Amazing service and great food. Servers made sure the get the right order and food can warm and was extremely enjoyable

Horrible.the weight of the meat to bun is pickle sized.staff took forever.waited while she just smirked.spoke to manager.the meat is weighed and we have new buns that are bigger. What? Do not recommend

Absolutely amazing! Staff were kind, caring, and attentive! From taking our order to coming around the restaurant to make sure everything was delicious, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and piping hot! The washrooms were also very clean and clearly maintained! We will definitely be back!

Just had a wonderful date there! The older gentleman that served us was amazing! He was funny, engaging if, and just all around awesome. The manager was also there and wonderful. I was just so happy with the overall service! Will come back just to interact with them!

Meals always arrive hot and fresh. Turning your sandwich into a meal is most economical way to get your meal.

The service was slow but we could tell they were short staffed. The food is always delicious.

Went to pick up my skip order, waited there for 30 minutes, they kept on making all the drive through and dine in orders, but not the skip orders. And there was no sign that they were gonna make it, so had to get it canceled. Thanks for wastage of my time, drive and disappointing the customer who was waiting for his food. Totally unprofessional

The staff is amazing even gave me a sample to try the orange cream shake because I had never tried it 10 out of 10 this is now going to be my new stop coming from toronto to Brantford

Eli was our server's name and he was truly a Gentleman. We love Arby's and this is our first time at this location and we will be back because Arby's food is excellent. We're having sliders now for dinner and they are the right size. This location is very clean and the staff in the kitchen are working very hard to please customers like us. We are from East York, Toronto area.

Ordered a reuben, got it home and went to take a bite and it smelled horrendous, meat was off. Called and was told I would get a "free" meal next time I was in. Not really free as I paid for an inedible item. At least they did something, but very disappointing.

The menu has a lot of variety and uniqueness for a fast food joint. And the quality is high too

The place is dated and run down but the curly fries are still curly and that's all that matters

Stopped for dine-in on Monday long weekend. We detoured on our way home for this stop and so glad we did. Lucas provided incredible customer service and was very thoughtful. We got the double roast beef sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich (only critique is a wee bit much mayo), turkey slider, curly fry poutine and curly fries. Everything was served quick, hot and delicious. Curly fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I got my first curly fry poutine - really yummy and crispy. After eating, we got a large fry for the road, and although we had just ordered it was given to us quickly by Lucas so we could get back on the road. Thanks for a great experience. 10/10

The building is old and outdated but the food is delish. The staff was friendly and helpful

The staff is usually really nice & the food always tastes good. My only complaint is that the inside of the wrapping is always super sloppy. This makes it messy to eat your sandwich and it’s sort of gross. Overall a pretty decent place.
