Area Rug Shop

We purchased 3 area rugs from the Vaughn store. While the selection and pricing was great, what we found even more impressive was the service we received from Lily. She was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us in our decision, offering many great suggestions and ideas!

Store has great selection and I was very happy with the sales I found. Daniel was a very informative employee and helped me purchase a rug I am happy with.

The store is huge and loved the customer service. The sales lady was with us the whole time, guided us well and I feel bad that we didn't buy at the end but the overall experience was great.

Victoria is the best human. Super patient, sweet, and knowledgeable. I don't even shop around. They have amazing quality and tremendous variety. If you need a rug, no reason to go anywhere else.

Been itching for months looking at the empty space on the floor in my living room… It was begging for a perfect, brand new rug after my pet tortoise had to ruin the old one. Somehow, Victor was able to find me a brand new replacement exactly the way I described it to him. Almost broke down in tears on the way home because I realized how lucky I was to have Victor as a rug specialist. Truly a miracle.

Victoria is very knowledgable made my decisions so much easier. She recommended the rugs we chose and bought due to her recommendations. I showed her the pictures of each room and she knew exactly what would work. Great job aviator is thank you for such a pleasant service you have us.

I purchased two contemporary synthetic area rugs. The service was good and the prices were fair. If you are in doubt about which to choose (like me), they will let you take a smaller size home to decide if it is appropriate for the space.

Such a nice selection of rugs. Staff were very polite and helpful even though we came into the Waterloo store just before closing on a Saturday evening. Love how the rug looks in our living room.

Large Carpet Store with variety of rugs. We have bought 3 capers recently and found price and service excellent. Salesperson Lily attended us well and gave us an offer to first try out at our home and if need replacement to be done. She did replacement for one piece.

Enjoyed the relaxed shopping experience, the friendly service and the beautiful selection of area rugs. Definitely a local small business that i would highly recommend to others.

Today we drove up to Area Rug Shop to explore their offering. We were greeted by Lily. My wife and Lily worked well together. Lily listened to our needs to first find an area rug for our living room. Based on the information Lily gathered, Lily took us around and showed us rugs (after looking at pictures of the living room) that would look great with the furniture in the room. Working with my wife Lily also suggested rugs that would suit the bedroom we needed them for. What a great experience. Lily is a great salesperson/consultant. We will return to purchase additional rugs shortly.
