In Guelph visiting family and needed same-day photos before I left. Staff were friendly and helpful, online order portal was user friendly and my photos were done amazingly fast. Recommend Ponds 100%.

Good collection for a small museum encompassing the history of indigenous peoples, fur trade Era of fort William, and recent thunder bay. Nice collection of watercolors and 19th century photos.

I really enjoyed the tour, got educated on the history of Kawartha and on the jail it was well worth the time and money spent

Always a pleasure to walk through the doors of the Museum. A book sale was set up in the front room, and researchers were actively at work in the archives. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
