As a longtime Beachcomber owner I can happily say I’m glad we made the switch to an Arctic Spa. The research I did along with the information shared by Chris at the Burlington location made it an easier and educated decision.

There was a hiccup at delivery, but I can attest to the resolution that came quickly and professionally.

Love the fact that Burlington Arctic Spas has a big showroom where you can see almost all of their swim spas and hot tub models.

As for after sales service it’s great. Andrew is awesome. The team is Responsive and timely. And I love the fact that when they test my water they email me the results and what needs to be done (if anything)

Highly recommend Burlington Arctic Spas.

We never have high expectations from different companies and services these days, but I have to say that Shawn and his staff were amazing! They supplied us a magnificent spa tub and so many extras I cant count them all. We weren't prepared for the kind of cost associated with the electrical hookup and I did complain, but rather than us being unhappy they quickly worked out something that satisfied us perfectly. They now have a permanent customer. If your looking for a great product and great service its" Arctic Spas Burlington ". So Happy! Thanks Shawn Kaleigh Aaron and staff for everything
We also have to update this review now. Sean is terrific. We had an issue with a leak and a light and were not sure we would be covered. We went in to see Sean and was told that we would be looked after ASAP. Andrew came out and took care of the issues and indeed gave me some more education on spas. Thanks to a very knowledgeable and nice guy and thanks again Arctic Spas Burlington

I needed my 15 year old tub serviced. Norm your technician was excellent. Poor guy serviced it in the pouring rain. I asked if he wanted to reschedule. He just kept at it. Anyway my kids are glad to get there tub back.

We bought an Arctic Spa in 2006 (Hamilton location which doesn't appear to exist) and left it with the new buyers when we left Ontario. We were super happy with it. Fast forward and we highly recommended this brand to my sister in law and her husband in 2022 and they bought from the Burlington location. It arrived damaged in January 2023 and the support they've received is nearly non existent. Service didn't even arrive for their scheduled appointment yesterday.
We are second guessing purchasing an Arctic Spa in our new home as a result and will no longer recommend this brand.

Okay, customer review time. If you’re reading this you’ve probably skimmed through the reviews and have read a few. This is my thoughts on my experience.

From the onset with my first interactions with Arctic Spa, excellent customer service, Kayleigh was informative, no nonsense and professional, she knows her products and helped me make an informed decision, also quite a pleasant young lady I might add.

Delivery.well my day finally came and I was greeted by Stephen and Rylan, smart efficient and helpful, the dudes know their stuff, I had a blast interacting with them both and they completed thier task efficiently and painlessly.great guys!

Bought a refurbished tub that was 3 years old when traded in and you can swear it was brand new. Everything was cleaned or replaced down to the drain valve. Dealing with Chris Homer and the rest of the Artic staff was amazing. Top notch customer service to the quick install by there excellent installers. Highly recommend them for any of your hot tub needs.

We purchased a Custom Kodiak Arctic spa from Shawn that was delivered and installed in September. Plain and simple we love our Spa! It has the perfect setup of jets and seats and the Spa Boy app makes it so easy to adjust settings like water temperature and maintain the salt water chemical levels. We highly recommend you see Shawn and purchase the best spa on the market, that you will enjoy for many years to come.

I don't often write reviews, but today I simply must! I really want to thank Sean at Arctic Spas for going above and beyond today. I called Arctic Spas today with an order issue we were having with another vendor and he immediately went out of his way to assist us. He made all sorts of arrangements and accommodations to help us out. We will 100% be working with Arctic Spas and particularly Sean in the future again. I would highly recommend this location for any hot tub sales or questions! They are quick, thorough and honest.which I certainly can't say about some other spa sales places. Incredible job Arctic Spas, you really do have stellar customer service!

Great experience from Arctic Spa Burlington! Arctic spa was highly recommended by a family friend. We were adv to just visit the store to check it out. There, we met Shawn, very nice guy, helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Same day, we ordered our summit XL spa. Delivery was smooth and the delivery men were also very knowledgeable. Taking their time to teach us how to use the spa as well as explaining everything that was in the starting kit that came with it. Thank u arctic spa! We are very happy with our purchase as well as the costumer service. Keep up the great Job!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Arctic Spas technician Norm. After much frustration in dealing with Boldt Pools and Spa in St Catharines where my Hot Springs Hot Tub and Covana Cover was originally purchased, I’m so grateful to have found Norm. My Covana Cover had seized and was stuck in the up position. After 2 service calls from Boldt Pools the technician did nothing but shake the 4 posts and determined that one of the posts must need to be replaced. He never so much as pulled out a single tool to inspect the motor or the chains. He was basically at my home for approximately 5 minutes. Boldt Pools in St. Catharines should not be selling Covana Covers as their technicians have no desire to fix them if something goes wrong. Norm was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. By the time he left my home my Covana Cover was in proper working order. No new parts were required and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the $1000 post. Just when I thought customer service was no longer a thing he restored my faith. Thank you Norm! I will only deal with Arctic Spas Burlington for any future Hot Tub or Covana Cover needs.

We are very pleased with our new Artic Spa. Terry our sales consultant was excellent. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns. He never let us down with anything we asked of him. The delivey and set up from Aaron the electrician, contractor, and the service team in Burlington. I would recommend this spa to all of my friends and family.

Bought a $30,000 hottub and their installation was expensive, incomplete to date and their app is garbage and won't connect to their own tub.

They also haven't sent me my warranty or numerous other parts from floor model.

Their installer claimed someone would set up the system and nobody has contacted me in 3 months. I've also been ghosted by the installer for something I paid a deposit for.

Scam company. Tub is trash tech.

Great experience with Arctic Spas Burlington. The sales team was very knowledgeable. Shawn was quick to respond to all of my questions/concerns. The delivery was smooth and easy and when there was an issue with the tub, they were at my house in less than 24 hours to ensure there was minimal missed time in the tub.

It was very easy and a pleasure to provide a review on Arctic Spas Burlington,
It was a very nice to have met Shawn, it took no time at all for him to make us (the customer) feel comfortable, all of the many questions were answered by Shawn.
Shawn's product knownledge and good listening skills made our first time hot tub purchase pleasurable and exciting for our family. The whole journey from beging to the moment we stepped into our new Yukon was "Wow! ".

I bought my hot tub in 2004,17 years ago and it's as perfect today as the day I bought it. We will never be without an Arctic Spa, we use it every weekend. I only recommend Arctic to family and friends.

We recently purchased an Arctic Spa hot tub. We had the pleasure of working with Shawn at the Burlington ON showroom location. Shawn was extremely friendly, not intimidating at all! He is very knowledgeable about all the products we were looking at. We started looking at 5 different models and with his knowledge he helped us choose the perfect spa for our budget, with the exact features we wanted. Just bought a house which had an Arctic Spa tub from 2002. Called the Burlington location and they arranged a service call. Norm Racho came out and provided a very professional and efficient service. A few replacements by Norm made this 18 year old hot tub good as new!

Called for parts and was told they had what I needed in stock.parts guy was on service.he said someone there would be able to find the parts.so I sent someone to pick up parts more than 30 min drive. Then they told her that they didn't have it.so I called service guy again and he assured me that they had the part.so she asked the store to phone service guy to help them find the parts and they refused to.worst service stay away from this place

We have been using our Arctic Spas hot tub daily since receiving it a few months ago, and it is a dream! Not only is the salt water easy to maintain, but it's so comfortable. My joint and muscle issues are no longer so painful, and my mobility has improved. Thanks especially to Chris H, who has done a great job in helping us get into the best spa to suit us!

Do NOT buy an Arctic spa! While I had high hopes for this spa it has turned out to be one repair after another. I bought a Tundra spa in 2013 from Arctic Spas Burlington Ontario.
Day one – One of the air injection port adjusting knobs did not work properly (Warranty)
Month one – Due to defective computer motherboards the board shorted badly enough to see scorch marks. (Warranty $600)
First year – I had to buy a new Onzen cell. (was told it was not covered under warranty $100)
First 5 years 2 heaters (Warranty at $300 each heater)
Pump number 1 (Warranty $500)
Flow meter (warranty)

With the hot tub still under warranty I noticed the cushions were starting to fall apart. I attempted to see if I could get replacement ones. Although I under stand there would not be a warranty due to certain circumstances the polite young lady said it may be covered under warrant and to bring them in. When I did bring them in she said she didn’t think they are covered but couldn’t give me a reason that made sense. And when I asked for further clarification she went over to a group of people sitting down on some patio furniture. A gentleman sitting down couldn’t even be bothered to come to talk to me to explain further and continued to sit at his table of co-workers. Great customer service.
So in taking to Facebook, I was then contacted by a person at Artic spas stating that they were not covered under warranty due to chemical imbalance (I’m meticulous with my balances) but that they had a manager account and would send me replacement cushions. I received nothing.
Shortly after I wanted to replace my water. The Spas have a drain plug under the tub. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to open this valve. I tried contacting multiple people to ask how this is done. Not one person could tell me. Although that wouldn’t matter as the way they had the drain hose installed it would not have gravity drained as the hose exited the hot tub looped up a foot then dropped back down to the drain valve. This poor manufacturing would leave a foot of water in the hot tub. I was instructed to use a shop vac to drain the remainder.
Well when you pay close to $10 000 for a hot tub you expect it to be made properly to begin with and not have to use a shop vac to drain the rest of the water

This month I proceeded to drain my water and replace with fresh as I do every 6 to 9 months. I turned the breaker off, let it sit a day then drain.
When I switched the breaker back on the topside control panel would not work and the water would not heat.
Being as frustrated as we were my wife went to the Arctic Spa Facebook page to express our frustration.
She was asked not to put this on social media as the current economy is poor. And that they would contact the local dealer to resolve our issue.
A few days later a repair person showed up. I must say he was a nice, friendly and professional. He informed me that the topside control panel ($300), the motherboard ($600) and possibly the heater (300) needs replacing. Keep in mind that all this was working fine until I replaced the water. You should be able to turn off your breaker and turn it back on without having to spend money replacing part. Needless to say I was informed by the repair person that I would be the one responsible for the cost of new parts and labour. We tried to contact the person that my wife had a conversation with on Facebook to inform them that the issue was not resolved. There was no response.
While I get that its not covered under warranty anymore, the amount of repairs that had to be done to this spa year after year is unacceptable.

We purchased a Hot Tub last December from Arctic Spa in Burlington. We chose the Summit/EPIC model & Package that seats 7. We received great service from Arctic SPA from the purchase right up to the installation. And they put a great financial deal in front of us with lot's of incentives. We love the tub and would recommend Arctic Spa if you're looking for a positive experience. In it every night and morning.

I bought a cheaper chlorine system tub from another company first without doing enough research and quickly realized it was a mistake. Fortunately, that company had a 30 day buy back guarantee - which I took advantage of after I visited the Artic Spa warehouse in Burlington. It's been near a couple weeks and the extra money for this nicer, larger tub - as well as the Spa Boy system - has been well worth it. The staff have been helpful and friendly as well!

I deal with chronic knee pain from a childhood injury which includes cramping muscles. So after dealing with that for 30 years my wife and I finally decided to bit the bullet and buy a hot tub. Her one requirement was that which ever tub we buy it didn't end up being an energy drain due to poor insulation.
After a lot of talking to people and reading the reviews I settled on Artic Spas. We have had the tub for a week now and we are very happy! The sales person (Chris) was not pushy and professional, the delivery crew was courteous and the few times I have had questions the staff have always quickly responded to me.
I would definitely recommend an Artic Spa to anyone considering making a LONG TERM investment in a hot tub!

My wife and I looked at many different spas from multiple dealers before deciding to purchase from Arctic Spas. The quality of the product, and support from the sales staff to delivery was excellent. Everyone we spoke to took the time to answer all of our questions and the delivery team made sure we knew everything we needed to know to get our spa up and running. We are now enjoying our spa. Worst Customer Service Experience at ARCTICS SPA BURLINGTON!

I have to share my terrible experience at ARCTICS SPA BURLINGTON location (990 Fraser Drive) as it should be brought to light! It was horrendous to have to deal with the sales/service Manager Trevor.
His off the walls remarks and his general poor attitude plus the uncomfortable constant stares made me never want to shop at this location. I have NEVER felt this uncomfortable dealing with an individual before. At times it felt like he was undressing me with his eyes. Very rude and always talking over my husband has left a very bad taste and we will gladly take our business to your competitors. No one should have to experience and made to feel the way he made us feel. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS. I hope the owners are reading this and realizing the negative impact this has left on us and I hope there is something done about straightening out his poor attitude, approach towards women and terrible customer service. How dare you allow such Worst Customer Service Experience at ARCTICS SPA BURLINGTON!

Trevor the service manager is rude and should not be dealing with customers. His tone and attitude are brutal and I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment for that reason alone.

I called to discuss a leak in my 9 month old hot tub and Trevor was exceptionally condescending and approached the situation in the worst way possible. I was truly shocked to be met with such poor customer service and was even more speechless when he told me he was the service manager.

We had a very good experience purchasing our hot tub through Chris. I have to say the installers were top notch! They were professional and took such good care of removing our existing and installing the new hot tub. They communicated every move, every step they made to ensure the hot tub was not scratched or bumped. The lead contractor explained every step they were taking to the other guys there. We were so pleased from beginning to end.

Purchased a arctic spa from Burlington and had it installed beginning of June. We have been in it everyday since and can not be more happier. We spent a bit more and went with a salt water system. It is so easy to maintain and worry free. We love that we can keep track of the Temp, Ph, Salt level and power consumption on your computer or cell phone app. We would recommend a artic spa to anyone.

The whole experience with Arctic Spas has been great. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery happened right when they said it would; no delays or glitches. The delivery guys were really nice and explained everything well. Linnea in customer service is right on top of things and goes out of her way to answer any questions. We received our tub last week. There were initial problems with the delivery but the staff at Artic Spas clear up the problems, went the extra mile to get us our tub.the delivery guys were very efficient and pleasant. We are very pleased with the hot tub.
