Arcadian Court

Went here for a work event and it was a great venue for one! I liked the two level design, where the upstairs has a bar and mingling area.

(NOTE: THE VENUE IS IN THE TALL WHITE BUILDING THAT IS SOUTH-EAST OF BAY AND QUEEN INTERSECTION, ON 8TH FLOOR!). The food is very nice and please t, the chicken had a soft melt in your mouth texture and the rice was super tasty. The servers are very nice and like to assist you consistently. The tableware is super neat and fancy as well. The lighting is perfect and they can adjust it as well. Nice place! Just wish the dance floor was a bit bigger. Also, the washrooms are SUPER clean and smell great!

This place is falling apart. Terrible and deceitful management. The lowest of the low service. Their go-to AV company Encore is equally inadequate. This place needs a major overhaul in staff and venue. Never again.
NEGATIVE ZERO STARS should be an option as a review.

This place is just a long rectangle with tall walls all around without offering any vibes.

The Arcadian court was superb in terms of quality but costed a hefty price to rent the whole place.

My sister-in-law recently held her wedding here and although it was visually beautiful, the staff provided extremely poor service and handling of business. There were a number of issues like the food not being served properly (serving staff unsure of what they were doing; thoughtless mistakes like hot soup with baguette slices left on tables before guests arrived to get cold), and the staff and management were rude and dishonest (even in light of legal agreements being broken).

I would not recommend this location for anyone hoping to leave with pleasant memories of any monumental milestone in their lives.

They dont know what they are doing! I was personally in the wedding for sara and Emanuel asare and I would see the wifes mother doing the workers jobs when she should e enjoying her daughters wedding that only happens once! That is not acceptable pluss they are over priced and they do not specialize in weddings if they know this then why! And for their prices the mother or anyone who is attending the wedding should not be doing the workers jobs very unprofessional do not book your wedding with them!

At first glance this venue is stunning for events, which is why my friend chose this venue. However, once the contract was signed things went downhill. This venue will throw unexpected, unreasonable charges at you. Much of these charges were thrown in just a few weeks before the event so it makes you feel trapped in paying these obscene fees. You can never communicate with one person and information is never transferred to the next staff you speak with. Planning an event at this venue was very stressful and was an unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, following the event the venue threw out items that were worth thousands of dollars to the vendors. The process was a complete nightmare and would not wish this on anyone!

Nice spacious event facility, conveniently located in a building connected to the PATH network.

Excellent meeting and event venue. The service and food was superb. I was very impressed with the whole xperience. Perfect place for a wedding too!

I came here for New Years once. It was way over hyped, not a lot of people there. At the end of the night, my friend had too much to drink so I was trying to take care of her while simultaneously getting our coats. I gave them both of our coat tickets that I had kept in my purse, they only returned with hers and told us to move along. I said I was still waiting for my coat, they asked if I gave my ticket, I did, they straight up told me I was lying. I told them I wasn't leaving without my coat just because they were careless and lost my ticket in the process. They got their manager and security and tried to kick me out even though yes I was irritated, was still civil and calm. I spotted my coat through the window and I told them what the tag inside would say, plus had my initials written on the tag. THEY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY COAT. A stranger witnessing this circus offered to go in and get it, for what ever reason they OK'd this. This was the most gross way of handling a situation I have ever experienced. A total joke.

This place was absolutely lovely for the event I attended! Only thing I would say is while the speaker was talking there was some sort of grinding sound? And the staff kind of acted like they weren't too worried about making noise outside of the doors (why have like a special hallway to get to the food and out to the event). But you could still hear everything that was going on. A little distracting but, again, wonderful place!

Small, but fairly fancy and excellent service. Not meant for huge conferences, but well suited to smaller ones.

The view is amazing! The floor I was on, though, half of the wall outlets didnt function at all.

I was here for a conference and evening event and it's a good space if you're looking for a single large room with a big stage. The bar area upstairs overlooks the main stage area, which is great if you want people to kind of be able to hear and see what's going on but still access the bar. The appetizers they provided we're good, but low in quantity. The bar and coat check staff were really friendly. The location is good too - really close to the subway station and in a nice area of town.

Lovely venue has two levels one which is a balcony to the main event. Cost checks available their food is amazing

The 7 (on the 7th floor of the Bay) is fun. You'll blast through the pop-up really quickly - but the backdrops for photos on social media are pretty cool! Photo opportunities are recommend for ages 15 - 21. The ball pit was a blast for my 3 year old niece. The backdrop with the velociraptor was the most memorable.

This location is just stunning, our BmPro brides love the convenience of being able to get ready on site and get on with their day. This place really is nothing short of spectacular!
