Can't say enough good things about Arc of life and the People who work there. Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent really know what they're doing. I feel so much better from my visits. I highly recommend Arc of Life. Its literally life changing.

I’ve been receiving chiropractic care since I was 8yrs (I am now almost 34), this is the best I have felt in care, ever. I have a spinal fracture and soft tissue injuries and was at my wits end with pain and mobility. Within 6 visits, I am walking up flights of stairs without lower body fatigue, I am able to keep my energy and brain capacity for a longer period of time. I feel like I am sleeping better and holding my adjustments for longer.
It’s just such a different feeling and style of adjustment than I was used too and I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent!

My baby was footling breech at 38+3w and I was told there is no chance they will turn especially after 3 failed ECVs & my doctor scheduled me for a cesarean. In desperation I reached out to Arc of Life on recommendation from another mom, had my intake the next day, and did Webster technique adjustment appointments every day as well as a few other things. Baby turned head down at 39w to the day, verified at 39+1 during my surgery prep session. I’ve never been more relieved to walk out of the hospital still pregnant, and I went back the very next day to continue the adjustments until baby is born. Every doctor I consulted told me there was no chance and I was devastated but I knew I had to try everything. The adjustments are gentle and very effective and even at full term im still very mobile. Cannot thank Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brett enough for their kindness, compassion, empathy and encouragement! (And Maecy is a true gem of kindness and efficiency!)

Had an amazing experience at Arc of Life with Dr. Pauline. At 34 weeks discovered my baby was breech and started visiting arc of life 3 times a week. Within less than 2 weeks my back pain has greatly improved and baby was back head down! The Webster technique worked very well for me and was extremely gentle, highly recommended for any other expectant parents!

I fell in the shower and dislocated my SI joint & popped a few ribs New Year's Eve a few years ago. I lost sensation in my left leg and the top of my foot. I had lots of pain in my lower back and couldn't walk very far without dragging my foot. If you have neck pain don’t hesitate to reach out to Arc of life as soon as possible. My 8 hours working behind a table and looking at screen, gave me a killing neck pain. I got their ad from Facebook and just tried hoping that it might resolve my problem and surprisingly it did very well and satisfying. After 5 sessions, my neck pain reduced significantly and I am so happy with my results.

I don’t post often but I felt compelled to do so today. As a physically active person who suffers from back pain due to a previous herniated discs injury, I have never recovered so quickly as I have after months of regular sessions with Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent. Hand to heart, never seen a better team than the Arc of Life team (and I have seen my fair share of practitioners over the past 10+ years). I have been going to Arc of Life since November and have noticed an immense improvement in my mobility and range of motion as well as my sleep. I have never been to a chiropractor before and was nervous but Dr. Sadie has been wonderful and welcoming. She does a great job at explaining the process, working together on goals and checking in at what is causing discomfort. I would absolutely recommend Dr Sadie and Arc of Life to anyone considering a chiropractor, especially those who are new to the idea or nervous about trying! It is ABSOLUTELY the best decision I have made with regards to my health in a while!

Arc of Life checks so many boxes. They’re genuinely friendly – you will discover that even reception will greet you by name when you walk in; and are always happy to accommodate rescheduling appointments which keeps things easy and low-stress with how busy life gets. The deep-dive they take investigating issues with spine health, etc.is both impressive and informative. If you’re going to invest in these services and achieving a feeling of optimality you hadn’t had previously, I would recommend checking them out.

Really don't have enough good things to say about this place. The Drs and staff here are simply the best. Maecy at the front desk is an angel! Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent changed my mind on what I thought Chiropractic care was. I feel like a new person with a new lease on life. I've also recently started seeing their RMT, Wesley (also great) and love having one place to access both these things. 10/10 recommend. Happy to drive from Vanier to Westboro any day to come here!

I highly recommend this clinic. I came in 2 months ago in a ton of pain, and could barely walk. Today I’m feeling amazing. The team is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable.
