The showroom allowed us to experience the swim spa before a purchase. This is what sold us! Many thanks to Corey and Greg for their knowledge and time answering all of our questions. We are enjoying our new backyard reno.

Absolutely fantastic! The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable and really know the product which is great to have the support. From the Sales, Delivery & spa school experience, my wife and I would 100% recommend the Arctic Spa Team.

We had an issue with a faulty probe.it happens but I must say, the service team were on top of it and we were taken care of very quickly. I couldn't recommend the Arctic Spa team more.a wonderful experience.

From start to finish, the team at Arctic Spas London have made our decision easy. We shopped for several weeks and could not find a better hot tub for the money than the McKinley. Even weeks after buying and running our spa Mike came out and went over every detail of operation. We feel confident in maintaining our salt system and enjoy peace of mind. We went to at least 4 or 5 spa places randomly before we went to Arctic Spa. We weren't impressed with what was offered at the 1st places. Shawn at Arctic Spas London was professional, knowledgeable and looked out for us and even was able to arrange delivery before my girlfriend's birthday. I would highly recommend both Shawn and Arctic Spas London

I came into the showroom in June of 2021, hoping to have a spa for the winter. I wanted a salt spa, and arctic spas are the only one that offer it. Ian was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely quite passionate about the spas. I signed an agreement and gave a non-refundable deposit. Ian said he did as much as he could to get production started at the end of October - 17 weeks after I sent my non-refundable deposit.

Shortly after, I received an email from southwestern Ontario operations that the spa would be delayed - by another 15 weeks. So, we are at 32 weeks for the delivery of a spa. I was not told about this additional delay in store. I was not told about this additional delay before I sent my non-refundable deposit. The excuses that I have been given are that there are supply chain issues due to COVID. But I bought the spa well into COVID, and they must have known about these extensive delays at this time. I understand COVID is quite disruptive. What I do not understand is why they were not forthcoming about this. I am now locked into a deal and no one will give me an explanation for why they were not forthcoming.

Arctic Spas has great customer sales reps. They might even have great a product - they sure made it seem like one. But the customer experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have been trying to get a part for months now being told yes it coming with nothing being done. I have been polite every time I have been in called and texted but everytime it's filled with lies.shawn has not helped at all during this process and repeatedly told me the part is in when it wasn't. I went into the store one Saturday when the part was in and it was the wrong piece.the owners son was working because they were short staffed said he would put the order in and ship it to me.that was July and we are now in October. I dont recommend there customer service to anyone.

Absolutely amazing install and after sales service. Provided individual spa school orientation to go over the highlights of our hot tub. Overall very pleased with the support and help.

I own a Summit XL for 6 months now. Because of Covid some of it took longer than I would like, but well, can barely blame them! The tub itself is excellent. The app, when I first installed had tons of issues and more often than not would not connect. But a recent update mostly fixed it and now it is much better.

Spa boy works very well, it always reports the water as well balanced shortly after use. The boost button on the app is a bit weird, though. You press it, and nothing visible happens on the app so you are left wondering what is it really doing.

I have only used the water testing service one, because right now it is a bit difficult to go to the store. But when I did it was very prompt and fast.

Shawn has helped a tremendous amount with our spa. We have been struggling with it, trying to get it balanced as new owners. He has been available to answer all of our questions and has helped get things on track. Thanks again Shawn!

Just purchased spa, Ian the salesman helped me purchase a spa that met my needs. It was delivered when promised, and the delivery team were great. They were very friendly and gave me a few extra tips about the spa. Days after delivery a service team arrived to help with chemicals and different functions of the spa. Have already recommended company to friends, thank you for the great service

Absolutely GREAT experience with purchasing our Orca Hot tub! Right from the initial stages with Ian explaining everything in detail about owning a hot tub and what would fit our family the best; to Jim and Jesse Becker helping out immediately with any questions we had; to Shawn at the arctic spas London location for any questions relating to chemicals and maintenance! Much appreciated all around!

I emailed multiple spa/hot tub vendors and the one who responded the fastest was Shawn Vassallo from Arctic Spas in London Ontario. Right from first communication with me, he demonstrated vast knowledge of the different types of spas and quickly identified a few that met my long list of needs and wants. I was able to go in and check out a few spas and fell in love with grey one by the door. He showed me the spas that suited my needs, but I couldn't get the first one out of my mind. He was patient while I mulled it over and I finally pulled the trigger. His above and beyond customer service continued by helping me get the showroom spa so I didn't have to wait months and months, and he even gave me info on how to build the base since I had never done this before.
Fast forward to delivery. I get my spa, and he had given me his cell number so I could reach him anytime with any questions. He walked me through set up, chemicals and how to use it. He followed up with me numerous times to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. I can easily say I know I'm not an easy customer but his exceptional customer service knows no bounds. He even came by on a long weekend to help me troubleshoot and help me rebalance my water and chemicals. He is very knowledgeable and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
The delivery guys were also amazing, very professional and efficient. Overall, I cant say enough good things about my experience every step of the way. Thank you Shawn and everyone at Arctic Spas!

Absolutely LOVE our hot tub. I use it pretty much every night. We weren't sure what we wanted in a hot tub so Tiffany helped guide us through the models and what would work for us. She knew exactly what to recommend and what would work for us. The service was exceptional and the product is superb! I would highly recommend and Arctic Spas hot tub.you won't regret it!

We have owned our Summit XL for little over a month now and LOVE IT!

We had Shawn as our salesman and he was fun, helpful and knowledgeable! Helped steer us into a tub that fit what we were looking for!

After the paperwork, things went DOWN HILL FAST!
The delivery department emailed us at 2pm and then called my wife at 4pm and informed us that if we didn't get our paperwork and pictures returned by 8am the next day or we would lose our delivery slot! Wife as able to stop work early and fill out paperwork and snap pictures before it got dark thankfully as I was working.

Ontario Hot Tub Services was used to deliver our tub and they were very good and very professional. I highly recommend them!

After delivery we called the service department to set up spa school. Had to leave a message and never got a call back.
Week later noticed a leak, called and left a message again.no return call. Called twice more and even talked to a salesman down there and he left a message.
NO RETURN CALL!
Ended up calling the manufacturer and they were able to get the service department to call us and set up a day for the tech to come out. Was supposed to be there in afternoon with a phone call before arriving.showed up first thing in the morning.the wife and dog were not happy to find someone walking around our house without any warning! He was a great! Helped answer few of our questions and fixed the leak.

We still have NOT received any schooling on how to use our spa. If it wasn't for Arctic spa dealers in the States posting videos on YouTube we would still be without a working spa.

I would buy another Arctic Spa tub in a heart beat.from another dealer because of the service and shipping department.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! If you are thinking hot tub or swim spa, an Arctic Spa is the way to go. Although a little intimidating at start up, they assure you that it will be very low maintenance in the long run and they were right. Not once did we feel that we were on our own once delivery was completed. The support is amazing from Ian our sales person to Amanda in service and their service team, Jessie, Ryan and George etc. No matter what, they take the time with you and answer every question you have. As a business owner myself, it's refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares and is there for you no matter what. Thanks to everyone. We love it!

We just installed our new Swim Spa and its working great, our sales rep Clinton was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process including our spa school and still continues to answer our questions. The delivery was very smooth and Jim and Stella were amazing even dusting everything down so it looked perfect. Thank You again for the help it will be enjoyed for years to come.

Amazing family run business! Very knowledgeable and the highest level of customer service and follow up I've ever had. Completely satisfied with our Orca tub and it even came early! They told us the moment it shipped and communicated with us every step of the way! Flexible remote payment options and very attentive even after hours! Can't say enough good things about Arctic spas!

Purchased a salt water tub from Artic Spa in late 2019 and it has been fantastic. The Spa Boy let's you remotely control the tub and it monitors chlorine and PH levels in the tub. Very low maintenance. So far it has been great. Salt water very gentle on the swimwear and skin. The tub jets are very therapeutic. Tub is also as energy efficient as they claim. Sales experience with Jessica was great with prompt communication. I have recommended Artic Spa to friends and am happy with my decision.

We purchased a swim spa from the Kitchener location. We had an exceptional experience Jessica in sales, Amanda in service and with Kyle at the Spa School. Kyle was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Our swim spa arrived almost 2 months early and they had no issues with holding it in storage until we were ready. Everything was seamless.

After visiting various retailers and researching for 6 months, I walked into the Arctic Spa located in London Ontario. It had about 10 spas on display, including a swim spa. Then the service began. Tiffany asked how I was doing and what I was looking for, non pushy, patient and friendly. I told Tiffany exactly what I was looking for in a tub. She pointed to the Summit model. First thing I noticed was the huge "Lazy Boy" type seating, all various heights, deep, wide and with large arm rests. 2nd thing I noticed were the attractive cosmetic features, clean lines and quality cabinetry. Tiiffany explained all the features and is extremely knowledgable. She talked about the Arctic Spa app which allows you to control temp, pumps, lights and alerts you when chemicals or filters need attention. I checked out a the other models, but the Summit's uniqueness brought me back to it, no other model had these giant seats (without jeopardizing size of well).

A week later, I returned for a wet test. I got in the spa and sat down in one of the captain seats. Tiffany turned the jets on. 60 jets, 3 pumps, a "monsoon" jet (like an underwater volcano). You can control pressure of every indivdual jet by turning it. Jets are perfectly flushmounted, you dont even feel the hardware. 3 dials around the spa control the pressure of each pump. Various sized jets with incredible precision. Control panel user friendly, lighting is perfect. Love the "cooling seat", usually cooling seats allow you to elevate your body so that your heart is just above water. The Summit cooling seat, water level is bellybutton level, which really emphasizes it's purpose.

A week later, my family came to test the spa. It was important that they help make the final decision as this was a big purchase that will be equally enjoyed. My kid absolutely loved the monsoon jet and my wife fell in love with the spa right away.

Couple days later, I came in for a final test and knew, as did Tiffany, that the Summit was the tub for my family. We talked about various other features, delivery/setup. I talked further with my wife about other brands we tested. Other notable Summit features is the heavy duty cover that Arcitic Spas are known for, the "forever floor" incredibly innovative, exposed filters which do much better job filtrating than filters that are hidden. Hidden filters only hinder filtration and often gather a small blanket of suds around them, kinda gross when you think about it. Also love how quiet the spa is, a quiet hum when heating that's it.

We purchased the Arctic Summit Legend Select Series and it was scheduled to be delivered with an etw of 3 months. The dpa arrived in 3 months without delay. Delivery guys showed up within the "1hr" time window. Delivery crew professional, friendly and very awake for 730am. The spa was situated, cover installed and hose turned on all within 45min. My electrician was onsite to connect electrical and ethernet. The spa also has "wi-fi" but I recommend ethernet whenever possible, we ran the ethernet same time as electrical. By 8pm, the spa was already 100 degrees.

"Spa School" was scheduled the next morning. Jesse showed up and echoed the experience we've had with Tiffany. He is a wizard in hot tub chemistry. My wife took notes and Jessie answered all questions.

Now on day 3 and have enjoyed the spa 9 times already. Many hot tubs use the term "spa", but I realize now that this is just a "punchline" to many. Summit takes the word "spa" to a whole other level. My muscles relaxed, stress lowered, skin smooth and new memories are being created. I change the lights and temperature from inside my home on my cell, just too easy. The Summit has by far exceeded our expectations and customer service has been 2nd to none.

On behalf of my family, thank you Tiffany, Jessie and delivery crew for an absolutely amazing experience and Arctic Spa for creating a masterpiece.

How good are the Arctic spas? Well I bought one 20 years ago and it is an extremely well made and comfortable tub. Unfortunately back then it came with a wood floor. Mine is starting to decay but is still functioning.
So I decided to replace it with one that will have the forever floor.
My salesman Shawn was extremely helpful and accessible. He was able to help me get the tub that will be just right for me at a very reasonable price.
Kudos to Arctic spa and Shawn!

Excellent experience from the sales, delivery, and spa school personnel. Everyone was top notch and willing to assist however possible. Thanks to Tiffany for answering our call well after hours on our first day with the spa.

After much research, my wife and I chose to purchase our spa through Arctic Spas London on Adelaide St. It was a terrible experience: the spa was damaged on delivery, second hand parts were unknowingly installed. We didn't get what we paid for and Arctic Spas London basically washed their hands of our problem and then the franchise closed.
We were at a point of seeking litigation, when James called out of the blue and told us that the franchise was reopening under new ownership. Working with James, Jim, Stephen and Jacob was a much welcome and wonderful experience. They took responsibility for the errors of the past ownership and made everything right. We LOVE our arctic spa and are so pleased with the service of the new Arctic Spas on Dearness Dr.
They have made us happy and have made sure that we will remain loyal customers.
