Arctic spas in Kitchener has been absolutely phenomenal with its customer service. Right from the beginning stages of interest in a swimspa, Jessica was with us every step of the way. Coming to our home and answering endless questions, to emails, details, visits to talk about landscaping, concrete and electrical, all was made less overwhelming by Arctic Spa professionals including Jessica, Robin and Cynthia. Our friends made a great recommendation when they suggested Arctic Spas, and now that our family has thoroughly enjoyed our first summer in our Arctic Ocean Swimspa, we want to pass along our own review. Every exchange we have had with Arctic Spas has been wonderful. Thank you for making purchasing as pleasant as possible, and for this great new addition to our backyard oasis.

We just had a service call for a swim spa we've owned for around 6 years. A tech named Mike came and was a jack of all trades! Our covers needed replacing and a few parts were worn out over time. Mike was able to repair and make some tweaks to the moving parts of our tub and it works and looks like it's brand new! Thanks for the great service, could not recommend an Arctic Spa or this company more.

Surprised I haven't left a review before. We purchased our hot tub in September 2021 and it's an Aurora from the Core Series. We purchased it for a reasonable price for a new high quality hot tub. We worked with Jess who has been fantastic 10/10.

When we got the hot tub we actually had a few issues. The hot tub started to smoke from the panel after a few weeks. What happened was it was built for 240V instead of the normal outlet plug which was asked for and was part of our sheet. It was easily fixed and parts replaced and rewirred.

The hot tub cover also ripped after a year of use on a winter day. We always wipe the snow off the cover. This hasn't been replaced yet but still on order.

I give 5 stars because of the quality of service. I think most people might not do that due to the issues we had but we had quick responses. The cover still needs to be replaced from the skin of it but everything else has been working great.

Jess and the team are always happy to help with questions. I hope our hot tub lasts a long time with minimal issues going forward.

Purchased our spa in the fall and have been extremely happy so far. Since it was delivered, I have been even more impressed not only with the spa but with the customer service I have received. Any questions I have had were quickly and efficiently answered. We are first time spa users so they’ve made learning how to balance everything very easy (huge thank you to Jessica Witty!). If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, I would ONLY recommend Arctic Spa. Not only for the product but the service you receive afterward.

We love our Arctic spa, one of the best things we purchased during the pandemic. Yes we had to wait, but we were kept informed of our delivery date. In fact it arrived about 1 month before we were told. Our salesperson Cynthia was excellent in telling us what prep we needed to make our delivery as smooth as possible. She had our training needs taken care of as well. When we took our water samples in she helped with that as well. We also had a small service call that was needed for one of the valve turning knobs that broke. They came within a week and replaced it with no issues. Very happy with our purchase and I would deal with Cynthia every time!

As a new Arctic Spa owner, I've needed a lot of hand holding to learn the ropes.

I've also had a bunch of issues since we've owned our new Arctic Spa - we've only had it for a month and pump #1 broke down and needed replacement, phosphate issues continue, and overall it's been wayyyyyyyyy more work and stressful than we thought it would be.

If it wasn't for Mike, Matt, Amanda and Clinton, I'm not sure I would've kept my sanity!

Mike has been the most patient, responsive, and helpful service guy I've ever met. He's always just a text away, and I can't say good enough things about him. Matt too has been amazing, and equally responsive. Amanda is a delight, always helpful on the phone to dispatch service techs when I've needs them, and her calm demeanor always assures me that everything's going to be okay.

I wanted to share this as Mike deserves recognition. My spa water is still cloudy, my phosphate levels are still bad, and I woke up this morning to see my app showing my chlorine levels in the danger zone (again), but knowing that Mike, Matt, Amanda and Clinton are there to help me gives me hope that this experience will get better, easier, and way less stressful than it's been since we took delivery of our new Arctic Spa a month ago.

Arctic Spa Kitchener went beyond our expectations! We did a lot of research prior to making our decision. This brand in particular has much more to offer not just enjoyment wise but durability, economically and their warrenty is incredible and outbeats any other. I'd be pages long list all of the positives! I'd recommend going in or calling to speak with them on your hot spa dreams, they'll guide you in the right direction including budget wise. You won't be disappointed and it's worth every penny!

and so helpful. We took a while to decide on such a big purchase and never felt pressured at all to buy. Jessica in particular is so wonderful, she really made it an exciting experience, was honest and very knowledgeable expertise on the product, she is invaluable! As well as Steve, who delivered and does the spa lesson, he's also informative, helpful and kept us calm during the delivery/installation that went smoothly, haha!
Cons? That we didn't have one sooner! ;)

A few reasons we chose the Hudson Swim spa
1. It's so versatile, especially for our family.
2. Get all year round use, to swim, exercise as well as relax.
3. The Hudson in particular we loved how it has a pump per seat, and a pump for the counter current, so you get more power with the therapeutic jets, two jet seats on one end and two small no jet seats on the other with the fountain and current, makes it great for a kids side and more swim/ play space while us parents can enjoy our chill space too. We really thought about our lifestyle on what model works best for us. This one is definitely a win.
4. Saltwater, so much more gentle on the skin, so if you have sensitive skin this may be the best bet.
5. Rodent proof! I believe all their models are:) but we live in rural/country so this was also a big worry for us to make sure it wouldn't be prone to this very common issue!
6. Spa boy app feature (only with Arctic spas), we love the simplicity and functionality this offers!
Easy to use and I am not very tech savvy.
7. Less water changes! I disliked how often the water needs changing with the other brands (avg every 3-4 months vs the Arctic Spas are generally 1x/year or up to 2yrs, depends on what model you get. This is way less hassle and way more economical.
8. Budget friendly to run & care for.

We have shopped around for hot tubs and decided to go to your store today to look to purchase a hot tub for own new house. We chose your store based on reviews. But review is one thing and the service you get at the store is a whole difference story. My husband and I walked in your store today and there was a guy at the front desk saw us came in not once he say hello or how can I help you to us. So we walked around the show room and I can see him looking at us as I look over to the front desk he still not once acknowledge us in the store. That is not the kind of service you guys should have if people are willing to spend thousands of dollar on hot tub. Just wanted to let you know my experience today you would of have my business but with that kind of service we will keep searching for another place.

The staff have been very helpful from the time we started to look into buying a hot tub to current (4 months later). They are always willing to answer our many questions. The hot tub looks and works great too.

Clinton the owner says one thing and does another, He sold me a lemon that burnt the hair off my body due to a problem with his computer programming. This was a mistake buying this tub from this company. Lesson learned, 10k mistake:)

Huge buyers remorse here in regards to the salt water system. Arctic spas will tell you to use the spa as you are balancing, but do not use it until balanced, that way you can say with confidence no one was in. Someone told me we were bringing phosphates into the spa.the water tested 0 for phosphates from the source but was over 1000 and no one had entered the spa yet. Then we were told some water creates phosphates when agitated.how can this ever get under control when this is the water we use to rinse off? The store gave recommendations to truck water in, but the sources they recommend do not truck to all locations (we are 45 min NW of Kitchener). Be sure to ask lots of questions before buying!

We are currently working with Arctic spas. They switched us to chemicals for a trial period and have offered refund of the salt system. We now have one point person to speak with, which has helped tremendously with communication. Their strive to make happy customers is why we still gave the overall positive review.

Hi just purchased a swim spa and the experience was wonderful from the first phone call to Clinton until the delivery was seamless our service technician Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very confident that if something goes wrong we will be looked after.

Wow, where have you been all my life Arctic Ocean Spa? !? This spa has absolutely changed my life! From family time, couple time, me time to fitness time and I hope in the future when covid restrictions are lifted it will be PARTY time too. I got the Fitness kit which included very nice quality rowing bars and tons of different strength rubber exercise bands with different resistance strengths and hand and ankle attachments. There are sooo many ways to exercise but rowing is my favourite. You can work out very hard if you want to and it feels great! It's also amazing to have a very relaxing thing to do at night where you actually move around a bit and add at least a little fitness to your evening, even if your not doing to much. So much better than being so bored watching utube and tv. We just love the salt water system it doesn't reek like chlorine and your skin feels so much softer and great for my wife who has eczema. And the kids are getting into swimming again finally and picking up skills surprisingly quick! Delivery and help getting everything set up was a breeze. Thank you Arctic Spas Kitchener, couldn't possibly love it more!

We just received our hot tub on Apr. 2nd and couldn't be anymore happier with it. We looked at quite a few hot tubs and found Arctic Spa to be the best made for our type of winters. Jessica our sales person was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and guided us in the right direction for our hot tub. The delivery guys were exceptional. They came when they said they would, and they called a half hour before to let us know they were coming. Wow. What a great shopping experience! We had been searching websites and upon stores reopening went personally to look for hot tubs! We were greeted by Clinton and immediately were educated on the benefits of an Artic Spa. And there are plenty! He was able to pair us with a tub that met our requirements quickly. This is a family owned operated location and we felt welcomed. Clinton was very knowledgeable, helpful, with a great sense of humour. Lol. Competitive pricing as well. We are happy with our purchase!?

Well it’s been about 6 months since we took delivery of our Tub from the Arctic Spas Kitchener team — and I must say it’s been such a great customer experience.

We still enjoy a soak almost daily and ownership has been a delight. As we work through the ins and outs of the Onzen system the team is always just a text away.

Delivery wasn’t a straightforward one — we have a unique backyard that involved a crane. And even though there was a slight logistical mix up (understandable given the busy-ness of covid) the team made it right and did so with a smile — and really that’s all you can ever ask from a business.

Special shout outs to Clinton who is just always there for his clients. We had a few chemical balance questions — text him a picture and he’s right on top of it with the perfect reco. I’m sure it gets annoying because we can’t be the only ones shooting him questions — but he’d never show it. He’s Just happy to help — above and beyond expectations.

Very friendly experience dealing with Cynthia and tge staff. Whether through email, phone, or messages. Quick to respond with simple straightforward answers. Our spa came earlier than expected especially through covid restrictions. Instal was on-time and seamless. It's only been a short time since our instal but I don't expect any different in the future. I would definitely recommend Artic Spas Kitchener.

I LOVE the Summit. WOW! I was able to sit still (hard for me to do) and relax, the massaging jets were great, the one set even loosened a knot in my shoulder. The surround sound system with base built into the tub was a lot of fun. The base was like an extra massage. SpaBoy’s salt system makes hot tubing a great experience, my skin was so soft, no itching like other tubs, and smelled delicious.
The YESS and Ozone energized me, I felt full of energy and relaxed at the end of a long day, and was able to crawl into bed and sleep.

We ordered our first hot tub from Arctic Spa in Kitchener. Clinton was very friendly and informative without being pushy. Our hot tub was delivered a little later than expected, due to COVID. We were, however informed by the crew of the delay and they kept us informed. Our hot tub arrived on Nov. 21 2020, and we have been loving it ever since. Amazing experience! We were recommended to Arctic Spa from a friend and do not regret buying one at all. They have more options, better tubs, better service than any others. Everyone we dealt with from Clinton in Kitchener, to the delivery crew and the Spa school were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were always kept in the loop when it came to ETA’s. Delivery was amazing, set the tub, took all the garbage, put our steps together for us, gave us some tips. Only thing left to do fill it! Highly recommend spa school, very informative even if you’ve had a tub before.
When we were shopping around and comparing, Clinton gave us all the information we needed to compare. He had no problem with us going to other dealers or stores to compare, knowing he had the best tub, salt water system and service.

Have had our hot tub for about 10 years. Staff is always helpful with trouble shooting and problem solving. Many suggestions over phone to try before waiting for service call. It is always a good experience at this store.

On a friend's recommendation and after checking out the website and videos, we first contacted Arctic Spas Kitchener in September and by December we were enjoying our new swim spa. Great service from the dealership, salesperson Jessica was always available, Kyle and the crane company were spot on with the delivery, Steve came out on his day off for our Spa School with Amanda coordinating all that. Loving the tub, swim before work and a soak before bed, feeling great!

Good friendly people. Service after getting my refurbished tub was not the best. I would recommend spending a little more and going with a brand new tub instead. From day one, the customer service at Arctic spas Kitchener was outstanding. From Jessica in the showroom, the delivery team, the spa school with Kyle, to Amanda, who has kept online tabs on our tubs performance, our experiences has been nothing but the best. We highly recommend going to Arctic spas Kitchener. BTW, we are loving the actual hot tub as well. LOL. After going with the pure salt system, we will never go back to chlorine.

I bought my hot tub from your London location and I very impressed with my new Arctic Spa hot tub. I previously had a Marquis tub for 20 years and fit and finish and other technical innovations in my new Arctic Spa tub blows away the competition. The Spaboy salt water system is a game changer for me, no after smell and easy to maintain.
The only issues that I am still have is internet connectivity outside of my home network and a missing power settings save button on the Android app.
I left a review on the London review page too, but I was unable to add photos of Apple and Androids screenshots as an edit, so hopefully they will show here as I am adding in a new post.

Called Arctic Spa this week to repair my hot tub and was a very positive experience. Kyle, who was my service technician, was fantastic! Genuine great guy and answered all my questions, always with a smile. Very happy with the service and he got my hot tub back up and running in no time.

We are so happy with our new spa! After years of debate and research, we finally decided to go ahead with a spa purchase. Arctic seemed to be the best place to start thanks to the great reviews. Meeting with very knowledgable, Clinton, in a beautiful show room was all we needed to know this was the right place. Clinton was able to stop by our home to ensure we had a proper location and helped us decided how to best get hydro to the spa. We were promised a delivery date months in advance and sure enough the tub was delivered on that exact day by a wonderful set of delivery guys. Within the hour Arctic set up an appointment to come show us how to use it. Jesse showed up the next day and was very helpful in showing us all the ropes. The moment the spa was up to temp we were able to enjoy it! We couldn't be more excited with our purchase. The spa is top of the line, very well built and easy to use. The staff is incredible and we know 100% we made the right decisions.

It has been 2 years sense I purchased my hot tub and am happy to report that I have no regrets. The sales staff were very knowledgeable. Delivery and set up was on time and the tub has functioned flawlessly.
I use my tub year round and up to 5 times a week. The soothing effects
on my body and mind are priceless. If you have trouble sleeping, jump in the tub and you will sleep like a baby.

I have had a few different hot tubs over the years and dealt with different dealers as I have moved around.
The people at Arctic Spas Kitchener have been by far the best, which works out great because the hot tub we got from there last year has also been by far the best.
We bought a Cub with the SpaBoy system and it is beyond fantastic. No longer do you have to be a part-time chemist to keep your hot tub water tip top you can see the PH, CL, Temp and control the lights and jets from your phone/Tablet or computer.and with the power management system for full control and shows your energy usage and cost after you put in the times and rates (we averaged around $1.10 per day last winter in electricity).
The combination of great people and products with low energy cost and way easier maintenance has made this one of our most gratifyingly easiest purchase decisions ever.
PS My brother just bought one for his house.

I have been the proud owner of an Artic Spa Summit hot tub for the last ten years.
It’s been incredibly reliable and user friendly. We enjoy it all year long, especially during the winter months. Last week I noticed a fault code on the topside control panel, so I called Artic Spas Kitchener and arranged a service appointment. Yesterday when the technician (Kyle) arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and initiated the repair. I continue to be very impressed with my hot tub and the amazing service provided by Artic Spas Kitchener.

We love our Arctic Spa. Decided to get the Salt system with the Spa Boy and it’s unbelievably easy to maintain. Jessica and the other staff at the store are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and their hot tubs.

Working with the crew at Arctic Spas Kitchener has been a great experience. They are not pushy with a sale and will work with you to find a spa that fits your needs, don't forget to bring your swimsuit to the showroom as there are models you can try on the floor.

Once you have selected a spa, the next steps are very clear and nothing is left to chance with their delivery checklist. Delivery is relatively simple and setup is basic. Then Clinton will come to your house and do a full setup and explain the various parts and solutions for your (salt) system and how to best use them. The showroom will test your water to make sure everything is in balance.

Afterward they even follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Would recommend this experience to others.

It's been a month since our Arctic Spa Kodiak was delivered. Jessica was amazing to deal with from the moment we walked into the store, and once I saw how Arctic Spa builds their tubs (insulated like a house, easily serviceable and fully up-gradable) there was no other option for us. We opted for the Spaboy Salt water system as well as Peak1 Ozone with a family light package. After closing the deal it was about 5 weeks till delivery. Once delivered, Clinton (he's the man!) got the water balanced, tub online (via wi-fi) and walked us through everything we need to know in about an hour and we've had no connectivity issues at all. Upon delivery the tub cover had a tiny tear in it and there was a small leak where a pipe meets the pump, Arctic had a service guy out that evening (45 minutes of us calling) to tighten up the pipe and it's been running perfect since. Tub cover was quickly swapped out with a new one within a week (super customer service!). One of the big selling features (along with the build quality vs other brands) is the ease of use/maintenance with the salt water system and the app tells me what my chlorine and PH levels are at and you don't smell like chlorine when you come out! Couldn't be happier with our decision and Arctic Spa help to get us here.

The people in Kitchener are great, got what I felt was a good deal on our swim spa. We absolutely love having it. I recently had issues with phosphates and the staff, (Cynthia, and Amy) where fantastic, they were patient and coached me thru the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I have owned my artic spa for 1.5 years now and going through two winters I can attest to the great insulation used on these spas. Even though we have had very cold winters it has not greatly increased my electric bills. I love the spa boy system that allows me to turn up my tub on the way home from baseball using my phone and the salt water system make keeping the water clear easy and painless. I would highly reccomend the kitchener location as they went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. My parents like my hot tub so much that they got one of their own and now my brother is getting one as well.a great product and a step above other hot tubs that i have had experiences with!

The sales staff here are actually normal and don't treat you negatively or talk down to you like at other hot tub retailers. I went to all the hot tub retailers in the area and found arctic spas to be the easiest and least pushy place to deal with. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and they came to my house the next day to look at our backyard to make sure it would fit and work in the small space that I have available. I researched hot tubs for a while and the energy efficiency and warranty that arctic spas offers is what appealed to me. When I arrived, the sales person (Clinton) explained how they started in the hot tub business and that they service what they sell! I did not have that trust from the other sellers in the area. The store is bright and clean. I went with a 3 person tub due to the small space but they have a great selection of larger spas in the showroom.
It gets delivered in a few weeks! My first hot tub, yessssss!

One month in and we are very happy with our Glacier. Cynthia was very helpful, delivery went smoothly and Clinton and Spa School were excellent. Spa Boy is great. It makes everything very easy and the salt water system has been stable and has been everything it was claimed to be when we first started exploring our hot tub options.

I had a problem with my hot tub tripping the breaker so Kyle called first to announce He would be showing up in 20mins or so and he did
That was nice he introduced himself he was very friendly happy and very knowledgable about his work it only took five minutes for him to figure out what the problem was which was the heater and he had the job completed another 20 minutes you could see that he was very confident and skilled technician also the staff at the office in charge of maintenance was very friendly and professional so I have only two words great job Arctic Spas if I am scoring five out of five stars

I recently required service on my arctic spa hotub (spa boy). I would like to share how professional, knowledgeable and skilled the service technician was in handling the entire issue at hand. Mr. Kyle Fron arrived exactly when promised, assessed and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on site. He cleaned up afterwards and remained on site to run a cycle. Extremely pleased and Kyle comes highly recommended.

Amazing service. They Answered all my questions. Big props to Clinton, he help me at 10 PM work though the issue I had really quick.work the first time he knew exactly what he was doing. He also came during the rain at 8: 30 PM and help get our swim spa set up and ready to go. Amazing customer service.

I have been a client for many years and have had dealings with the owner when he first started. Amanda at the desk is simply delightful when attending the phone and booking appointments. Kyle has been the man that opens and closes for us and he is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We would not consider using any other Spa company.
