazing, always hot and fresh. A great alternative to other drive throughs with stuff to please everyone.

The only down side is its in Kanata and I need to drive 25 min there and 25 min back. But we'll worth it.

Arby's although being fast food, really falls short of anything worth spending money on. The only reason I am holding back on a 1 star rating is due to the staff that do a decent job. As for the food however, you'd have no reason to eat at Arby's other than to say you tried it.

My main issue with Arby's overall is how as a sandwich business they deliver below the minimum standard of what a sandwich could be. Yes it is fast food, but the majority of people could make a better sandwich at home with little effort. Arby's ingredients are poor. The menu is uncreative, and honestly unappealing. I near guarantee, the average person will leave after eating a Arby's meal looking forward to eating anything else. That is the brutally honest truth.

In the end, I insist you go to just about any other fast food chain recognizable if you're looking for a quick and chap bite. Cheers.

5 for 15 deal was enough food to feed two labourers lunch at an excellent price point.

I particularly liked the horsey sauce.

There isn't an Arby's near my town so whenever I am near one I stop. Great fast food chain that serves deli style sandwiches. The go to is the classic beef and cheddar sandwich (served on an onion bun). Their curly fries are the best out of all the fast food chains. The Arby's sauce is a must as both a topping on the sandwich and a dipping sauce for the curly fries. The traditional Greek Gyro isn't bad either.

Roast beef sandwich and baked potato with sour cream, excellent as usual. Service was amazing, cashier Savannah was polite and courteous.

Only Arby's around. Was very surprised that there "gyro wrap" was amazing. The pits bread was nice a moist. A good second to our normal Greek restaurant we go to.very pleasantly surprised. And come on.currly fries, and arby's sauce.

I tried a crispy chicken sandwich for the first time, and boy did I regret it! It was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had—and I'm not just saying it like a cliché. Compared to other fast food restaurants like Wendy's, KFC, and Harvey's, Arby's lags far behind them.

I don't know if it's obvious looking at the picture, but the chicken was extremely dry and hard to bite through, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. You would think the bacon would have added some flavour, but honestly, it didn't taste like bacon to me. As well, looking at the picture, you can see that the chicken only occupied 75% of the bun. To be fair, almost all restaurants are doing that nowadays—shrinking the meat but keeping the bun the same size so that it appears larger than it really is. And to make it worse, the price keeps going up even though we're getting less.

I think I'll just stick to their roast beef sandwiches from now on.

Half pound roast beef, curly fries and Cherry Coke. Been almost two years and man it hit the spot. Alwàys great service from the team at this location.

Excellent as always. Get the three cheese and bacon combo, then add some horsey sauce and upgrade to a milkshake. Sad that this is the only Arby's left in Ottawa, but great in that it makes trips here a bit of a special occasion.

Love to hit it up once and a while to get some fast-food with a totally different pallet! The great Canadian and some curly fries.my favourite

Gosh it's hard to find these in Ottawa. This one is. Good one, and the mozzarella sticks were divine.

Arby's offers great options for a quick snack, and a variety of menu items that are great for a delicious luncheon. I strongly recommend the facility for people visiting the neighborhood. The staffs are friendly and the experience is nice. Team, Keep the good work and all the best!

After not having arbys for 20 years, we stopped in sault ste marie for the turkey sandwiches, were really happy to learn there was one in ottawa. We watxh alot of usa tv and wanted the crinkle fries but have to wait til September. Great food and service

Love this Arby's! Everyone is always so nice and the food, as always, is fantastic! Thank you Arby's for making my yearly trip here totally worth it! (We have none in Quebec, so Ottawa trips always include a stop at this Arby's!)

The only reason for me to drive all the way to Kanata, is to eat at Arby's. I don't even visit my family out here.

I only go there for curly seasoned fries mostly which i absolutely love. And knowing that this is the only arbys in Ottawa, i have to go there making sure they won't close it.

I love this chain and this location is no exception. Lots of meat, mozzarella sticks, curly fries, and cherry coke. Everything I'm looking for in fast food

Im so glad this location opened in kanata when it did.food is fantastic (though I only eat there maybe once every 2-3 months), but its more guilty pleasure, since I like it that much:). I will say though, Arby's in the USA is way better than in Canada.

I am thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and presentation in this restaurant.

I saw a cashier go out of her way to offer table service to an elderly man. I was very impressed. (It’s not often you see anyone offer that much attention and care for the elderly)

Kudos to the entire team. Upper management was very successful in training and developing such caring and professional team.

I love Arby's. Anytime I drive thru a city with an Arby's I make a detour for Beef & Cheddars, lol. In this location the sandwiches were poorly put together and the washrooms were dirty. That said, the food was still delicious.

Staff are super friendly and food is great but there was like 2 customers on a Wednesday at 5: 30. This place definitely deserves more attention!

Very good, have not eating a good roast beef sandwich for a long time, if you go for lunch you will enjoy.

Love Arby's food and this particular restaurant always does a great job. Always clean venue and friendly staff

The cheese was oily and the curly fries had way roo much salt and other seasoning. The service was prompt and courteous. The sandwich bread was fresh and had plenty of meat. The soft drinks cold and ice adequate.

Different from the usual fast food burger joint but that is a good thing. Food was hot but not as fast as the burger places.

Staff is very nice, food was good. I think most just need to remember it's not a toasted sandwich place but soft yummy buns.

I love roast beef and there aren't many of these places around. Baked potato and my Beef 'n Cheddar... Yummy!

As always, Arby's served up a delicious meal! Added bonus was the smiling staff and speedy delivery of our meal! After many MANY horrible experiences at a competitor of Arby's it's nice to have a wonderful fast food experience! Love you guys, can't wait to come back!

The service was great and the food came really quickly. However, the food was disgusting. I don't say this often, but both myself and my husband struggled to finish our sandwiches. The sauce they used on it was gross and there was a lot of heavy processed cheese sauce on it. We went there to try it out for the first time, but unfortunately we won't be back.

A nice change from the multitude of fast-food restaurants out there. Spicy curly fries are always welcome.

They used to have these thin crispy warm cookies. They recently priced it up and I think also changed their recipe. I am not a big fan of those fat cookies anymore.

The service was excellent, friendly staff. The windows were dirty. I did not like the food at all. It was our first time at Arby's, we tried sliders and roast beef sandwich with a side of curly fries. The fries was all right but the sandwiches all had that white processed cheese.

The food is never a disappointment and the service is always quick and friendly. I just wish your drive through staff would put more than 1 sauce per bag when asked for extra sauce.

Want to visit a ghost town style restaurant? This is the place for you. The few times I've been there as of late has me surprised how they're still in business.

This is one we don't have in Quebec so I don't have a whole lot of experience with them. I have been only a handful of times in my lifetime. They never seem busy, at least when I have visited. Their roast beef made for a fast food market is nothing stellar, but it is edible and not too expensive. On the last visit I think I took a couple of limited time sandwiches, I forget the nature of their content, but they weren't their roast beef, I remember thinking that the sandwiches weren't at all bad, that I enjoyed them. If you're in a hurry and you're nearby Arby's while fill you up for a reasonable price. If you're looking for something a bit better try one of their limited time sandwiches.

Had been awhile I haven't had it, all locations in east end of Ottawa closed. Passed through Kanata had to stop, yummy.

A total guilty pleasure. Not a busy restaurant and the service was fast. Price keeps creeping up so you're spending over ten bucks for a meal.
