Arby's

Always freezing in there no matter if it's summer or winter. Food was alright. Fries weren't hot, roast beef tastes different than it used to, overall very meh for $30 for my kiddo and I to eat.

Not sure what's changed as I've been to this location before with positive experience but today I had one of the rudest interactions with a staff member at the drive through. They were short, snippy and passive aggressive.

Food is great.
Most of time they are running special a offer in the afternoon timing.

I emailed commercial copy centre what I wanted copied told them when I needed it do e by and it was staff are very friendly and helpful

Good Food & Good Staff.
Great Beef & Cheese Sandwich & Poutine.
Buy the Triple sized one it will last you for 2 or 3 meals. Ask for extra Cheese & Gravy on your Poutine. It makes it even more Yummy! I'd definitely go back.

Although they gave me a cup that had a hole in it the customer service was on point, the food was amazing as always at every Arby's but this was the first time I have had Arby's in 5 years so it was very nice to enjoy my favorite sandwich again, they replaced my drink and upsized it for the inconveniences and then they gave me a bunch of napkins to clean up the mess it made in my car, great job guys keep up the great work and customer service

15 minute wait in the drive through, but fantastic food. It's Arby's, you gotta want it to get it.

Never had Arby’s before, good but soggy and the parking lot has almost as many holes as the moon

Not bad, bit of a wait but food was good and staff was friendly! Right by two hotels if you're staying around that area which is convenient

If the worst drive-through in history no matter what time you go there can be 0 people in the drive-through you will wait 10 minutes before any human acknowledges you're there every single time

It was my first and last time ordering at Arbys. I ordered Mac and Cheese and the bottom of the container was burnt or had some nasty black thing at the bottom of the Mac and Cheese. I threw away the whole container once I saw that. The burgers are not pleasant to eat

Bummed out, 3 guys in the kitchen no one in the restaurant, ordered some beef and cheddars and curly fries, they somehow missed some of the fries. I don't feel like I should have to check my food bags before I leave a place. It would be nice if I could get them refunded but at the point it cost more to drive all the way back. I guess just please make sure if you're over staffed that they could at least figure out how to properly put together a pretty basic order.

4 cars infront of me and took well over 25mins to get to the window (so much for the term Fast Food) and get my food only for the curly fries to be ice cold worse then I even thought possible. How that even happens when there was cars infront of me ordering food too.you'd assume the fries had to be hot but Nope. Unfortunately I had 2 young kids with me and I wasn't going to get back in the drive thru line to wait forever again.

Customer service was amazing on Friday night! They are so accommodating and would do anything to ensure their customers are happy! They have gone beyond over and above for our group of friends! Food was hot when we received it & correct! Which it was a huge order. Most definitely would recommend over & over again! Thank you Manvinder- you are an awesome supervisor & wear the name tag well!

Their deli sandwiches are very good. Roast beef is always my favorite since it is thinly sliced.

2 stars for the food. As for the order, missed 2 hamburgers. I didn't get charged so just ate what we received.
Ladies sure did like to gossip about drama in the work place about other employees and relationships, hard to ignore over the lightly played radio.
Since covid I dont think I've had a proper order taken from any establishment.

The wait time in the drive thru can be unnecessarily long sometimes. It isn't normal to sit at a speaker for over 120 seconds and not be acknowledged at times. I've had good experiences and some bad experiences but I still go because of the deals here and there.

I ordered Arby's on skip the dishes and it was a mess.

First when opening the bag I noticed the straw for my drink was stapled to the bag and useless, the drink itself was overfilled and leaking, and my apple turnover was seemingly haphazardly placed at the bottom of the bag maybe wrapped originally but not after I opened the bag. My actual gyro was very overfilled and fell apart after being opened.

Overall the meal tasted decent but the packaging could use some serious work.

This place is definitely under-rated. There in a terrible location in Chatham which makes them easy to forget in my opinion anyway. Regardless they have amazing food and really good prices. I go every time I think of them if I can. Sorry pocketbook.

Used the drive-thru this trip & as expected my order was fulfilled accurately & quickly! Pleasant service (& audible) at the order-taking & at the pick-up window! Always great, speedy service at this Arby's!

Beef n cheddar's are the best with extra arby-q sauce, mmmmmmmm delish, but the poutine I garbo

No problems with this location thus far. Everything is always fresh and they're pretty fast for just having dt open.

First time I brought my 13 year old son. He loved it. If only it was located further into town. You guys need to be with Skipthedishes.

I go here for lunch usually at least once per week. Great place. It is fast food but great for someone who needs or wants a lot of protein. Basically sandwiches but pretty good. Drive thru service only while on quarantine but relatively fast service. The double beef and cheddar is my main and the curly fries are awesome.

Food is great. Usually quick but have had a couple times of long wait that's only reason for loss of a star

Can't beat a roast beef melt to remind you how a sandwich should taste. Atleast for a fast food sandwich. Nice place to switch it up if you're feeling fast food but not craving one of the usual spots.

I had a major craving for Arbys today, and boy was it worth the pilgrimage! Beef n cheddar, Montreal smoked meat slider, and them curly fries yo! It feels like I've been locked out of arbys for too long! I will be back much sooner than later!

It's just ok. Nothing bad about going to Arby's, but nothing stands out either. This is lower level fast food joint. Food tasted as I expected, place was clean, and the staff helpful (but loud). Biggest conplaint for me was the noise. It was busy but the way this store is laid out all the sound just bangs around the tile and concrete dining area. The staff tend to holler the orders to the kitchen and to the customers picking up. Mine sat there 5mins because they had the wrong name on it. I'm not Keith.

Clean, easy parking, reasonably priced and that little lady at the counter may be loud but she does a great job.

Good service, friendly staff! Enjoyed our meal! The new decor is nice! Got a kick out of ringing the bell on our way out.

So happy that there is an Arby's in this town. I'll always love the curly fries and they remind me of my childhood, the original roast beef sandwich (with Arby sauce of course) is my go-to and that's not likely to change any time soon. Friendly staff and clean restaurant

Food was super fresh and the dining area is brand new and clean. They have two tvs but no sound playing. It was really quiet as it wasn't busy. Maybe a radio station would help.

I love the Arby's roast beef sandwich. They make sure you get your meet. Just wish they had a restaurant closer to where I live, like around the corner lol.

Food was awesome! As much as I used a coupon, the employee demanded my first and last name for some reason. She was rude and made me confused but oh well. Love that place.

They're really quick and prompt getting your food I didn't have time to go to the bathroom they were that quick real good food lovely place to go to

Tried the new gyro. It was great.much better than expected for a fast food restaurant. Restaurant was clean inside, and reno looked good.

Forgot part of my order and I wrote to social media wondering how it was going to be corrected. Got a letter in the mail with free meal coupons, inviting me back to this location to make it right on them. Much appreciated!

I was hungry along with my Buds "Smeegle"I had the Beef n Cheddar and my SiDeKiCk "Smeegle"decided he wanted what I thought at moment was a "slider"! But hell No! "Smeegle's"Eyes grew as big as Grapefruits and for a littli grey FelleR like himself would normally have eyes the size of a pair of DarN Marbles! Thats wasn't the icing on the cake because Smeegle started in a whispe which grew to a level of peircing some ear drums! He just kept screeching "MY PRECISE"as he was walking "creep style"to the lady just going to bite her slider sandwitch and BAM. Smeegle launched threw the air and laded on the terrified womans table directly in front of her screeching again "MY PRECISE"and grabed ahold of her left hand and started to tear her ring finger right off along with a gold wedding band! AND SMEEGLE GOT TO EAT A FINGER AND CLAIM HIS "PRECISE" HER GOLD WEDDING BAND! Other than that the cUrLy FrIeS wErE tHe F.ing Bomb when used as a chaser for the Beef n Cheddar I just inhauled! That was my experiance at Arby's Chatham, Ontario, Canada! Ya babe!
