I wish I could give them zero star the. The receptionist is terrible (avleen) the Asian woman not nice at all very rude and disrespectful I will never go to this place ever again

I’ve been seen by Dr. Ali Mansour. I wasnt feeling very well (aside from my reason of the visit). He was very nice and calming and made my visit very pleasant. The clinic’s reception is also very warm and helpful. I’ll definitely come back.

I had come a month ago to get an appointment for a doctor, this place gave me an appointment a month later on July 6th. I have just arrived, they did not ask me if my illness is serious or not. Today is the day of my appointment, they called me that the doctor has not traveled to the country anymore.

Very rude receptionist! They brand it as walk-in and when we walk-in they deny the treatment stating - you need to book an appointment. Very misleading and scam!

This is the worst clinic I have ever seen in my life rude stuff and when book an appointment they delay you for almost 2 hours rude doctors every who works here are so rude

I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist I was speaking with was being very rude to me. Instead of helping me on the right path to better my health that's what I got. Wouldn't let me speak and then hung up the phone on me when I started to question her about her attitude.

Never available and misleading walk in clinic it's a totally never a walk in even hard to find an appointment

What do you mean no walk in patients today. People who are Ill seeking medical help drive here from far places!

Not worth it, to spend you time for nothing.
They need just robbed you by keep the government pay the fees for them.
You will not get any benefit.

But still they have the same problem specially when their “ boss” doctor Mansour is not there

Doctor Sam I don’t understand how he became a doctor very rude and thinks he knows everything. I have serious health issue and it took him 2 months to send me to a specialist!

Dr Mansour is the only one is good but he is always on vacation

So don’t waste your time here and find another clinic

I would like inform the owner of this clinic that the workers (Women) in the reception are very rude and impolite. I hope the owner change them. They are not professional in their field. We need professional people. If the owner doesn’t change them I will change my and my entire family doctor to another one.

A nice, professional and quiet clinic and pharmacy under one roof. Doctors are good and caring receptionists are professional.

Very appalling service. They never answer the calls. Yes Never. It used to be a good clinic in the area now its a circus. Dr Ali M was professional but things have changed now (mostly on holidays and he works less days). The not so new hired doctors are up to No good especially the other male doctor. The lady doctor is still passable.
Very un-professional and un-courteous staff all over.
The receptionists are running their own show there. They have their own clinic within the clinic which is really absurd.
You always get the answering machine and you leave a message for an appointment or for call back and if you miss the call that's it you can't call back to find out what/why they called for as you well get the answering machine after the phone keeps on ringing.
I was there and people were complaining with the receptionist that they don't answer phone calls and she was annoyed over that. There are 2 of them usually but none would take the calls as they are looking busy.
It was a good clinic back in days but now like i said it's a Circus to make money.
Only thing good is the pharmacy where you collect the medicines. Very professional, courteous and respectful, top marks to them.
Dr Ali M was good back then, he used to listen, care and give time. His diagnosis were good then but now it's all by the clock. I was once told by the other male doctor if you want to discuss other problem then what you came for then book another appointment.well that's how far they have fallen.
Anyway these are my views and you may differ. I have been going to this clinic since past few years. I guess now it's time to move on as patients there are just ATM machines.

I have worked in this clinic for a few months and the Dr. Mansour is the most professional, friendly and the best at his service for patients and with his employees. I learned a lot from him he is like family and my supervisor was a great leader as well. 100% recommend this clinic to anyone because he is very honest and empathetic!

-You need to follow up with everything otherwise nobody is calling you back.
-Everytime you are doing Phone appointments with different doctor and explaining your situation from the beggining.
-One positive; dr Sam is good and caring

Doctor mansour is unprofessional, he didn't listen to me, he has prejudice on mental health issues and treats patients badly instead of recommending treatment or referral to a mental health specialist, this is extremely dangerous to community who goes to him looking for help

Terrible experience. I had a problem in my knee and the Doctor sent me to do a, scan in the hospital. They never call me to give the result and after I called several times, finally the receptionist ansmy call and she told me that they don't have my results. I don't recommend this clinic.

Best walk in clinic! All the employees so gentle and I could run some tests there. Doctor willing to help.

BEWAREEEE! I'VE HEARD THE SAME COMPLAINTS IN THIS REVIEW. They did not send my report to the lab n the lab called me! I was so shock. That shows incompetence with the doctor. The receptionist showed no sympathy and wanted to hurry me off the phone. I have to wait two to three weeks to get my results when I should've had them this week. If you have a job to do I feel like you should do it. The negligence shown at this clinic is very concerning.

My review is based my interaction with the doctor and front desk staff. I was new to Toronto and I ended up registering with them to get a family doctor. The main doctor is never available for any consultation. The other doctors got some tests done after I complained about some issues, but they never got back until I followed up regarding my test results. The second time I got a telephone appointment with another doctor who was extremely rude, unprofessional and least interested in my health issues. I think I would have got better solution after calling tele-a-health. They never mentioned at the time of booking appointment that doctor will just give 10 minutes and won't address more than 2 issues (including the tests results). Before I could talk about actual issues, the doctor abruptly disconnected mentioning that I need to book a second appointment. Above all, it's extremely hard to connect with them on phone or get an appointment. The front desk staff probably follows the doctor's behavior towards the patient.

As a result, I registered for another family doctor, who is more empathic and does her job pretty well as a family doctor.
