A new menu for lunch, cheonggukjang (cheonggukjang) I ordered it. With six neat side dishes What taste of cheonggukjang reminds you of your grandmother’s homemade taste with plenty of ingredients? Best!
We used to love the pork bone soup hot pot here. It's still pretty good, good spices, good flavours. However you can see that there is a small cut back in the ingredients they use. There are no more small mushrooms in the hotpot. Also there used to be these honeyed potatoes that my wife loved as the side dish, they no longer serve that either.
I recently dined at Arirang Korean BBQ and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional, with the waitstaff being friendly and attentive. The ladies working were especially kind and considerate which made for a very enjoyable evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and excellent service!
Food was alright. We ordered the buffet. A little bland taste wise, but it still had good flavour (you know what I mean). Very busy place so it did take a while for us to get seated. Heap loads of sides when you order which is a nice additional touch. Give it a shot.
The side dishes are so good and the meats are very juicy. The hostess regularly checks up on my table and is very cordial towards us. The price however was slightly on the expensive side, but the overall experience is a positive one.
I've been five times now, every time I've gotten better and better service. Food is great and really tasty, a couple cheaper cuts of meat but marinade is so good and it's ayce so that makes sense. Service is super quick, you're seated in a minute and food usually arrives within five minutes too if you get the ayce (idk if you order other stuff as I haven't ordered other stuff). Just a really solid kbbq place!
Great food and service is fine. Just don't like the fact I tipped 10 bucks on top of an expensive meal and you guys demand a 20% tip like come on! I'm cooking the food essentially. To call me out almost made me want to take Way the 10 dollar tip I gave you guys!
Best Korean BBQ restaurant I have been to in my life. And the head of the employees is so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for Authentic and in-house seasoned. They don’t buy their meets from suppliers, rather they prepare it in house which is why it’s so good.
This place seems to recycle left over foods and side dishes and napkins! I have been to this restaurant a few times. One time we found a grain of rice in kimchi. Some random noodle streak in gamjatang (which isn't supposed to have any noodle in). Sometimes the raddish kimchi looks it has a bite mark.
To date, i was giving them the benefit of the doubt and visited them a few time since they are the closest Korean retraursnt close to me. But I was fed up yesterday when i opened a napkin to use it and found a red spicy sauce stain on it!
It's absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER go back!
If you care for your health, don't go to this place.
The food is really so bland and tastes like water anyways!
Great food and great service love the all you can eat anything you want, sea food pork beef chicken. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Even tho they were busy service was excellent. Thanks for the meal and hospitality.
So I actually just left this restaurant. It's my daughter's 14th bday and she really wanted to experience this type of dining. A chubby lady sat us down and gave us a menu. For 15mins she didn't make any eye contact with us. She cleaned and swept but didn't tend to us. 20mins in, another group comes in and she seats them quickly.they were right in front of us and she didn't even look our way. Within 7mins they had their food. I had to literally walk to the counter (30 mins in) and demand service. We had to demand service again to order another round of meat. THE BEST PART.the bill came up 181.this woman had the balls to tell me that "you pay %15 bcs you have 5 ppl" I LAUGHED AND PAID 181 AND WALKED OUT OF THAT PLACE
Probably the only place i would ever review since i love korean/japanese bbq this is the worst one i have been to in terms of quality, cleanliness, taste and service on a day that was not busy, the only thing that was decent were the beef short ribs, all the meat comes out in some nasty meat soup and does not taste good for the same 35$ there are alot better options to try
This place is obviously one of the coolest place to eat in the area. Every time I come to this place I am remarkably glad. They hold their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they offer. You always win with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
They literally force you to tip more than 18-20%, which is ridiculous since I’m cooking my own food. I tipped $20 on a $122 bill (3 guests for AYCE bbq), and the lady asked for an extra $5 more? I shouldn’t have given it to her, but I was put in an awkward spot. Honestly not worth it - I will not be returning to this establishment.
