Arby's

The chicken sandwich was ok but the curly fries are amazing. Just go for the fries, the sand witches are the sides here.

There was 3 of us, we all had hair in something we ate. In our poutine and on the strawberry pies. One lady in the back had her hair down.we usually really like Arby's (this location) but hair in food is nasty.

It's Arby's. For those of us who don't have access to an Arby's very often, it's always nice when we do.

Bad day to go. Problems with debit/credit card machine.
Staff handled it excellently.

Always fast, friendly, and delicious. Loaded curly fries are amazing. Lots of meat, but it's usually piled in the middle of the bun and not evenly distributed.

Food was good although the roast beef sandwich wasn’t that hot. The restaurant itself is a little grimy. Clean the windows at the very least.

The pop is so watery it doesn’t even taste remotely close to pop. Apparently saving money is more important than customer satisfaction

The restaurant is a little too cold when the AC is on.
The restaurant wasn't busy however the tables weren't cleaned off.

$25 for 2 brisket sandwiches. No combo. No sides. No drinks.
Very clean and fast service.
Not worth the price.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken nuggets with buffalo dip. The chicken pieces were no bigger than the nuggets that you get at McDonalds. The baked potato was smaller than what you get at Wendy's and was charged $4.99 for butter & sour cream, then I noticed that I was also charged $0.75 for the dip. I told the male teller to take a good look at me, because that would be the last time that I would ever visit his Arby's.

Small dining room with out of place wall art. Drive thru. Service is slow. Arbys is always a good alternative to the typical fast food.

Every time I’ve come here the food isn’t good, the machines don’t take pc debit cards so don’t bother.

I love Arby's but the time I went to this location the food was terrible! It's like they put the sandwich in the microwave for 5 mins! I won't be going back.

Stood there over 10 min no one acknowledged me! Worst service ever! I don't know who's running this store but just awful! I will not be back to this location!

Main thing food which tastes good but portion was under satisfactory for the price. Basically thin slice of meat and cheese with some sauce between 2 light slices of bread.
Siting bit tight but was clean enough.

While shopping around at Walmart we got hungry and decided to stop by Arbys. We have been eating at this specific Arbys for years and out of the hundreds of times we’ve been there have never rlly been any complaints. Today we stopped by and got 2 curly fries + mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were fresh and hot, tasted amazing.
The curly fries were burnt, old, stale, and had no seasoning or flavour to them at all. We ended up tossing the curly fries and making something else at home.

Besides the food, the drive thru service is horrible. We had two people yelling over eachother on the speaker. There was over 25 min to wait for our small order with Nobody in-front of us. When I went to pay the man at the window gave us a dirty look then shouted credit or debit a few times even though I had already told him it was debit. Once we paid there was still ANOTHER 15 minute wait for the food. Do not recommend this Arbys.

I would like share my experience at this location that I visited yesterday with my family while we were passing through St. Jacobs town on a road trip. My sister and I ordered the Mac and cheese with our orders as a side (came cold and very lumpy) we sent them back the cashier understood and said sorry this happens a lot and he gave us back our money. My Son and mom ordered the fish sandwich. They were disgusted by the smell of the fish as was I when I smelled them, the cashier said no that’s how they smell you are not getting your money back or anything in exchange. I’ve eaten at Arby’s my Son has had their fish sandwiches before at other locations and it has never smelled like that we were told to eat it or leave it but there nothing he could do which to me is ridiculous that we are the customers and you as the cashier scolding us I threw the SANDWICHES in the garbage and am disappointed at how we were treated.

Not in the city very often. Looking forward to trying the three cheese and bacon sandwhich. It had no bacon on it.
