Arcadian Students

Just moved in. Had a good move in experience. I like my room and the events that arcadian has to offer!

So just when I had lost hope in looking for housing then I remembered I once googled and saw Arcadian, on arrival my brother and I met a sweet soul her name was Tashel. Her willingness to help, sweetness and attitude was unimaginable one I hadn’t seen in years. Well she helped us get a room and followed up to ensure our issue with our key was solved.that is good worker’s behavior. Thank s to her room also just what I expected very nice rooms

Moved in September 2022. Very nice place to live. You get your own room with an en suite bathroom! The room also comes furnished. The staff are very nice and maintenance is fast at fixing things. There are many events/games throughout the month like bingo night which is a fun way to meet other people in the community. There is a bus stop outside. 10 min walk to college and 20 min walk to local plaza.

Worst managed company out there. Plenty of other student rentals in the city that will treat you with respect.

I actually really like living here, anything we need for maintenance they’re always super quick with it. The place was clean and up to date. Nice sized kitchen and bedrooms come with their own bathrooms! It’s a great place to meet people that go to Georgian!

This is a very good place for the students to live. Its good for those who wants to live their life in Privacy. Services are good and the staff is nice as well. I also like that part where activities are held in the foundary office. And i also won prize for christmas. Its been a good experience living here. I wish i could live here after i will done with my studies because no one wants to leave this place and this community.

Arcadian has been a great experience since moving in. The unit is nice with several amenities such as a dishwasher, washer, dryer. Appliances appeard to be relatively new. Management has been very friendly with me and dealt with any service requests or issues that have arrived in a fast and professional manner. WiFi is included and it's very fast and reliable. Although, slightly more expensive then other student housing rentals, it is very nice having a private bathroom in the bedroom. Arcadian is the place to live if your looking for somewhere within walking distance to the college, with public transport close and readily available.
