Arby's

I work in long-term care and was hosting a dine-in for our residents. I placed a large order that required individual receipts, which is a lot of work. Arby’s staff exceeded my expectations, from start to finish they were friendly, polite with exceptional customer service skills. My order was ready on time individually bagged, labeled and boxed which made transporting it easy. This is clearly a well run business with great staff. I highly recommend this Arby’s ️️️️️

I have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from but I've ordered from this specific location a few times; and I can definitely say they offer the best food from Arby's in London.

Honestly, the Arby's hate is more of a meme. Like any other, it has it's hits and misses. This is a clean, good location with good staff.

The girl who was working the fryer stepped in to assist the person who does the drive thru window, she has a tattoo on the back of her hand and eyelash extensions. Her customer serivce was fantastic, she was friendly and patient, she had issues ringing in a coupon but we found a solution. This worker deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service she also gave my puppy a treat.

Arby's at Oxford St. In London is amazing.specifically Kaya (said name on our receipt) Quick and good food! Kaya was friendly, amazing and patient as we were very indecisive on our post Sunday night hockey meal! Thank you Kaya! You rock!

Four visible employees, two seated customers. A drink cup, ice, and pop all over the floor and counter and two dirty tables. Passed on the food and left.

Rude Cashier named Dawson. Rest of the staff are nice. He definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Have stopped at this location a number of times.every single time it is emotionaly draining to place an order.not sure if their speaker is working properly.fridays ordeal was having to reorder 3 times to get what i wanted an then the price was wrong.not sure if they use this location for training or if there are other factors involved.have no problems at all other locations in ontario.love the food but heartbreaking to get at oxford st store.

That old lady at the front counter is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to customer and how to take order.
She should get fired. I was giving her food order.she was yelling. So i left.from there without having food.
I hope restaurant will take action against her
