Kim was a great help in picking out the perfect area rug for me, she asked my wall and furniture colors and put the rug on floor so I could really see the colours in the carpet. Excellent service would highly recommend lots of stock to pick from

Ryan Whiston helped us to find perfect rug for our house.he is very kind, professional, helpful and the most important, he does not try to upsell expensive rugs to you. He recommend low density synthetic rug because of small kid in the house and I thank him for that, after few months of usage i find that, it is very easy to clean and care.

Great customer service! Both store clerks spent a lot of time, assisting me in making a proper choice and pulling out samples and offering info re: different options and care. I am thoroughly please with the rug I purchased. It looks great and so far is not a magnet for my cat's claws.
